If I could give negative Stars I would

As soon as I checked in I found a bed bug.they tell me that they just had the rooms checked that morning for bed bugs and ‘ I could of brought it in ‘ instead of compensating me they told me I needed to check out immediately and they will refund me but can’t help me any further

Mind you I just drove 5 hours and had no where to stay.

Worse costumer service EVER

I came to this place for ine night. Going there because of the reviews that i saw. Unfortunately. The bedsheets haven't changed from previous customer. As they had hair's on them and the pillow. I ended up sleeping in my clothes just because of the feeling it gave me. Other than that. The bath was clean, as well as the toilet. Can't complain there. But in the end. It was $110 tax in for one night. And the Caesars (4 hotel with casino) was only $70 more (at this time of year)

Regretted for not going there. But probably next time I will.

Checking, went smooth check out was horrible, I was charging extra fee for using the pull out couch in the room. If I was told this during check-in, I would have not used it. I was only told after the fact upon check out that there’s extra charges for using the amenities in the room. That’s like telling somebody they can’t use the microwave or the refrigerator just because it’s in the room where there’s an extra fee.

Stayed at this hotel for about two months for work very friendly staff very helpful and accommodating will stay here every time I have to stay in Windsor great job guys it was like home away from home not just another hotel room.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I figured that it being a motel in the location it was in and the pricing that it would just be a basic room with a toilet and shower, but it was actually a lovely place to stay!
The man who checked us in was very courteous and friendly and the room was very nice! It looked inside like I was in a nice hotel as opposed to more of a budget motel. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was well decorated and cozy.
I would definitely stay here again. Lovely experience

Older Motel with a few scars but the rooms are very large and clean, staff are pleasant and the breakfast room and staff are great! Good value for the money.

Booked at the Super 8 to come down for a Bowling Tournament. The staff were very friendly and accommodating a large group of us. Definitely recommend this location for a clean, welcoming place to stay. Thank you.

We have been coming to this location in Windsor for more than 20 years whenever we are in town for our annual Provincials Bowling Tournament. The motel is awesome, clean, and very reasonable. The owner and staff are awesome. I would recommend this location any time you wish to stay in Windsor.
The rooms are the perfect size and are always clean and fully stocked.

Great staff and clean rooms. Staff cleared up a misunderstanding caused by head office and was very understanding and did their best to accommodate within reason. Definitely coming back on my next visit to Windsor

We have been coming to the Super 8 (formally the Cadilac) for 20 years.
We are quite a large group (30+ people) that come out to Windsor for a bowling tournament. The staff at the super 8 are top notch and incredibly friendly. Thank you Super 8 staff and management. Special shout out to Nahil that works the office at night!

Unlike some other recent reviews (JW) we had a wonderful time at the super 8 this weekend. (But some people are just perpetual complainers.) We will be see you again next year! Thanks for the lifetime of great memories!

Great place to come and chill with friends. Been doing it for 20+ years. And we will continue to do it. Staff are great, location is great. Close to everything. See you next May.

We had an extremely late check in (2: 45am), but there was a night bell, so it was still easy to check in. Since we came in so late, they were very accommodating for a late checkout. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was great and the really nice gentleman manning the breakfast even did some eggs cooked over easy for us. Checkout was simple and we were on our way. Would definitely stay here again, especially for the reasonable price!

Do not stay at this place. There are some good reviews for this place saying that the rooms are good but in reality the carpets in the room are horrible and the breakfast is not good as well. If you’re considering the price with breakfast included then it is not worth at all. Very bad customer service at the breakfast area. There is only one older gentleman working back and forth in the kitchen. The owner needs to see that the breakfast area is busy specially on Saturday mornings and should put and extra person for help. There is a big line up and eventually you will leave and that’s what the owner wants. You only get a small portion of scrambled eggs one per person and no second time. Pillow covers were dirty as well.

Rooms are clean and spacious, linens smell fresh and properly placed. Free continental breakfast. Would definitely come back to this place when i’m in windsor!

Only good thing for the pool their 300 dollar deposit on a credit card is literally insane not to mention the front desk staff is horrendous and talks over you including the manager. We had a long convo about how he was to only
Pre authorize the deposit but he fully charged the 300 dollars to my card 5 days later it’s still not back. The girl

Rooms were neat but the breakfast service was pathetic. At 10 am sharp they switch off the lights and ask customer who are having their breakfast fast to leave the place.

Bad service

Super clean and modern rooms. I appreciated the fact that the air conditioning was on when we arrived the room was nice and cool and it was steamy hot outside. The fresh pear trees in the parking lot are amazing. And the pool looked clean and well taken care of but we didn’t get a chance to try it. The complementary breakfast was a surprise it look like I was going into a hotel room but it was a lovely lounge.

My only criticism is that the make up mirror was using warm fluorescent bulbs and my partner reminded me that they need to be daylight temperature so she couldn’t do her make up. Just swap out the bulbs and they’ll be perfect.

Had a great experience! Hotel looks dated from outside but rooms were completely renovated and had very comfortable beds. Everything was clean when we arrived. Breakfast had a great selection and there was a very nice gentleman who made waffles and eggs if you wanted. Would definitely stay here again!

I slept at super 8 yesterday and I have nothing to say, the rooms are clean, beautiful and renovated.super comfortable king bed I slept well! The front desk guy (I believe he's the owner) super welcoming & friendly! I will come back:). 10/10

As basic as it gets. Good enough for a quick overnight stay. The AC was loud but that cancelled out the noise of courtyard party. Pets welcome.

Very friendly reception made the check in process fast and easy. The place is recently renovated and matches the price range.

Been staying here every week due to a project near by, rooms are clean, staff are nice and every time a issue comes up they would handle it very well. I just wished they had eggs for breakfast which I’d would suggest them tomorrow I go:)

Pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We were looking for a somewhat cheaper option while in town visiting family, and we would definitely book here again. Friendly gentleman working the front desk, room was super clean and well kept. Overall a great value for the price! Recommend.

I stayed here for a weekend. The room was clean. The service was good easy access. Good location in town. No complaints.

It was OK, the bed sheets were very thin and room kind of smelled like dog. In the morning, lady next doors dog would bark for awhile and she was yelling at her husband. Otherwise staff are very nice, especially the gentlemen handling the breakfast station in the morning. Good if your just looking for a place to lay your head for the night.

Short stay for one night. Clean and well maintained room and bathroom. Recent renovation so the rooms had a new look with good wall decor. Dog friendly so we had ample space for our 2 year old GSD. Not a place for fancy frills, but a great stop for a long journey!

Absolutely a pleasant place to stay, This is my go to place whenever I am in Windsor, Rooms are excellent, Service is immaculate, Rates are amazing and not to mention the hour around service given by the manager. Breakfast served in the morning is worth waking up for! Would definitely recommend!

I was concerned after reading reviews but the room we were in, 130, seemed newly renovated. It was clean. Included breakfast was good. Have no complaints. Would stay again.

Takes forever to got hot water. Wifi sucks clicks off every 2 seconds. The owner needs to learn how to speak to people. Much more better places in Windsor

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating during the time of Covid and the reason why I came down during this time. It was a wonderful stay.
