Any business where the owner posts a review trashing customers is to be avoided. Unethical behaviour if there ever was.

I am the owner of Super Clean Laundromat and have been for over 23 years!
98% of our customers are friendly and willing to listen to our rules when using our equipment.
Others KNOW EVERYTHING!

I was discriminated against the worker here named KIM She came up to me a young black woman out of like 13 people and stood over my shoulder while adding my clean laundry to the dryers and I looked up at her to see why she was staring over my shoulder and she said can I ask why your just drying your clothes here? And I replied can I ask why you’re asking me that? She replied because people come in here with bed bugs and cockroaches. In front of everyone in there. She didn’t ask one other person this. Once she seen my white mother come over she switched up and said sorry she didn’t mean it like that.and though out our visit she laughed and joked and also got in my moms face.talk about trailer park trash with no respect. Disgusting behaviour. Also, the owner came back so she must’ve called her, and when she arrived my mother tried to pull her to the side because she was very unhappy with this treatment and she wanted to explain the situation that happened the owner said no she didn’t wanna hear it and kept walking away and said that her employee was in the right. And continue to go behind the counter and laugh with her. There’s a photo added with her in the act laughing after she discriminated against me. Also, before the owners wife came, we were on the phone with the owner, her husband and he said he can assure us that that’s not what it was because he once dated a black girl. LOL are you kidding me so because you dated a black woman once in your life that means that your workers can’t discriminate against black people? Disgusting excuse of an explanation.

The woman who works here is amazing. She is extremely helpful and was understanding when I asked for help.

Very rude staff! And I saw a bed bug on their washer! Disgusting staff and owner. I will not recommend going there as there’s a bug everywhere! BED BUG! Yuck

I Been going here for years. I get busy and they help me get caught up on my laundry when life gets hectic. Fast reliable clean.friendly staff polite and trustworthy. Clothes are always done how I request. There are just some services in life that you need a hand with. I drop my laundry off and pic it up set and ready for me. Can’t go wrong.

We drop of our laundry one day and the next day same hour pick it up. They do an awesome job and since we are seniors we get a little cheaper price. If you can give them as customers I would appreciate it, and think they would also.

This place is absoloutley amazing. The staff is so amazing, kind and helpful. The place is always perfectly clean and smells amazing. The machines are in great condition and always wash and dry really well with minimum cycles. I will always come here. Everyone I know that uses a laundromat comes here. It’s the best.
