Their food is good but HORRIBLE customer service. The servers are extremely rude, have no manners, acts as if customers are causing them inconvenience lol. One server threw a fit when we asked a question about recommendations and asked us to leave when we called him out on it. I recommend doing a takeout if you want to try their food and please please stay away from dining in if you don’t want to ruin your dinner experience

Unfortunately, the servants that are working have bad behavior with customers.
I had this experience tonight.
Who's coming to receive an order, has a rush.
They aren't patient even for a few seconds
And another thing, they can't speak English very well.

Nice tasty, Hakka. Staff are nice and helpful. Reopened after the pandemic. Now they accept credit cards for payments with 3% extra charge.

This is very good and affordable restaurant.
The food is very tasty and the quantity they give is also good, We have been there like couple of times.
Howevey, I would say that the staff is a bit less polite in terms of customer dealing and straight faced.
Their service is professional but like robots.guys you should smile more n talk a little politely

However overall its good.i will go there again.

Very bad food quality and very bad service.
My wife and mom got food poison by having Manchurian dry and Bombay paneer.
I call the restaurant they are like you bring food back and we will see and if we feel we ll do exchange not return. Very disappointed. NEVER GO TO SUPER HAKKA RESTAURANT IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

They literally don’t have manners how to talk with customer I went there and deciding menu the men on the front desk like decide fast I will not stand with you here for whole day and his behaviour was disgusting he literally shouted on my son not to stay here go to waiting area that man was insane

Chicken Hot and Sour Soup, Chicken Manchurian Dry and Chicken with egg fried rice.
I don't like Hot and sour soup because I love Indian food and it's very different from that.
But Chicken Manchurian Dry and Bobay Chicken with egg fried rice are OMG!

Huge menu, lot of options to choose from. Everything I've tried so far is amazing. My personal favorite is the ginger beef. Staff is friendly and orders are quick. Best of all it's halal

Good food for the market price. Best dishes are Bombay chicken, chicken 88, house noodles, chilli chicken. Fast service and cool booths for dine in

The service here is impeccable. You should ask for Jason Wang as your server. Even though he was very busy he constantly checked up on us. I highly recommend the bomb bag chicken with the special sauce. 10/10

Absolutely terrible service. The lady at the front with the glasses has the worst attitude ever. She was so rude for no reason. The only reason i can say the food was okay was because the chef himself came out and took our order and was super sweet about it. Don't waste your time here.

Fast fresh and friendly establishment. Really reasonable prices, and really big portions. It was my first time and I definitely will be back. Lunch specials got most bang for your buck, highly recommend the chili chicken and pokoras of any kind!

Portions were big - pricing was good. Taste was ok.was a little disappointed with the hot and sour soup.

The food to me tasted mucg better than some of the Halal Hakkas I have tried. The Ginger Beef was awesome.it was sweet and spicy mix.bit more on the sweeter side. Also had lollipop Chicken, Seafood Fried Rice and House Special Hakka Noodles. Lollipop Chicken was good and the sauce was amazing. The fried rice was much better than the Noodles. The restaurant settings is nice and private with little rooms plus curtains for privacy. However, the service is not that good but okay. I would still come for food. No pictures were taken, unfortunately. There is always next time.

But I must say. Food quantity is Huge.it's for 2 people and overflowing the plates. Very generous on that. Definitely go, if you are super hungry.

This hakka place is very good. Lots of items to choose from and food always tastes amazing and hot. Staff are always helpful and the lady at front is actually always nice. I order and go without bothering the staff. As long as my food is great which always is I have no issues.

Owners are nice and hardworking people, however they should allocate more resources into providing a better restaurant atmosphere. For instance, the restaurant could be a lot cleaner and additional staff should be there to enforce covid protocols. The environment was hectic and it made my friends and I feel rushed. The cups were not the cleanest, there were oil spots on the table and seats, and there was a chicken pakora wrapped in a napkin on the ledge behind the table. All in all they were trying their best, but from a strategic standpoint, having 1 or 2 more staff would make the restaurant much more welcoming and clean.

Love the food here especially when it's halal. The hot and sour chicken soup or the refreshing coriander chicken soup. The schezwan hakka noodles or the chicken fried rice are equally delicious and comes in good portions. Had also tried their spicy calamari its good. The chilli chicken is their most popular dish and is actually good in taste and quantity. Overall been there twice back to back just love it.

They hv really nice combos. I tried there bombay chick and egg fried rice. Chicken is well cooked and crispy.

Fast and really good service. Front person may not look friendly, but she is. Quick, direct, and polite (IMO). One of the remaining few Hakka restaurants that did not cheap out on their servings (prices will obviously go up but that doesn't matter, as long as the servings remain as they've always been, imho).

Family restaurant serving hakka Chinese Indian style foods. Massive menu with a lot of choices. Food isn't too oily and the flavors can be a bit hot. Really good bang for buck with their takeout containers stuffed to the top. Must try are the Bombay chicken and the pakoras

One of the best place to dine in with private cubicles, had missed dining due to Covid restrictions. Try there vegi spring rolls, chili chicken, fried rice etc.good quantity and excellent quality.

Chicken manchurian dry is a must try. Portions of most items are huge. Make sure to check for free steamed rice. They serve it with many dishes. Highly recommend this place

One of the best, authentic Hakka restaurants in all of GTA! Food flavour profile is 100% on point! Go to order items, Hot & Sour soup, Chicken Pakora, Chilli Chicken (spicy with gravy) + House Hakka Noodle special (chicken, beef & shrimp).

Oh My God! This lady is the owner of this restaurant I believe but who cares. Everything one needs is a respectful behaviour. I called them to make an order but the way she talked was really rude. She was continuously showing her arrogance towards us (for no reason) I requested her to be polite but she completly ignored and rudely responded- “what do you want”We’ve heard about her terrible behaviour from many more of my friends but this time I myself faced it and it literally ruined my day. Miss If you reading this- hundreds of other hakkah shops out there for me and you also might have thousand of customers but learn to respect your customers. It takes nothing to be a good human being. There is no greater miracle than our conscious efforts to become good human beings.
P. S You really should be ashamed of the way you always behave.

I called super hakka to place an order. I had a question i asked that lady. Guess what. Super nonsense she started yelling at me instead of answering.how does that make sense missy? I was still polite but she kept yelling at me.and i asked her to be polite but she wouldnt stop and still behave that way. No wonder why there are so many comments about her behavior. Super Rude and no morals. I wish there were zero stars to give you.

Food was good, but they aren’t enforcing physical distancing. There were 7 customers waiting for their order inside in a tight space, about 6ft by 6ft!

Our go-to restaurant for whenever we crave Hakka food. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. It seems to be a family owned business and it may seem like the lady is rushing at times, but she’s just trying to get all the orders as quickly as she can since it tends to get quite busy. Don’t let that deter you from giving this restaurant a try. Overall the staff is nice and the food is great.

Ordered Hakka noodles and Bombay chicken for takeout, was super greasy and lacked taste, had to throw half of the food to avoid upset stomach - overall bad experience

Delicious south asian fusion Hakka, spicy schezwan chicken noodles or rice is recommended to try if you are looking for Indian/Bangladesh kind of Hakka Noodle test.

There bombay chicken, noodles, fried rice are the items for my regular order. But, everything they have on the menu is good, fast service.

I've ate at a bunch of Hakka spots in the GTA but this one is just "special". I noticed everyone complaining about the poor lady at the front. However the restaurant business is intense and thats why they should change the name to super Hectic instead of Super Hakka. Furthermore, I usually get their Bombay chicken and Hakka noodles and they're great! Also once again regarding the service if you want good customer service you gotta go see a therapist so you could talk about your feelings. So next time when you come here just grab the food smile at the lady and hope they didn't use old stuff to make the food. Keep up the good work Super Hakka!

Busy on weekends.but food is to the highest quality. Great flavors, clean and hygienic. Keep up the good work. Would love a little more msg in the fried rice it tasted bland. But lollipops, beef chilli and veggie manchurian spot on

Used to love this place. Went twice a week for like 2 months. Went back after a while and was not the same. Wondered if it was dine in tasting good vs take out not so much. Asked a couple of friends and they agreed. Anyway not the best but cheap. Best to dine in.

I ordered from them first time today and the food is really good. I got the chilli chicken with fried rice dinner special and it was delicious. The portion was also huge it can feed 2-3 people. I’m excited to try other dishes from the menu out.

Best Hakka place in the city. I have been going there for years and they never disappoint. Great taste, large portions, and a very reasonable price.

Absolutely horrible and bad customer service. The order taker (probably owner) was rude and had zero patience while taking our order. Never again.

They have the best Bombay paneer I've ever tried. I love their seating plan with the booths for small groups to give privacy whe dining

Awesome food and really nice owners. The lady that runs the place is a machine. One night I saw here solo the whole place while helping her young kids with their homework. Sometime there’s a bit of wait but I’m ok with that. If I wanted immediate food I would’ve cooked at home myself.

This Restaurant even does not deserve one star. We went last night with my friend. There was ONLY ONE WOMAN working in all restaurant and she was also looking after her toddler! That woman was sooooo rude and unwelcoming that upon seeing us, instead of greeting, she yelled from the distance " may I help you? " although she knew we were there for dine in. We ordered seafood soup and that was the worst soup, I have ever eaten! Despite the fact, we requested mild spicy, it was tooo hot and no taste at all, no seafood inside the soup and very bad taste, looked Cough syrup.during our stay of 30 minutes, we continued to observe that only that woman was working alone in the restaurant and looking after her toddler too. Therefore, if you wish good food and good service, NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BIZZZARE RESTAURANT.

This Hakka resturant they never do good costumer service we dont want to pay tips them becouse of bad costumer services but they charged already tips on the bill and they so rude with costumer service and I request you guys dont go this hakka resturant and washroom so dirty omg I never see that dirty washroom I hop you guys understand I dont know how to claim on city toronto about this hakka resturant if any one know how do claim please do it we all with you guys

MEAT NOT HALAL. Their meat supplier al Mehdi halal meat is a non Muslim Chinese person who also supplies pork running under an Islamic name.

Decent place to have hakka food. The ambeince is sort of ok with the food quality varying Everytime you have it here. Bombay chicken is a must try over here. For soup do not ever go for sweet corn soup it's disappointing. Overall experience is decent

Visited this place this Sunday and liked the food very much. Summarizing things that we liked/disliked:

Good things:
- Awesome food, starting from the complimentary soups till the sides.liked everything. Lunch specials just rock.
- Each of the main course items (we actually tried the lunch specials) were almost sufficient for 2 people and we (3 people) had to do pack quite a bit for home.
- Price is lower considering the quality & quantity of food.
- Wait time was also pretty minimal.

Only thing that we din't like much is the hospitality of this place. A little more warmth at the front desk as well as from the waiter would have been awesome.

Super Hakka used to be a family favorite. The portion sizes are always great for the price, but the same cannot be said for the service or the food anymore. We visited today for dine in and ordered a noodle dish, fried chicken wings and gravy szechuan beef.

The szechuan beef, hands down, is one of the WORST Hakka dishes I've had i my life. It had no taste. They forgot to put salt in it at all I believe, the gravy literally tasted like water and the onions were plain raw. We did not send it back and most of it was still left by the time we were done. When I tried to explain to the server how it was not good, she started explaining how it was the worst beef gravy dish they had out of the others and we should have gone with the manchurian or chilli beef instead. What is the point of telling us this in the end instead of earlier when we were ordering? There wasn't an apology, she literally jumped straight to explaining and cleaning our table. There have been times in the past where we were given completely wrong information about certain dishes, but today caught me by surprise. I want to give a higher rating, but unfortunately, I can't. Expected more.

I went there after my girlfriend told me it is really great so we went inside and sat there for like 15 minutes. Nobody came to attend us and we were ringing the bell for sometime.
They have multiple private tables with drapes which is quite decent.
I ordered Schezwan Chicken Noodles and Veggie Manchurian with gravy.
The noodles were fine and chicken was not properly season. The veggie noodles are better. The manchurian tasted delicious and with proper spices and gravy was quite great. I ate both together and it was great as well.
The waiter was friendly and customer service was good after we ordered.

Chilly chicken had no taste the lady at the counter was very rude told. No customer service food came out cold.

My brother really loves this place. It is his favourite restaurant. Because of him we go there at least twice a month. They have few vegetarian options but the ones that are on the menu taste really good. After trying all the options available to us we have selected our favourite items and order those each time we go there. Our order consists of the Singaporean Fried Rice, Bombay Paneer and Vegetable Balls with gravy. Those items are our all time favourite. Please don't ever change them. Thank you for the service.

We got the wrong order. The food was stale. Quantity is really good but the food was not fresh at all. Will not recommend to dine here.

Looks like a sushi spot, interesting spot, food is pretty good, but service is lacking. One time took over 15-20 mins for someone to come take an order, well I had to get out of my booth to go find the lady who worked there to make an order.
