It’s very hard finding a stylist who gives you amazing cuts and listens to your needs and provides feedback. Luckily I found Pawandeep. He always takes his time and provides feedback and insight on which cut would look the best and always manages to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this him and this place. Very friendly and accommodating. Just make an appointment before hand as they are busy

Last week I did my eyebrows threading but beautician not up to mark because whatever I told her she didn’t listen.now my eyebrows are too thin. I will never do my eyebrows over there

I went there once and after the guy messed up my hair big time, it was my last. If you like scissors cut, then this place is definitely NOT for you.

Had a haircut from Pawan! Really nice guy who knows how to give a great fade! The receptionist Kim was very pleasant to talk to and helped me out with my making a reservation! All in all if you want a good haircut at a bargain price this is the place to go! 5 stars

I went there from Etobicoke but they didn’t serve me cos according to them I had an appointment at 5: 30 pm but I was pretty sure it was 6 pm they ask me to come at 5: 30 pm but I said I am not sure able to reach there at that time. Sahil is good men there but the receptionist is the worst guy with the attitude.
I won’t go to that shop again nor do my friends

Don’t even try availing the service of jenny. I came here in November of 2020. I wanted an undercut and she for sure accidentally overshaved it and try to hide it. I didn’t noticed it at first until I got home. I messaged them on instagram and ask me to come back to the store. I wanted a refund and they say can’t and just free hair cut after my hair got longer, because as u can see they cannot fix it its totally shaved. I was really upset and they didn’t even bother to refund it. Of course I won’t go back again even tho they offered free haircut next time! The guy even said to me to please delete my reviews or dont post negative review online. I just wanted people to know what they are signing up when they go to this salon.

Service is way on Top! I called up for an appointment, they are very accomodating. Last minute, they found a slot to cut my hair. Pawan is the best hairstylist for men, while Amy is the best for women’s hair in this salon. They are both very detailed, knows their craft. Well experienced hair stylist. Amazing people! I definitely will recommend them. Great value for money. Super One is No. 1

Jenny is the best employee there. She took extra care with my long hair and colored every strand meticulously and very fast. She did extra work to my hair as well. I would ask for her every time. Friendly staff.

I went to super one salon after a year. My regular person was not available so I agreed to try with Jenny for my hair colour & hair cut services as I wanted to travel. Communication with her was not easy she didn’t speak fluent English. She cut my hair without even making them wet and now it’s uneven. I showed her the global hair colour I wanted and told her I like shades of dark brown. She got colour and her colour applying method was so messy, it was dripping on the apron and she even dropped on my face. She was very very messy. Instead of letting my hair colour dry naturally, she made me sit under a blower and washed my hair in 20mins. When she dried my hair it was black, like someone put those cheap dyes on my hair. I showed her disappointment. Instead of redoing or finding a solution, she said it will fade away in weeks. Disappointed and sad I asked her to blow dry (do curls) she did so bad and uneven curls. I asked her not to use spray on my hair and still she did. I asked her serum which she just dumped on my hair and my hair became oily. I didn’t want to tip but she was standing on my head so I had to do out of decency. It use to be a good salon. Now it’s not. I don’t see old faces. I am never never going back for any service. I wish I could get a full refund. You guys have lost a customer for ever.

I came there for doing my nail. The lady who works there, told me to wait and she told me that, she can help me to do my Nail within few minutes. I waited there for about 2 hours. And no one came for helping me. After that they told me to pay because shop is gonna close soon, so they want to settle there machines and all. And they were not even start doing my nail.i did not understand, why should i pay money before doing anything, It was totally disappointing things happend there. The lady there made my day worst. Time is money for every one, they can even say that before, that they can not do my nails because they are about to close or they have more clients like that all. But what they did is, they asked me to wait and they made me to wait for so long and they dont even did my nails. Its so disappointing thing. I will never reccomend any one to go over there. Very disappointing customer service. They dont even say sorry to me for the inconvenience. Is this is there service? They helped the lady who came after me because they were from same country. It was so unfair. It is so embarrassing.

Anju did a fantastic job with hair colouring, trimming, and styling. She is pleasant and competent. It was the first time I'd ever coloured my hair. She provided excellent advice and suggestions for my face. I am very impressed with her talent.

Sahil is really a professional and friendly barber. He always do his work properly. The prices are very competitive and fair. Finally found a good barber shop in Scarborough.

This place is just amazing. I had my hair did by Aashi. She is very professional and experienced (of course FRIENDLY!). She is open to ideas and listens carefully and provides professional service. I have been there for my first haircut in canada in three years. I was not sure particulary who to choose, so i decided to get it from any of the available stylist. Well, my misfortune. Amy was my stylist. She started cutting after completely drying my hair which I have never seen. I did ask ther to keep the same length but she started cutting into layers soooo unprofessionally, without partitioning. She just pulled my entire hair at the back and started giving very light U shape at the ends. Was done in less than 5 minutes with it. Then she started blow-drying, buttt ughhhh! Paid 65+tax. NOT AT ALLWORTH THE SERVICE. I saw other stylists working around bt Amy was worsttt. I could have done that on my own!

I got my hair coloured for the first time in Canada. My hair looks beautiful and awesome that I just love them so much. All thanks to JYOTI who gave such an amazing look to my hair. Extremely unprofessional. Despite booking an appointment in advance and showing up before time, was asked to wait 20 mins after my appointment time which was pushed ahead again. Other customers coming in after my appointment time were served first, quoting they had booked an appointment and this is a busy time. The front desk associate was not even apologetic for her unprofessionalism. They could have just given me a different time / day if they were not going to accommodate me.complete waste of my time! Ridiculous service and unprofessional.

Anju has been so kind starting from giving the right advice on choosing the color to tips on maintaining the hair color. The salon gets very busy, so I would recommend booking an appointment. Amy was my stylist and she was fantastic. She cut and coloured my hair. It is 10 times healthier now after months of the pandemic lockdown.

No social distancing at all! Had a pedicure and the girl was very aggressive with the cuticles of my two big toes which bled after she cut them! Not happy at all. The two twin sisters were very good when they did the pedicures of my friends!

I searched for a long time and was so hesitant to cut my long hair, i booked appointment based on online reviews.i am very happy that i Chose Anju for my hairstyling. I just showed a picture of what i wanted and she made sure it came out good and as the way i wanted it. She suggested the length, but i din want to cut short and later regret for having short length.but i am happy, as my hair looks healthy than before with so much split ends. The Super one hair salon is great. The staff was great at there job. But, for me personally “AASHI” was the super hairstylist. She is professional, friendly and a great mentor at the same time. I had really really bad hair but she turned them into the best hair one could dream of. At the end I knew one thing for sure that I will be her regular and loyal customer for ever and ever.

One of the worst service with a long wait without proper customer service. I wait almost an hour and half with the token. They call people randomly without a systematic way. If people like to wait for 2hours or long for a below-average hair cutting then it's a better place for those people.

Jenny straightened my hair and the results were beyond my expectations. I love them. My hair is naturally wavy and frizzy and I enjoy wearing it straight (but not pin straight). They look naturally straight now.
My hair now dries out so smooth and silky. It is easy to maintain my hair, and it looks so good.

She is a great stylist.
She is a wonderful, kind person. I am satisfied by her service.

So disappointed in my experience. I chose to give this salon a try against my better judgement since it was so close to home and appeared to have good reviews online. I paid just shy of $300 for the worst hair colouring (and cut) I have ever had. I showed Jyoti a photo of what I was looking for and what I recieved was just plain ugly. The highlights are completely uneven and don't even come close to the top of my hair. I just left the salon and it looks like my hair was coloured a month ago. I also was extremely disappointed to see Jyoti go between another client and myself without changing her gloves. Trying to find someone else to get my hair redone asap because I am so incredibly embarrassed by my hair.

Reasonable price for the service (hair straightening). Booked appointment online and had to wait over an hour to get service which I can understand because it’s very busy but better capacity planning is needed. I was ok with it but other people might not appreciate wasting that extra hour. The service was standard and ok and I recommend it if you like a no-frills experience. I usually frequent salons downtown and of course it’s different (“fancier” and more comfortable but a bit more expensive- this salon was not comfortable at all. Very crowded and people constantly bumping into me). I think I’d rather spend the extra $$$ for the added comfort. Anyway, that’s ok I suppose. What was NOT okay and incredibly perplexing to me was the attitude of the front desk lady (no clue what her name was- she wasn’t one of the hair stylists I think, probably a receptionist). She is extremely cold and almost seemed annoyed right from the start to the very end. Asked for my payment in the middle of my hair getting done with hair in my face- sorry I actually didn’t tip because I accidentally skipped the option since I couldn’t see a thing on the debit machine since hair was stinging my eyes. Truly sorry since the lady who did my hair was sweet and the price was reasonable. But yeah idk if that lady was just having a bad day or what, who knows? Enough to turn me off of the salon sorry but for those who can tolerate a bad attitude at a service place it’s ok

I got my hair coloured by Jyoti. She exactly knows what is best for you. She is open to listen to your ideas and tries to understand what is best for you and suggests ways you can tweak it to suit your needs. I love my hair. She spent close to 5 hours perfecting what i wanted. Jyoti is the best️

I had a great pleasure getting my hair done with Jyoti. I came in with outgrown blonde hair and black roots. She suggested to do lowlights and tone my blonde hair. It turned out so beautiful, not too flashy, just perfect. She educated me as well on how I can properly take care of my hair. Overall, she is very personable, professional, and definitely puts in her passion to doing hair. Most importantly, the price is very affordable with the amount of efforts she put in my hair to make it look good. I would recommend Jyoti for anyone who's got brassy, too flashy blondes that have not been taken care of. She definitely knows what to do!

I asked for a layered cut, when i first got it i liked it. Then I realized that the lady left the back of my head different hair lengths. I'd grab one piece of hair and its a lot longer than other pieces. This is not the first time i got a layered hair cut. It's growing out ugly as hell.

I did my permanent hair straightening by anju. She is well professional and did great job. She gave lots of tips and ideas to maintain my hair. I will go back to her in next time. My special thanks to Jason for his nice service.

I would not recommend this place for hair cut. First of all price is not firm, sign says one thing and they charge u a lot more. Secondly they talk about customer in their language. They didn’t know that I understand their language. Barbers are not professional end up with a very bad hair cut.
