Super Sausage

A very nice place to shop for a meat or cold cuts, the only problem is the people who serve it's a very poor and English and they don't understand and they end up giving you something you didn't order they should have other people who speak very good English they hire polish people who don't speak very good English and also they should be a little bit more friendly

Smoked ribs are horribly salty! I can't eat them. The store was clean and nicer than the old one, but I certainly won't buy the smoked ribs again.

Very rude/racist customer service old lady told me to not to use my cellphone and then spoke some words in polish. I don’t know the language, it was my first time there as my friend recommended me some polish products. Never going back.

I stopped in today with my husband to pick up some Kabasa. We were being criticized because we did not speak Polish. Roles of the eyes, Laughing, cutting in front of us in line and being told to go to the back of the line when we CLEARLY had a spot in line!? I’m polish, but don’t speak the language.never learned it. I’m turned off at the fact that these people were so rude towards me and my husband? Other than the rudeness the meat was predominantly pork based it tasted very cheap? My mother can make sausage/Kabasa WAAAY better than “STUPER” sausage can… If you want cheap meat and to be disrespected…. Please stop by.

I have been going there for many many years. Very hight quality of food, not expensive at all and very clean.

I'm at Super Sausage every week. Always a great experience. The staff is spectacular and so are all the products they sell.

Great place for various types of meat. Prices are excellent when compared to other stores. Every type of meat I purchased there was awesome! Their pepperoni, black forest ham, sausages and weiners are all delicious!

Today around 8: 30am my wife walked in the store (light NEXT over the door was on and door was opened) and got kicked out by the rude lady rolling eyes at her and shutting the door without any explanation. I'm polish and usually I have no issues there but my wife doesn't speak polish and it was her 3rd bad experience. Being a loyal husband I'm done with Super Sausage.

Many different kinds of sausages along with many other products. Low fat and delicious. Prices are reasonable.

Horrible customer service. Employees are quite rude and arrogant. The other day my mother couldn't find something in the freezer and she asked one of the women working there to help her out. Instead of helping my mom, that woman just said that "she can't be bothered looking for that item for her". Had this been in a respectable supermarket, she'd have been fired right on the spot.

Nothing really special about this place except for an exceptional selection of polish style meats and shelves filled with polish spices, condiments, sauces and prepared or canned goods. Great places to start for a taste of Poland. Smells great.

Place has always been fantastic. Incredible food for such a great price. People that complain about this place have no idea what their talking about. You won't be disappointed when you go.

Was not happy, purchased 3 lbs, kaubasa was like mush, no chunks of meat and way to much fat, their quality is getting worse every month, jan 2020,

Not enough of these ethnic markets wish I could give it 10 stars.when I visit Canada again first stop.

Very disappointed. Asked woman at counter to wat h my bag. When it was stolen they refused to replace the 10 sausages. For $12 they lost a regular customer
Poor customer relations

Najlepszy polski sklep. Świeżością wędlin przewyższa dwa sklepy z literą S na początku swojej nazwy w Hamilton. Ceny najlepsze i najbardziej przyjazne dla naszych portfeli. Tylko z tego sklepu gdy kupię wędliny to są najdłużej świeże w lodówce, a gdy kupię w innych polskich sklepach to na drugi dzień wędliny są niesmaczne. One lady were complaining about her stolen shopping bag with kolbassa - when you leave a counter cash register, noone is responsible for your shopping bags. Get them to your var and come back to continue shopping. Simple. 100% recommended polish store.

Eating their sausages make my throat hurt and salty. Meat loaf deli and Head cheeses have a weird taste. One star for the custard donut which I don’t believe they make it from scratch.

Super Sausage is a great place to pickup your deli needs a very busy store make sure the first thing you do upon entering is pick up your deli number and if you have never been here this store boasts a wide variety of smoked meats and deli meats their kielbasa is lean and very good we personally love what they call double smoke and for the price it is a great deal we also love their barbecue sausage and everything is very fresh considering how many customers they have but if you are considering large orders arrange this ahead of time they will get it ready for pickup so upon arrival it will be packed for you.

Was very disappointed. Baught some honey garlic sausage.definately tasted like something you could just buy at a regular grocery store.

Very rude service. The young kid with light hair at the back was very rude, and ignored my inquiry after telling me to step away from the prepackaged section. The staff at the back seemed very unhelpful and seriously lacking customer service. They just turned away and ignored me. I will NEVER shop here and neither will any member of my family. Learn customer service and teach it to your employees. Disgusting service!

Great selection at the deli counter, always fresh. Very friendly staff except for the one young blonde working at the check out- told us she doesn't speak any polish with a thick polish accent. The next week we were in and she was behind the deli answering an older woman in polish. Saw us and could tell she was embarrassed, I wanted to ask her why she lied but my husband told me to let it go. You work at a polish store, why are you pretending you can't speak polish when you so obviously can. Mild complaint, it just irritated me. Otherwise the store is great!

Very busy place but they get through the people of they actually know their order ahead of time.
Will be going back again.

Honestly the best sausages I’ve ever had! The new location on Upper Ottawa is a perfect upgrade to accommodate the amount of people that go there! Also have a nice selection of European spices and teas! Highly recommend you try it!

Great selection great prices, the place is super clean. Great staff, always make a point of visiting when I am in Hamilton visiting from Wilno, Ontario.

I didn't like the way you line up to pay only 1 line.two cashiers should be 2 lines much better system.

Love this store! Always walk out with more then I went for. Service is fast and staff always friendly. Love the new bigger brighter store.
