Absolute terrible company. Needed a bin for an opening business sales rep never once mentioned she was signing us in a 5yr contract. Only way out is written notice between 120 and 90 days of end of contract. Underhanded business practice. Do not use these guys look for better options

FRAUD ALERT
I would've gone with 0 or - star if there was an option. This is not a matter of how satisfied or not. We got scammed by them. Like others' reviews, they deceive people to get them to sign the contract and we are one of the victims.
They left comments on every bad review here saying that "Please contact us to solve this issue blah blah", however, at the end of the conversation, you will get an invoice for the early cancellation fee to end the contract made by their lie which is insane. Prob this is the way they earn money. They definitely know that small companies/businesses (mostly without legal team support) would not be able to go to court to sort this out because of the money thing. They are not handling garbage. They are just GARBAGE. How is it possible this garbage company still runs their business legally?

I don’t understand how they’re still in business or can operate legally except for all of the customers who are FORCED to deal with them because of their sneaky contracts!

There is a reason they have 2.3 stars. As soon as you have a problem, don’t even try and get help. Its all, sorry this is the contract, well guess what, i read the contract NO ITS NOT! Im going to enjoy cancelling it! Thanks for NO HELP AT ALL! Buyers beware, price seems great till you have a problem!

Am not pleased with this company. One of their trucks damaged my driveway. After dealing with their claims department for 6 months, no action after 6 months. To be clear, I am not unhappy because they turned me down, it never got to that stage. I am unhappy because they never responded to me. Not even a formal apology from management/owners.

I wish there was a 0 star here because even 1 star is not enough. Very unprofessional company. I been chasing them for passed 2 months to take there propane tanks
They keep giving me falls hope that they will remove it. Wasting people time, and there is a guy name Chris don’t even deal with him because he is just watching tv and playing games he does not even reply to you. We give them business for 1 years now that we are done and asking them to take out there garbage tanks they not welling to come.

Zachary Tune was very friendly and helpful when our comfort station was leaking water and not flushing. He called a service tech for us

Taylor came to drop off a portable comfort station for our construction site and was super friendly, had a great sense of humour and made sure we had all the information needed. Very good customer service.

Taylor approaches his job with a sense of humour that is very refreshing. He is knowledgeable, prompt and I know I can trust that the work is going to get done right.

I have to say, I was blown away by the level of customer service provided by Peter J. He was professional, efficient, and attentive. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service.

Used portable washroom when building my house, workers never complained, Delroy was the servicer.

Sangha is best girl! She is excellent in her job, she provide superb service everytime! Listen us and always ask if there is any problem. Never saw such hard working lady!

Non responsive, they did not deliver when they said they would, sales rep went on vacation and never returned my calls.

When I called to find out when my fence will be delivered I was told dispatch was not in the office today.

I should have avoided completely when I saw the reviews, unfortunately it’s to late now - as they took my credit card and I signed a contract.

Avoid this company - I would give zero stars if I could.

Excellent customer service by June Fernandes, who went above and beyond to have the propane cylinders dispatched as we were out of stock. She not only made this happen, but also followed-up with the driver and updated us on when the cylinders would be delivered to us. This team is a professional team and I would recommend them to any business outfit. Services can be measured when one is in a dire situation and requires help. This is exactly what they did and helped us out. Thank you for all yr help.

As a General Contractor, I have been using Supersave for a few years. They take care of my Bin service, Fencing, Portable toilets and heat. Greg Grinter has been handling and managing all of my sites and contracts, without Greg's help and professional experience I would be struggling, Greg Handles it all for me with utmost care and professionalism. Thank you Greg for all your help!

Super Save have been a wonderful company and my contact June Fernandes has always been extremely helpful.

Eric Yang is extremely helpful in arranging the temporary heating for my construction sites, and making sure the tanks are being refilled as needed.

Super Save Group set up fencing for me. Service rep Jade P was a great help, her service was great and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company.

Do you enjoy being stuck in 5 year contracts of unfair billing, lies, disorganization and frustration?

Probably not, I wish the worst for this company.

I've been waiting for weeks for them to get back to me via email and/phone call.

They've charged my credit cards and the invoices provided do not match the charges or dates at all. No one there is even able to explain the charges and nothing has been done about it. I've been with them for almost 3 years now but i've had enough.

I've even asked them to remove fencing from one of my sites and its been over 1 week and the fence is still there.

Extremely upset

NEVER GET ANY SERVICE FROM THEM. They don’t do their job properly at all and don’t even care they refilled your water. I haven’t had water in my washroom for weeks and have made multiple calls to get it fixed but no one came. I have to go to my local Tim Hortons…. Beyond disgusted

I had rental agreement for 6 month and 7 th month was free.they removed the unit without my notice and stilled billed for 2 months. They scam customers with their cc info on file to continue charges, when you don't have nay service from there BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE ZERO RATED. FRAUDENT PPL

Don't do business with this company, after you sign the contract they don't know you anymore

Is there even a point in rating this scam of a company? I feel sorry for anyone that has made the mistake of working with a company like super save. They have been charging my credit card for 8 months after their services have been stopped. I had to go through the banks and shut down my account in order to stop the payments. No one at their office would even attempt to resolve this issue.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They quote you low price but then SURPRISE YOU WITH A TON OF HIDDEN FEES AND CHARGES. They do not respond to emails and all the staff there are poorly trained and no one knows what they are doing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I used one of their portable toilet, totally disgusting with broken flush handle and very unsanitary.
