Super Shawarma

I’ve been going to super shawarma for years and recently for the past few months one the employees, I’m assuming she’s new because I’ve never seen her there beforehand has been extremely rude every time I’ve gone there, And since she has been there the food has been old, dry and not as good as it usually was! Unfortunately I will not be coming back!

November 17,2023. Very disappointing. I had heard stories, tales from a distant land of the wondrous machinations of Super Shawarma. I had heard legends of cuticles being found in the chicken… the rubbery, dry, stinky smelly chicken. I had heard that the staff was constantly rude and unhelpful. I did not experience this. We ordered through Skip The Dishes, and our food came as ordered. We got the Beef Gyro Wrap, and the Shawarma Poutine. They were great. I’m talking incredible. THIS MAY JUST BE THE MOST SPECTACULAR SHAWARMA EXPERIENCE THIS MORTAL PLANE HAS TO OFFER OUR DECREPIT SOULS. Our food was perfect, and no stray hairs or cuticles were found anywhere. Perchance.

One of the best shawarma places in the city, you can never go wrong with it the quality is very consistent and the employees are always very nice and helpful.

I regret spending $18 on their shawarma plate as it didn't satisfy my taste, but I must say their customer service was excellent.

Their Service was absolutely horrible. So rude. They only chose to speak with my partner and didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything. I had to basically yell at her to order my food.
They seem to think everything is funny, and have no manners whatsoever.
I really hope this was a one off situation and that they aren’t like this as a service in general.

Lovi is an amazing rep, very friendly and personable, always welcomes me with a smile and greets with positivity.
Food is always fresh and tasty. Its my go to shawarma place.

Got chicken on the rocks. Didn’t see it on the menu when looking but the order taker knew what I wanted. Food was served quick and hot. Food tasted good. Would come back. Would recommend

My kids love your shawarma's and they always ask me to go to and gat them shawarma's from your place and you guys have the best service think you so much

I always get the shawarma poutine. It taste's great. They give a good portion and a generous amount of garlic/hot sauce.

I used to go here all the time and leave a tip, now no tip and I'm going a lot less. They are getting cheaper with their topping for the price of the shawarma wrap.

On May 21,2023,12.30 PM, we went there for a friendly Lunch with my family. We worded a chicken shawarma wrap for each, when the mature of the staff in charge asked who will pay. I confirm that I will pay, when she started to make unpleasant and 100% unprofessional loudly comments that my son should pay for our order.
We politely asked for completion of our order, when she continued with her comments addressed to my son in front to everyone: "I still believe you should pay for the order. "
It seems that she had something with my son, despite the fact that she doesn't know my family and I HAVE INVITED MY FAMILY'S MEMEBERS TO THIS LUNCH.
The food was not fresh, and for sure that was not the expected lunch.
We will never return to this place!

This is the best shawarma poutine I’ve ever had. Owner was very nice and offered me and my girlfriend a free drink. The customer service was excellent and the food was even better.

Chicken shawarma is average, chicken sandwich had some cuticles.their garlic sauce tastes like it has a lot of mayo. I would have preferred if the chicken was fresh off the grill, not kept in a box.

We ordered 2 chicken shawarma plates. The food was salty as a sea and the chicken smelled really bad. I will never go back to them.

Recently I have visited super shawarma, I order shawarma plate It was so delicious everything is freshly served, and the ambience and the food service was very good. I highly recommend my friends to go for it.

Because we love Schwarma, we tried to order from our neighborhood restaurant. We are two seniors with disabilities and were looking forward to try Super Schwarma Salad plate. Just 2 orders, 2 salad Schwarma's. The delivery was fast but the bill was $53.00. There was NO meat in the dishes. The food was cold. No sauce either and we didn't have the option to order what we wanted on the salad. Super Schwarma is one block away. I can't drive or my husband, as we both had knee surgeries. Highland Halal Schwarma was not taking calls or orders. We order Schwarma once a week. We will not order from Super Schwarma again! Too expensive and cold, no meat. $53.00 including delivery. NOT fair, Not good.

Amazing family owned restaurant with delicious fresh falafel and aromatic rice. They make their own fresh hummus. 100% recommend
