Super Submarine

Went in for a simple Veggie sub with extra cheese and a pizza sub on their 2 for 14 combo. They put pickles and green olives on the veggie sub and they were not ordered. As you would expect both of those items ruin the whole sandwich for someone that does not like those items, you cannot simply pick them off. As I have had it described to me many times, olives will pollute a whole pizza or a sandwich. Called the restaurant and because they are in the city over they agreed to refund the money but do not have the means to do electronic transfers as they are strictly a cash business. Who would expect that green olives and pickles would be considered standard on a sub, that is like putting hot peppers or hot sauce on a sub in that those items are often offensive to those who don't like them. The pizza sub was not as good as expected and was a level below what you would get standard from Subway. Granted it was a $7 sub and slightly less expensive but there was no or extremely little sauce on it. Very disappointing from a business that has been around so long.

I bought veggie and cheese sub. 6.99 each. You get lots of toppings, only wish you can get extra sauces without paying 3.00 extra. I had mayonnaise and ceaser dressing, with black pepper.

This place is my FAVORITE and go to when craving submarine sandwiches! They also cater too.

Always greeted with warm smiles! They open early enough for other workers to get a hearty meal from shift work.

Every time I visit Niagara Falls, I grab subs and more on my way home. The bread is so fresh and soft. The ingredients in my subs are fresh and easily devoured.

The selection of drinks offered are unique and brings me back to my younger years (PoPShop.yum).

The selection of chips are good too. If you like dill chips, be sure to try the baked ones. Yum!

This has the ham I like! Always fast and fresh. Come out of town to pick subs up as the places in my city close before 6pm or are a subway. Keep up the awesome service and amazing food

Love it here. Always dependable, quick, fresh and affordable. People may think, well.you can't really mess up a sub - but that's not true. You for sure can and this family run business is consistently delivering quality food every time I've ordered.

The selection is simple and I'm okay with that. Less is more in my opinion and better to be known for what works rather then try a hundred new ideas that don't. (Aka, their competitors)

They are always busy but even if you're in line.it's never a long wait.

The only criticsm I'd have is with only cash for orders. They have a bank machine if you like service fees so I've gotten in the habit of only going if I have 20$ on hand to save the hassles. Either way.small detail and not a deterrent at all.

Just bought 3 subs one was breaded chicken it was the worst sub I ever had it was so messy and discusting and theeatball sub was cold.not impressed at all

Very kind staff! Ingredients are as fresh as can be. It's a bit hidden away in an empty looking plaza but boy do they make a good classic sub. Also the 2 sub deal is insane. Delicious and underrated.

If you're looking for a decent sandwich in the area this is it. Unless you want to go to the local delis and literally explain to them the sandwich you want including meats. Even then. Just go here. The local delis and pretty trash saddly.

Fresh subs! And they were delicious. Could use a little more sub sauce on there - if you go, ask for extra sub sauce.

Driest sub I've ever had, employee said they were the best in town. Not only was the sub terrible, but on a different occasion I went to the phone store in the same plaza and when I got out of my car, two ladies working in Super Submarine were staring at me and being very awkward and rude when I was walking by. I hope they read this and know who they are, unless they do this to other people too and lost track. I will never go there again. The place was not good at all
Every time I pass by it, I always remember that awful sub. Never again. Super Submarine is a joke.what a name for a sub joint. Delusional employees. I can make a better sub at home

Super Sub has been around forever, they've always had great cold cuts for a great price. They aren't skimpy on the meat or any parts of the sub. $16 for 2 large subs, pretty darn good A+

Update: They lost a star because their prices have gone up so high it's no longer such a great value. Also they got rid of wraps.

Currently my go to sub place in Niagara Falls.
They got great prices, and great subs.
Not the best I have ever had, but bonus points for price!

There's a reason they've been in business as long as they have!

Only other thing I'll mention is cash only!

Sent my father to get subs for the house for dinner, ordered 2 meat ball 2 assorted, one with Chipotle. They didn't put Chipotle on one, when I called to notify them, I was argued with. Sad to say I will not be returning.

Have been going to this sub place for so long. It used to be two foot long subs for $5.75! It still is very reasonable I believe two foot long subs for $14? The ingredients are fresh and delicious! The staff is great, but if you get the younger guys they messed up my last order. I asked for a little mayo and mustard on my sub and it had soo much mustard on it, the sub was inedible. I literally was using bounty sheets to try to wipe the mustard off, only to push it further into the delicious, spongy, Italian bun. Luckily my second sub could not be sabotaged as it was a microwaved meatball sub.

As far as subs go this place is right up there with the best. The buns were delicious and so soft. Got the 2 assorted subs for 15 bucks. I think in that price range. Outside of the main drag. Well worth the lil drive.

It's 2022 and cash only? Oh wait the best part is there is a ATM at the counter that would be happy to give you the cash you need. For a 2$ fee on top of that your bank may charge you a addition charge as well. This makes these extremely mediocre at best subs even more money, for me it was a extra 4$. Save your "CASH" folkes and support businesses that can move with the times and value customer convienence without charging someone who does carry cash with them, in a day in age where cash is almost obsolete.

We often get subs for work from here and it's always a big hit! Best prices in town! They only accept cash but there is an ATM on site (I think there's a $2 service fee). I last went on a Saturday night, about an hour before they closed so a couple choices weren't available.so you might want to go a lil earlier or call ahead to make sure that have what you want. Definitely my "go to" place for subs:)
