Amazing service for vacuum repair! Came in with a Hoover upright that wasn't turning on. Super Vacs quickly diagnosed the problem as a busted power switch, already had a spare power switch on hand, and swapped in the new part in just a few minutes. My vacuum works just like new again! Will definitely be coming back here if I ever need vacuum help again!

I took my Dyson in because the dirt bin had been put in incorrectly and was wedged in there so i couldn't get it apart again. They took a couple of minutes and had it put together right. No charge! They were so kind!

I went to Super Vac for the first time on October 6. I had an older Dyson that wasn't working properly. Tyler, the owner, was extremely helpful. He was able to fix the issue with the brush roll and didn't charge me a dime. He also gave me some replacement options if my Dyson konks out in the future. Nice clean store and a friendly, knowledgeable owner. Cant ask for more than that. Thanks Tyler. You are my new vacuum store.

The motor mount of our close to 30 year old beam central vac cracked so the motor would torgue and throw the belt. We went in to Super Vacs looking to buy a new central vac. Tyler chatted with us for a bit and was asking a number of questions about our house, the model of vac we had etc. The one issue we had was that the hose and nozzle of the vac were an old configuration that not all accessories and power heads would fit. He recommended that we stick with our current vac as it was; more than powerful enough for our needs; still working well; and could easily be fixed if it did start causing trouble. A simple and cost effective solution was to upgrade the hose, power head and accessories. On his recommendation we picked up a Sebo ET-1 power head and hose combo and are extremely pleased as it is a significant improvement in what we had. Add to that the fact that we expected to buy a whole new system, yet Tyler saved us hundreds of dollars by selling us only what we needed. This is a gem of store that deserves everyones patronage.

SuperVacs was great! My beater bar overloaded and they kindly showed me that it was nothing that was broken but merely a reset. I hadn’t purchased the beater bar from them but they still showed fantastic customer service!
So appreciate that they have weekend hours as well!

I took an older Braun vacuum in to purchase some bags. I was having trouble making sure the bag connected to the hose properly. They spent 30 minutes determining the issue and found a spring missing. They couldn’t repair the part since it had been discontinued but were able to tell me how to repair it and gave me a spring to do the simple repair. I followed their instructions and problem was solved. Great service! ’

The folks at Super Vacs were extremely helpful. I had a problem with my Miele vacuum that they were able to fix in just a few minutes. They didn't even charge me! They seem very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

I brought in my 11 yr old Dyson, which wouldn’t stand upright.spoke to Paul before i came in, and he was familiar w/ the problem.after a quick inspection, it turned out *i* was the problem, and Paul was very gracious abt that.this is def the place for vac repairs.

Dropped off my Roomba on a Tuesday to be deep cleaned. I had tried doing it at home but didn't have the proper tools to really get it clean. Spoke with a lovely gentleman and he assured me it was no problem. On Wednesday they called to tell me they had found the issue and that the bin was full - that wasn't it and I had just not realized there was anything in it. I would always get error messages saying it was full when it wasn't. I asked them to please go ahead and still do the deep clean. They called me Thursday to tell me it was ready and they charged me for the cleaning. On Friday my partner picked up the vacuum as I was not able to get there during their business hours. When I got home and took a look at it, it had not been cleaned at all. Nothing was done and yet I was charged. I called and left a message and someone called me back on Saturday.

This individual was combative and rude right off the bat. I explained the situation and he wouldn't accept any possibility that this was not done. He wanted me to bring it back in during the week, but unfortunately I have to work. I asked if I could email the photos and he could discuss with the tech and call me back. I emailed the photos to their general email and then it was radio silent. I had asked other questions and no curtesy of responding. I finally had to dispute the charge with Visa and was able to get a refund because of the issues.

Beware - they will charge you for services, never complete them, and then fight with you about it. I will never be back. I have also seen their responses to other poor reviews and there is no accountability and all blaming the customer so I won't be surprised if they try to twist my experience as well.

Just popped in to see if vac hose could be repaired or replaced. Was fixed in about 30 seconds and no charge!
So great to have pleasant quick service
