Very versatile place. Great range of product, price is decent, they've kept it updated on how to label all products without overwhelming some customers. Now their design, the swag, the oomph, the pure vibbbeeeee of this place. SO PURE, from the outside decor, and detail of their fake grocery stock, to the staff that work their. It's a real trip just pick'n up!

This is the best dispensary in Hintonburg. Great variety and prices! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

If you're new to dispensaries or don't know what to get, I highly recommend going here. It is a great overall experience! This is not your cornerstone dispensary or sketchy Head shop. The store is aesthetically awesome, it's like a pharmacy/soda shoppe from the 50s. It is bright, open and clean. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable - they are happy to help you or leave you alone to shop. They have a decent selection and variety of accessories and even some apparel. Whenever I'm in the neighbourhood, I enjoy stopping by to take a look around as the displays are changed regularly.

I regularly visit from the Gatineau side for the great selection of hash and dried flower. Always happy when they have the Vortex Afghan Hash in stock as it’s my favourite for price and quality. And its always nice to take a seat and look over to check the paper menus to check their new items. It is also very convenient for me as it is only a short detour from Island Park Drive on my way home.

I love going to this cannabis dispensary after my time at the Anytime Fitness just down the road! It’s so inclusive and the staff are super friendly, especially Jacob! This is definitely my recommendation to all my friends:)

I am an OG customer since the first day Superette opened and I am glad I stayed an OG! They recently have implemented the best rewards program I have ever seen in a cannabis dispensary. I usually came here for the staff such as Ryan and Jacob who are always so friendly at the host stand and helpful behind the cash! From the aesthetics to the customer service, everything at Wellington West is on point:) If you’re looking for a good place for drinks, Parlour is right across the street ;)

I love getting my bagels at the Ottawa Bagel Shop on Wellington and decided to check out Superette's. The service was outstanding and Jacob helped me decide on what best CBD products to try. Will definitely be back!

I was looking for gummies to help with arthritis and was nervous about choosing the right product. Brandon was very informative, he listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right product. The bonus is that he was right and I do find them helpful!

In a neighbourhood full of pot shops, this is my favourite. The staff are wonderful and the aesthetics are on point. Me and my dog are regulars!

Working down the road, I happily pass by other shops to hit up this dispensary. Great atmosphere, cool design & unmatched service. Ryan was really fantastic. He has consistently set me up with the right functional hybrid pre-rolls, the Pineapple Nuken is definitely a new favourite of mine.

Disappointed about no delivery service during the summer. I'll be ordering from the secret garden cannabis store from now on.

Like the other dude said, it's like the cafe in Back To The Future LOL! But i love it, should even be more 80's with huey lewis on the speakers, great first time experience despite going there at 5PM on a long weekend. There was a short lineup outside the door but it was moving fast and seemed in harmony with people leaving with their little brown bags. I wanted to go in and take a look for myself.there were a bunch of young girls that butted in front of me but I didn't make a fuss I was handed a menu and decided to stew on it and take a minute to take a quick look around. I ended up talking with Jen at the cash desk that was a great experience she listened to my medical concern and gave me some options. I rang up a 100 dollar bill just wanting to try very different things. It was a great experience. No smoking inside. You basically go there to get what you need and exit. I will warn that the local property owners are not happy with all the traffic in their neighborhood and some of them are filming trespassing. When I did a 3 point turn one about 3feet of driveway. I found an adjacent neighbour filming me. I thought it was because of my hot car but then i realized they are probably being bothered by all the stoner traffic.

People were awesome, polite very kind, seem like they wanted to be there, so for staff I give a four

Also one thing I really liked was they had cold drink pong so you can chill smoke play and have a awesome time hopefully a pool table later on i want royalties if you do

The store layout I give a 1 that's the one out of five your missing. Its not hard to put tiles on wood to make a long counter with pads showing prices thc, CBS levels.

Super friendly staff, great shop and selection and I loved the diner theme! I didn't have to wait at all, but a few things were sold out and the flower was dry.

We visited for the first time this evening, and the experience was amazing. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and an endless amount of help is available. Great selection as well

Staff are very friendly and the store layout is really nice. Unfortunately when I came yesterday, I had to stand in line for 20+ minutes and 3/4 of the strains on the menu were sold out and what's left was way overpriced. I think ill stick to the black market for convenience and way better prices.

Service is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper slow. If you try calling, they don’t pick up. Their phone number listed is wrong and if you try the suggestion, it takes you to voicemail. Inside the store, the layout is a little confusing with the ticket system. You get a ticket, just as if you were buying cheese or charcuterie, then all of a sudden they call your number and you have no idea what to get because the customer service reps are busy talking to someone else. Then finally you figure it out, you buy, get a receipt and then have to wait again to be called, this time at the other side of the store. Think about your customers. Does this truly make sense? Service is paramount if you want to keep it up. Otherwise, people will just buy online and you’ll be out of business.

Purchased 1 gram Royal High Great White shark, and they ended up giving me a sealed container of 3.5g.
Once I got home I opened it and it smelled old, and it looked yellowish/brown. The packaged date was August 17/2018 lot# LOTYVFC4ENH0IF. I went back to the store and they said it was fine.lmao. Never in my life have I bought garbage weed like this. Since when is it a good idea to seal weed in an air tight container for 8 months?

Keep up the ignorance and obtuse attitude and your shop will find itself closed once the good shops start up. Good luck selling that really really old weed.

I visited the shop and spent a few hundred dollars on CBD oil. The person who served me was pretty helpful, otherwise other staff was very rude. Was redirected to the back of the line after i had already waited through the line. Your entire system makes no sense. The lines are horribly placed. Wait time is horrible as well. Now on to the prices. I understand as a company you have to make profit, but everytime i go in the prices have gone up and the service has gotten worse. Also your employee showed me the suppliers website for cbd oil and you guys pay 35$ per bottle and charge 75$! That is absolutely over priced and insane. In other stores its sold for 60$ for bigger amounts. I am not content at all with my experience and will not be suggesting your store to anyone.

People spend hundreds of dollars at your store regularly, the least we can get is decent service and prices. Its just common sense.

Nice store, everything you need and more. Convenient location, street parking only. The only annoying issue was the greating lady at the front of the line with a menu wanting to chat, holding up the line while free casheirs wait. Still a 10 out of 10

First legal dispensary I've been to, experience was okay but that's due to restrictive regulations and not the establishment. Only offer OCS products, which are over-packaged and non-recyclable. A massive negative to me, but I won't hold that against Superette. The selection was good, all things considered, and the staff were approachable and helpful. If you just want bud, you have to enter a single line served by multiple registers, and are given a menu by floor staff. A bit annoying, but fair and efficient. They also have an area where you can inspect bud/flower in secured jars, a decent method. Facility has hints of retro and is both open and bright. Very pleasing atmosphere. Oh, they ID everyone at the door.

Variety of choices.
Too expensive. They dont set the prices but I ASSUME that they choose not try and get their suppliers to lower their prices for them. The staff is friendly but they come off sounding like they know more than you.

Horrible, do not get ur bud from here, went in the other day and started browsing, store is set up weird as hell and they don’t list their prices beside their strains also their menu is awkward and difficult to read.finally decided on a strain and was told that they only had that strain as a pre roll, so I asked about another one and got told the same, buddy then points to one of the 2 boards and says everything on this board is only available as pre rolls. More than half of their strains were only available as pre rolls this is absolutely ridiculous, especially when they have flower of those strains on display, that makes no sense why would u have it displayed as flower if you can only buy it as a pre roll.then I came to a decision out of the small selection that was flower only to pay and then be told they were out of that strain 5 minutes later, I was refunded and asked about other sativas as that’s what I wanted to buy to which I was told they were out of sativas so I had to buy and indica and I hate smoking indica cause it just drains me. This place is god awful and the prices are whack, paid 40$ for an eighth of 14% thc when I could be getting 26% thc from the Tyendinaga reservation or from the golden lake reservation for 25$ an eighth and idk why I didn’t just drive the hour to do that. Bud tenders were also awkward as hell too seemed like they really didn’t know much about what they were selling and really only gave me one worded responses to my questions. Screw the government for making these places the only legal places to buy from. Garbage service I’ll never be going back there. If I could give a half star I would.

They put more into the branding + decorations in this place than the actual product.flower. We purchased over priced indica hoping it would be worth it, get home to a label that says ‘Packaged on SEPTEMBER 07 2018? !? ! After it was ground it was basically dust, honestly looked like a pile of kief. They only had a very small selection of bud on display to boot. Super disappointed, definitely don’t recommend my friends.

I see guys are still teething so its not reasonable to rate you extremely low. BUT you gotta get your stuff together now. I was there on the opening day and just yesterday too, still noticed you guys struggling with the confusing ticket numbers and disorganized lines. Ok I get it some people don't know what to buy. But if you have just one employee who is truly a cannabis enthusiast he or she needs just 10 seconds to recommend something for you new customer who doesn't know anything.
And promoting/recommending strains could bite back because for example yesterday you were out of gather by sole, then I said ok then I'll grab some God bud (which is way different and I knew). She was like great and in my head i was like she doesn't know or doesn't care. People who know know this. Focus on THC and CBD levels.
Make a single line where you can just walk in and ask for my product. For confused customers have a pothead stand by to advise. I just want you to thrive, you're the closest location to me.

Good day. I visited your store and I think if you would have spent less time on making the place look like a perfume shop you wouldn't have to charge so much for your product. I can get what I purchased from you online or from a dealer for a quarter of the price.it was very dry and had a strange moldy taste to it. It was supposed to be a citrus taste to it not even close. The staff is very friendly but don't have a clue of what they are selling. I asked for cannabis that would help with anxiety stress and depression and his answer was most cannabis causes those symptoms. Not a clue what he is talking about. The price you charge for your CBD capsules is ridiculous. 35$ for 15 capsules. I can get 30 to 50 capsules online for that price. If the government thinks it is going to get rid of illegal cannabis dealers at the prices you charge it will never happen. I doubt I will go back to your shop and anyone that asks me I will let them know it is not worth it. I know that restaurants and other places pay people to post good reviews and I am assuming anyone that gave you 3 or more stars was well compensated.

My second time here. I Really like this place and it's even close to home. Lots of options, even when other dispensaries run dry! Happy to have found my spot:)

Start off with saying it was a pretty nice / organized store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. In my opinion the bud bar was small with maybe 12 types of buds to look and smell but have near 50 kinds to choose from. Prices seemed a little high, and buds were so dry they turned In to dust when u try and pick it up.would go back just for the experience again but wont be my main source or buds.

I like the feel of the place and the selection is good. The staff are attentive and friendly and the service is prompt and effective. I keep reading people reviewing the actual product, which the stores have zero control over (not the quality, not the packaging). So any low ratings for the store because of product is ignorant. In the end this is a nice place.

Was in and out of the store in less than 15 min. Wait outside was no longer than 10 min. (On a Friday evening between 5 and 6)
Staff was very friendly, plenty of selection to choose from.
Product was dry, but was true to weight, tasted great, and got the job done!
As for the reviews complaining about wait times.its to be expected; if you go on the weekend or later in the evening. Everybody is off work by then. Plus with so few locations wait times are bound to happen. It's a part a life, not worth complaing about.

Don't let the lineup fool you. The service is great and you can get in and out quickly. Read the menu carefully and you won't spend a fortune. I got 4 different high THC strains in 3.5G jars and spent less than $10/G.

The whole take a number thing like i'm getting my driver's licence renewed is uncool to say the least. Staff was also overwhelmed despite minimal store traffic. Out of stock for all oral sprays, so popped over to Hobo on Bank Street and got everything I needed. Just walked up to the cash and bought it.

Pretty loud but overall nice atmosphere. There was a lot of people in line at 9pm but we got served very quickly.

-You have to wait 45 minutes in line outside
-Then you get in and take a number and wait another 45 minutes
-the store doesn't have menus on the wall, just a few that doesn't cover their 52 person capacity.
-they're understaffed
- the bottom line is that with prices like they're charging, and the wait times, I see no reason to go back.

Superette, OCS and the rest are scamming consumers. I went yesterday to buy 14g (2 x 7g packages because they won't sell 14 or 28g? !). They were "sold out" of the 7 grams, so they told me I'd have to buy 4 x 3.5g instead at a higher cost. He refused to give me the 7g price.

This is what OCS and these shops are purposely doing.keeping low stock of more than 3.5g, so you're forced to pay more per gram. I asked him for the same price as the 7g, but obviously they said no. So we're forced with a bunch of packaging and paying more per gram.

Go to the store or check OCS online, you will see they are always sold out of 7 and 14g. Absolute joke!

Good atmosphere, very nice store. The way you are served seems a bit inefficient. Product is alright but dry and expensive like most legal weed.

Product was insanely dry and had a strange taste/aroma that was not indicative of the strain. Was mis-informed regarding taxation as well as pricing. Store was nice and staff were very friendly. Prices for products were quite high compared to what is offered online or in other stores.

The product is old and dried out. Of the 3 packages I have opened all have been 20-30% less than advertised. Better packaging and or expiry dates need to be introduced to maintain the quality and mass of the flower. The LPs are only permitted to package plus or minus 5% but after sitting on the shelf so long, dehydration reduces the packaged mass far below the advertised and allowable standards. The prices are not competitive, especially when considering you have to pay full price for only about 80% of the advertised product.

As a cannabis investor I am very disappointed in the licensed producers product quality and price point. The black market Is superior in every way. Fresher flowers, better prices, more selection, and accurately advertised mass.

As far as the actual store goes I hope someone will eventually have an epiphany and realize that the structure of every other storefront I know of Is clearly the most efficient setup for retail sales. I don't know if it's lingering stigmatization that makes store owners believe they will be robbed blind, but there is no more risk of theft in a cannabis store than in a liquor store.

Had a great time, it was simple. The place was beautiful and would visit agian just for the experience. The price is same online so its great to walk in and go!

Our GSC was bought April 3rd 2019 but packaged November 2018 - it was utterly powder and definitely not the full 3.5 we bought and paid full price for.
