Man pointed me to the spot had to give the man a nug forgot the buds at a friends yeah thats where the story ends.

- bought an item July 14, refunded it that same day
- it is now 2 weeks later, 10 business days, no sign of refund even though they claim that it was processed but it is not in my account
- i like the store, but unfortunately my money is missing and no one can provide a clear answer.

Ever since they were bought by Value Buds the product availability and store experience overall has gone downhill. The staff are quite nice, however.
Best of luck but I will be shopping elsewhere. Old Superette, you will be missed

Went to Superette Dispensary for the first time, since I normally shop at Value Buds. The cashier Stephani was fantastic in helping me with a 510 cartridge. I definitely will be returning.

I didn't know what I was going for, but I noticed that it would be quite an experience from the website.

Excellent service, great variety of products and lots of information about options.

If you are looking for an experience more than making a purchase, it is an excellent option.

Good staff good quality and products beautiful environment I switched from for my old spot and this is my new spot now. Keep up the great work guys and keep getting a good quality and pricing I'll keep returning. Your truly a happy costumer.

Bought a preroll from here and went outside to light it and it snapped at the base. Went back in and the owner refused to do anything, claiming that I could've snapped it on purpose. Not really sure it's worthwhile to have a membership here when there are so many other stores with better customer service.

I’m fro Sydney and have been exploring all the cannabis stores I can get to in Toronto, I have to say that Supprette has the coolest store by far!

Very clean and well stocked. Friendly staff and pet friendly. Go grab some smoke and take a few hoots. You won't be disappointed.

Very cool store. Interesting aesthetic that blends pop art with urban retro convenience store and fast food vibes. Neat apparel and smoking accessories and of course, a decent selection of bud.

The experience here was amazing! The setup was eye catching and the employees here are stellar and knowledgeable in all aspects!

Lovely vibe, great selection, didn’t get to purchase anything but from what I’ve seen around town it was all pretty similar to the other places just presented better. The ambiance was really nice.

Customer service sucks here
I asked the associate but that bald guy was super rude then acting weird. He shouldn’t be working there. Whenever i asked anything he seems really confused and arrogant.

Great staff and a super convenient location. Love the vibe and the aesthetic super cool to take your out of town friends to.

Great place, variety. But NOTHING beats the quality of the people working there. Friendliest and the most helpful bunch of people you will ever meet.

There’s one guy that doesn’t really interact with me. But I’ve seen him super interact with others. Kind of sucks because other pot shops they’re super friendly like Miss Jones. I stopped coming here that much and been going to Miss Jones bee aye I can always have a good conversation. Staff are super friendly.
