This company has the best hair quality i have seen in a long time i like the fact that my clients can choose there hair quality as well as colour match seamlessly. The wefts are thick and the hair quality last most of my clients over a year Some of them have worn there extensions for over 2 years.

Been using this hair supplier for over 6 years, always been a hug fan of their 4A quality since it matches my natural hair texture.

My last 2 purchases were a complete failure, hair tangles and mattes in matter of 6-8 weeks, though they claim 3-4 months lifespan (i use salon range products and I know how to take care of my extensions after 12 years of wearing extensions)
Contacted them more than once regarding the terrible degraded quality and all I get is the preset responses.

Very good service. Very responsive. Had been to superhairpieces after damaging my hair system due to using the wrong shampoo and conditioner. It was an emergency situation and they were fast and easy to work with. Everything was very organized. Christina gave me an excellent haircut and she carefully explained me all the Do’s and Don’ts.

STAY AWAY! Got a system. Was so bad u could see ur hand thru.it I sent them pictures. They wanted me to take the system off, which would have left me with no system. Then return it to be repaired. So they do acknowledge that the system was damaged. Then wait 8 months for it to be mailed back. I I asked them for either a another service or I was willing to payasked them for eitherI asked themI asked them for either a another service or II asked them for either a another service or I was willing to pay half price for another service. They refused. Why would anyone pay for a NEW piece to be repaired. They are only about the money not about the customer don't believe the reviews

The quality of the hair was amaaaazing. It looks so natural and the hair color I love it. Staff is really friendly and lady who cut my hair was very professional.

I am a certified extension technician, and use this brand exclusively. I have tried others but they don’t come close to the quality in comparison. I will never use another brand as long as SuperHairPieces keeps up their great work!

I am there customer more then 2 yrs, send lot of friends there, this time they made wrong piece, I talked one Asian man there, but he is not accepting there fault, waste of my money, now will start searching another Shop.

Great product and service. Hair is very realistic and has a fine texture which is age appropriate. Easy to cut base myself, and my hairdresser found it equally easy to work the hair. Feels very light and comfortable. Careful with high heat on the grey hair (40% for me). Easy to fix the minor sizzle on a few of them. Live and learn and all good now.

I read details on the web sent them a mold, spoke to an agent as a result and was asked to wait till someone call me to help place an order, it went well in the early November, the agent took all the information and sent me an invoice which I immediately paid. After four months while I just wanted to do a follow up on my order the nightmare started, they keep sending me automatic messages to fill my order form with 1000 something dollars which is weird cause I never ordered anything that would cost me that kind of money. Intented to talk to some client service on Monday and if nothing have no choice but follow legal paths.

I have ordered from them for years but the last two unit were a frizz job. Good hair in the back and a frizzy nightmare in the front! Horrible quality control!

I always try to be objective and fair. Always like giving businesses the benefit of the doubt when things go wrong because things do sometimes. However, this company has messed up EVERY single time I order. From sending the wrong color (because the current color was out of stock) without properly notifying me, to late customer support responses, to finally not admitting their wrong with my lost package, holding on to a mere $169 and simply not caring for customer satisfaction and LOYALTY. The owner of this company should read "How To Win Friends and Influence People" and "The Magic of Thinking Big" for the sake of his company and more importantly it's customers. I finally decided to giving them a chance and will check out Lord hair, Airfeel, or other companies offering the same units.

This is my second hairpiece. Honestly the hair is of very good quality and very manageable and natural. I personally find, compared to other places I’ve ordered and tried.my hair piece really blends the front hairline very well. I’ve been wearing this product for almost three months now and still looks brand new and natural. I'm very happy with this piece and will buy another when it’s time. Hair quality amazing! I ordered 5a in 617 (very ash blonde) u-tip and they still feel amazing after half a year. Thick from top to bottom and the hair does not shed. Recommend if your looking for high quality hair, for a reasonable price.

Highly impressed by their quality of hair. It is hard to find an ashy blonde hair extension color online, but you guys have so many! I ordered #24 and it was the exact shade of blonde that was displayed on the website! The shipping is very fast as well for if you have a hair emergency like I did.

I've been a customer of superhair pieces for some time now but i think I'll need to find another supplier.
Reason is the quality hasn't gotten any better yet the prices keep going up.
The major problem I've had with just about all of them is shedding and chunks coming out at a time.
Not sure what the problem is but I've done everything to take care of them.
Anyone know another supplier in the GTA?

Super hair pieces tape in hair extensions are the BEST wavy hair extensions I've ever had. The price is more than fair for the quality and longevity. It doesn't shed or tangle much and with the use of a detangler at the end of the day it's perfect, like any human hair. The customer service is awesome also. When I called to order on the phone, they patiently answered all my questions and showed they care about the customers and belive in their product. Shipping was also overnight and so prompt! I recently visited a salon to get Hot fusion hair extensions installed… They use super hair pieces as their supplier for hair and I honestly can’t believe how it looks in the attached picture before and after.
I could tell the quality of hair was amazing as soon as I saw it and felt it! It’s thick too to bottom and doesn’t shed like so many other companies I’ve tried Iand been disappointed with. Now after six months, they still are in excellent condition. i want you to know i recommend a friend to your Mississauga faultily today for a mens hairpiece, regardless of our relationship and out past disagreements with buying your products.i still felt you were the one with the most specialties in hairpieces. I wanted my friend in good hands.upon arrival we weren't really welcome in which i explained a head of time to my friend but assured him you would be helpful and felt you would take care of my friend that is recently suffering from hair loss.the lady at the front kept leaving into another room as we asked questions she couldn’t answer. The person I referred to you got insecure and decided to step away as well.to the computer.where he could research hair pieces on your website himself.i waited patiently a long time at the door where she left to talk to an employee, the lady cleaning brought the lady that left back out to try and help: there was no one else there.i had lots of questions as my friend has never had one and Ive never been exposed to hairpieces/wigs.

Your employee became Irritated and kept repeating 'we don't have that color" talking over me when asking about measurements, removal, fitting/installation, consultation, styling.hair quality.my friends hair was burnt off with bleach by a hair dresser- it was still yellow from lifting. Colour was based on the hairpiece that he wanted to purchase. Not the other way around.on a happy note a nice gentlemen from hair club came in when we were about to leave: as specialist in hair pieces surely you have something with information to look at.

Hair club was VERY helpful in answering all my questions.i recommend anyone to them as they have the knowledge and customer service of making someone feel comfortable in a not so comfortable confrontation.hope this helps.

I bought 150g of tape in ombré extensions which cost me $300 from super hairpieces 2 days ago- today. When I emailed super hairpieces pictures of my extensions -that I only washed once.that we’re tangling and sticking together They said They probably can’t do anything because the hair has been washed and attached. I asked how are we supposed to know there is a problem.until we wash it? They said they would talk about it and email me back.

*** their policy states that returns can be made if the hair is in the same package not opened with the receipt. I was blacklisted for bringing back hair.in the same condition -not opened with the receipts and wanting my money back.the next day of me Asking how that’s fair? They said they will take me off the blacklist if I don’t return their hair anymore. Ok. So they took me off there blacklist and let me continue to buy their hair.

I had a Quality issue with your product. In your email you admitted you would usually be able to do something for clients that are in “good standing “. What does that exactly mean?
. You would rather keep my money and treat me like your doing me a favour selling your hair to me? When you should be thanking me for using your company! Where is the appreciation? We are the ones trusting you with your products with our companies and our clients.

I will take the loss$$$ It’s important to stand by your products and policies- plus why wouldn’t you? George it’s your name and your reputation everyone’s talking about.
