I have taken 8 Pc of Carpet to be washed, I rented U-Haul and when i got the rugs and carpet back they where worse then the before, So I decided to but one of small portable carpet washer the Hoover CleanSlate and it cleans much better.
Guys please do not take your carpet to this location, You will get back your carpet in worse condition.
I will keep on updating this review, comment on this if you face the same problem.
You can see in the video that how yellow it id then i got it from the Superior Cleaners Rug Washing and can see how clean the Hoover Clean Slate is making it.
After using the hoover Cleaners it looks white.
Supreme Cleaners rug washing did not used any cleaning products because it is very yellow and looks like they did not washed it.
Never Take Your Rugs, Carpets to this Carpet Cleaners.
They Took $500 in total plus I had to book U-Haul to take these to get worse by Superior Carpets Rugs Washing.
They ruined my carpet, These Carpet are Turkish Carpet and there are markings on them as you can see on the picture.
I picked the rugs and did not check cause it was rolled and i did not wanted to unroll it and because it was going to make it hard for me.
I used small machine to clean spots such as white area of the rugs. I am not able to clean the whole rug with this small cleaner.
Guys, Do not take your rugs to this location for cleaning, they will not clean it.
I had multiple Carpet washed here and I kept them all in their plastic package that they provided, I did not wanted to open them before fully moving in. This week when I Opened them I have seen that they are all in worse condition then before.
Guys please do not take your carpet to this location, You will get back your carpet in worse condition.

Very amazing service! I brought in my 4 year old Canada Goose jacket that has never been dry cleaned and it looks brand new! They were very responsive and have a fast turn around time. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Amazing experience my son had spilled a drink on the carpet and I contacted superior dry cleaners to see what can be done and they told me to send them a picture of the rugs size and then they gave me an amazing price and they provide pick up and delivery! The driver had a mask and followed covid guid lines which was Awsome and my carpet came wrapped in plastic wrapping! Thank you again for the great service will always recommend you!

Quick responsive service! Easy pick up and delivery. My area rug was well packed when I got it back. I have a cat and a rabbit, originally have a small stains and some fur. When I roll out the rug again, it smell clean and look clean.

Amazing experience, they made my rug look so clean and smell fresh. Brought it back to me wrapped up looking like new. Very pleasant people to deal with. Highly recommended

I live in the country. Superior picked up and delivered right when they said they would. They recognized straight away origin of rug, type and what material it was. They know their rugs. Plus they did a beautiful cleaning job. I cant say enough about how easy they made the process. P/U and delivery smooth. Rates are excellent too. These folks know service and rugs. I'm in Guelph area. So delighted.

I’m very much impressed by their services, did my carpet cleaning, it was done very professionally, my carpet had huge stains all of them are cleaned, They picked up coming to our home and also delivered it on time.when they delivered it was brand new again with lovely fragrance. I will definitely visit them back in future and also recommend it.

I contacted the business about my area rug he came to pick it up a couple days later as I wasn't available the next day when he originally wanted to come, he picked it up and brought it back smelling fresh and looking new again would recommend as well as use them again

My area rug from ikea was ruined by stains I thought. BUT THESE GUYS SAVED THE DAY! Don’t throw a dirty area rug out and spend all that cash on a new one. Superior actually came to my door, picked it up, cleaned it like new, delivered it back to my front door and it was a fraction of buying a new one! I think I will just get it cleaned regularly with them.
