Dealing with this guy Gowri was a nightmare as he doesn't know what he is talking about. I am not sure how they hire someone like that. The company is reputable but not with this guy working there

I have a radiant garage heater from Superior Radiant, and although it has worked well over the years the heater stopped working. My comment today is with respect to the support received, both from the local distributer and the corporate office. Great web site with all the service information needed. My emails to Superior asking for help diagnosing the problem were answered quickly and completely by a tech, providing much needed direction with the issue. The local office had the specific part in stock, despite the unit being fairly old, which was replaced and fixed the problem.

Everything will, at one time or another, have problems. This is a great example of a company standing behind what they sell and providing exceptional support in every area for their customers. This alone is the best reason for dealing with a company like this. Thanks.

We own a restaurant and had always bought lower grade patio heaters. Due to increased patio need during covid we made a major investment and purchased 5 superior heaters at $12,000. Got them last year and all 5 by end of first summer has multiple starting issues. HVAC company we bought from spent much time trying to fix these issues. Now that we are out of warranty we are left with 5 awful non functional heaters. Would of been much better buying a $500 big box heater and replacing every 3-4 years as we had done before. Ourselves and our HVAC company has reached out to superior in regards to our disappointment and they have offered no solution. This $12,000 was a big investment for us to an industry that had a tough couple years.

Thier factory is cleaned by an amazing lady she does an awesome job.lol
