I've been using their services for years. Mark is an honest and good mechanic that I trust to repair my vehicles.

A very low class a very illmannered staf ordinary car mechanics behaving like billionaires boss never ever go to this place a very very very poor people to deal with if anyone has doubts go and have your own experience not at all reasonable staff even deserve a zero star my 2 minute experience with them filled me full of toxic wibes and stress

Went to this shop for an oil change. Looks like the tech who worked on my car to check the air filters (I changed it before bringing it in) could've just asked. Wasn't mad that a mechanic opened up the housing but lol it's a super easy clip on system on my car. This dude literally left the housing open causing the air filter to half fall out.

Needed to get a winter tire package for my wife's car. Macarena, took about a half hour to quote me for tires. She was able to get me an 18 inch tire package as opposed to the 20 inch package that every other tire shop was quoting me. Saved me about five hundred dollars. How many shops will do that? I called at 4: 30 Friday knowing, that I wouldn't hear from her til sometime Monday. Twenty minutes later, she called back said she could book me in for 10: 30 the very next Saturday morning, as the package was readily available. The was car ready at the promised time and quoted price. No surprises. Thanks to her and her help, and kudos to Cody (or Corey can't remember) for his help also. Anytime I am asked for a recommendation for tires, I will mention this shop for services. Thanks all.

I was skeptical to do my business with them at first mainly because I live far but I heard a lot of good things about this place. This place is highly recommended by friends, co-workers and colleagues. So I made appointment with them. Luckily, Jericho gave me a spot right away. He was so pleasant and very comfortable to talk to. So I went and Mark was there to assist me. He took my car right away. Their service was exemptional. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. They definitely deserve it! Hands down! Highly recommend the place. You won't regret it! Thank you very much, Jericho and Mark! You guys rock!

I got my wheels asligned from them and they are still not aligned properly. I notified them the very next day as the steering and wheel alignment was off. Never fixed

Got my tires replaced. Had an appointment at 2: 30 and finished at 4

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NO CONSIDERATION OF TIME WHATSOEVER. Came in at 8: 10 to change my tires and notified them that I have a work shift at 10. I came back an hour and a half later to find out that AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, at 9: 30 my car was JUST ABOUT TO GET THE TIRES CHANGED. When I vocalized my frustration I got a very cold response of " We are trying our best".
Horrible customer service, inconsiderate of your time, they simply could have told me that within the time frame I have, they could not make it and save my time.

I was not informed that 7 people were ahead of me when I first gave you the keys to my car, you gave me this information after waiting for an hour and a half. If you would have told me " 7 cars are ahead of you but we'll try our best" I would have taken my keys and left. But what I was told was simply " we'll try our best". So YES ACTUALLY, you were inconsiderate of my time and did not communicate properly to set proper expectations rather than vague answers.

Been here 3 times and they are always quick and friendly without bullsh*ting you either. Prices are fair and all of the staff know what they are doing. Treat your car properly. Thank you to the whole team!

I use Superior Tire for my annual tire change and storage. This is a terrific autoshop the staff easy to work with, they know their stuff and their prices are very reasonable. I have no reservations in recommending them.

Just moved to Canada and had to get a safety inspection done. The price was fair, the service was efficient (even though they were extremely busy) and the employees were very friendly and communicated with customers well. It's close to where I live and I'll definitely be back for future repairs!

I just ordered and installed my tires from here not too long ago and had my engine checked as well; as there were multiple problems on ignition, post fueling. From what I've experienced, I would say that the service is exceptional and in a timely manner.

Very professional, honest, friendly and excellent work on several issues identified in both of my cars over the 5 years I have used this service center.

I don't think I've ever spoken to a person less interested in my business than the woman that answered the phone when I called to see about getting a set of tires for my truck. I get it, it's early, you're tired.

I came to the shop about a year ago and bought two tires, they told me that I have to change the ball joint, I agreed and payed for the ball joint about $500. Now the ball joint needs to be replaced again because they did not use the good parts or did not fix it properly, When I came back to the shop I told the lady at the front desk that I have changed it and it should last for five years at least, she was talking to me inappropriately and told me that I have to buy a new one and it will cost me more than five hundreds.

I called two shops for quotes on a set of TPMS wheel sensors and a replacement tire under manufacturers warranty. My call with Mike [at Superior] to get the quote was very easy. He was very friendly and helpful to find the right sensor and advise me on what to bring so he can scan and program my original codes into the new sensors so they are instantly recognized. The quote was basically the same between shops, yet I felt more confidant and made the appointment.
The appointment took less time then quoted and everything went as planned.
I'd recommend this shop if you want to be able to ask questions and get genuine answers and deal with friendly staff.

The wife went in last year to get the tire looked it because we had a small leak l suspected the valve was leaking.l was working out of town so she couldn't get a hold of me They convinced her it was the rim and it had to be replaced and that she needed new lug nuts. Thee rim was fine and they lugs where fine there a buch of crooks taking advantage of someone like that. There are not recomended at all! Point of the story is be careful where you go not all shops are the same. If l could give them a zero l would! I still had to get that new rim balanced again at a different shop!

I’ve had two very good experiences here - once for an alternator and another for some suspension work. Very honest, affordable and excellent service - no surprises! They’ll tell you how long it’s going take and how much it’s going to cost as well as all the ins and outs of the work. Mark, and the rest of the guys were very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be coming back here from now on!

This place is honestly the best mechanic I've been to yet. They're so honest and friendly and always take their time to look into everything for you and contact you asap with their recommendations and pricing. Mark is very good at what he does and so is the rest of the mechanics at Superior. I have zero complaints about this team. Jazz is really friendly and polite and he will do his best to accommodate your needs. Max is also very polite and friendly! Love her! They are trusted thats for sure. I will probably bring my car here for as long as I own one! Prices are decent in and around the same as anywhere else. They have a nice waiting room with tv and beverages for their customers as well. I went here because of the discount on alignment with purchase of tires. The price for the tires was the same just about anywhere else. So the savings on alignment is what I went there for. I waited 3-4 hours just to have four tires installed and 4 wheel alignment done. They did the alignment ok. But the tires were not balanced properly they were all off by 50 75 etc which may not be huge but enough that I noticed while driving on the highway in particular. I got them balanced again by my usual mechanic (whom I work on cars with in the shop) so basically any savings I thought I was getting from the alignment was negated by having to do balancing again. Not impressed for this being such a big shop. When you pay premium prices you should expect premium service. Also, hopefully in a timely manner. I was the only person in the waiting room except for one guy who came in after me and left before me also for tires.

This place is awesome! I called ahead to order tires for my mom, got a price w taxes and everything included. I felt comfortable sending my mom alone as I knew they weren't going to try to upsell her anything. Amazing place, great people. Thanks guys!

I went there to ask about a service and the cost and the lady on the front desk was so unfriendly and the way she talked to me was unacceptable.even if the price was good, I prefer not to go there and deal with her again! So condescending and not a way to treat potential new customers

Great service! I’ve had my tires changed multiple times, new front breaks and new drive belt. They are professional and punctual.

This place is fantastic. I only go here to get work done on my car. Jas is professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The culture of the staff is based on integrity and I am always left feeling assured that I paid a fair price at Superior. Mark is also a nice guy and he takes the time to explain what the issue is and how they will remedy it. The lady at the front desk is very nice once you get to know her!

Good technical service, even though it seems my underbody carriage was ruined from my last visit here. Timely delivery and they accommodate you on short notice but a common theme prevails which is the customer service and attitude of the young lady at the service desk. The service desk lady is always rude.even on the phone and acts like she's doing you a favour dealing with your requests. The major reason I dropped stars.

I bought 4 new tires. Had a slight issue with 2 of them. Superior & Michelin stepped up & resolved issues immediately, no drama, no B/S. Well done.
