I had an appointment to fix the front end of my truck before coming. I asked for a quote, and when I arrived, the price was almost double I asked them to take accountability for their mistakes, but they did not want to do so very bad service. Very bad work. 0 out of 10.

Woke up this morning to find 13 psi in my driver’s rear tire. I used a Jump Pack and put 40 psi in and found a hidden gem 2.8 km from my residence. I gave them a call and they were able to accommodate a flat repair. Much to my surprise, they do proper flat repairs (not quick fix plugs) by removing tire from the rim, installing a patch kit and balancing and reinstalling. Alan Smith and his team provide above and beyond customer service. Between the initial call and being handed back my keys was 90 minutes. I can now continue with my day as planned with a minor speed bump resolved. Friendly, Honest, and Professional. Thank You! I will recommending Superior Tire Concord to friends and family!

Great customer service, open communication and transparency, and fair prices are hard to find, but the staff here provide all of that and more. We were very happy with the service at this shop and look forward to bringing our vehicles here for servicing. They made a desperate situation better by getting a new alternator installed and our car ready to go fairly quickly.

Called this place twice to inquire about availability & pricing for 21” tires. Told both times they’ll call back, took down my #. Only to get no response back. Called 3rd time and they didn’t have stock for another few weeks. I would recommend to skip this place & check out numerous other tire shops.
