I can't recommend this place more. 10/10 service. From the customer service to the actual work done on my car, it was an amazing experience all around. I interacted directly with the owner (Danny) from start to finish. When I dropped my car off, he had offered to get someone to drive me back home since my car had to stay at the shop. He also called to inform me of the work that needed to be done on my car and gave me the price before doing anything on my car (I have had experiences when other shops would do a ton of work on my car without my knowledge after going in for a simple oil change and ended up walking out with a 700$ bill - nothing like this happened at Superior Tire). The rates were really good considering I needed brand new rear brakes, an oil change, and a few other services done on my car. I picked my car up Thursday evening with no issues and my car has been driving like brand new since picking it up. Andrew is the mechanic who worked on my car and he did an incredible job. Like I mentioned, I cannot speak any more highly of Danny and Andrew at Superior Tire. I will be returning for oil changes and any other car repairs in the future.

This was the absolute worst I place I’ve ever been to their service is horrible they give you Old tires at brand new price, Not even a month after I spent $800 there I had an issue with the exact same tire that I got from this tire shop I would not recommend them to anybody they take your money and WILL NOT not fix your problem

Quick and honest service. I took my car in for a regular tune up knowing that the check engine light was on. The staff there gave us the real deal on why the blinker came on and reassured us that it is not dangerous and didn’t over charge us. The car still runs great and I would recommend this mechanic.

This place is awesome, especially the great knowledge and assistance from the manager Danny Wong. Always great help in the time of need, especially if your in a pinch…

Great Place. Danny has always been helpful. My only place for Tires and wheels. Just came in this morning without an appointment. My tire had a leak, and they fit me in no problem and repaired the nail in my tire.

They installed my tires and less then 40km on the car and the tire has a defect and they will not replace or even compensate for the issue.

WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN for any servicing.i have contacted all other tire locations and they have advised that it is a defect with the tire and should be covered under warranty as their shops do except

Got tires there last year thru a recommendation. Experience was good. Needed to replace the winters on a 2016 Crosstrek. Drove 50 km and paid for the 407 to get here yesterday (11/01/22) for a scheduled appt and sat there for 40 min before Danny told me he ordered the wrong size tires and I’d have to go back - and I was only told after I approached the desk and made sure they knew why I was there (I had given my name and my appt time when I checked in).

What a complete waste of my time and money. Had to drive back today to get the tires on. Nice 200 km drive with nothing but an apology. No hey, here’s 10% off. Nothing. If you do chose to use - I’d phone not once but twice to make sure they have your tires because they don’t know what they’re doing. Terrible service - would not recommend
