Came for a friends birthday dinner and had a seat in the back of the resto. It had very chill tiki bar like vibes between the bar setup and the string lights and arts on the wall. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into but the food was AMAZING! Pleasantly surprised that every dish was delicious and quality! $40 shared menu plus a cocktail for $16 and I was stuffed. Olives, calamari, rigatoni, Caesar salad and pizza. I’d totally come back and eat the same thing again. Had the paper plane cocktail and it was tasty too! Great experience overall!

We got a slice of of salami and a veg deluxe. Both were delicious. The crust was like a pastry, very thin and crispy. Some of the best I’ve had maybe?

Got in there seamlessly on a Sunday evening to have a dinner. It took the staff some time to notice us and take the order, but then the service was smooth. The food was just what you didn’t know you need. We grabbed the beef cheek pasta and the vodka sauce pizza, both very flavorful and hearty. Will definitely come back for more!

Well never ordering from here again - pretentious, horrible customer service. Ordered pick up takeout and was given a time it would be ready. Pizza was 30 mins late from said time - that's 30 mins of my time just standing around waiting. Not even an apology or any acknowledgement that we were upset by this.

This is my favourite pizza place in the city. The takeout slices are massive, and perfect for your walk home from work. Also a huge fan of the restaurant’s vibe. It’s always a good time.

Very nice Italian restaurant with a spectacular atmosphere. A place that had now become a regular for me for dinner dates, it has wonderful food and great service. Will be going back.

We came to Superpoint for our staff party and were blown away. The service was incredible - special thanks to our server Nicole - and the food was delicious. Everything was taken care of, above and beyond. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Everything we had was soooo delicious. Mmm mmm! We had arancini, broccolini, hot honey burrata pizza and spicy vodka pizza.

Only downside is the $20 per person no show fee for reservations when the place is always lined up.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I were asked to pack the remainder of our food to go after being seated for less than an hour because of a "next reservation" for our table. We were not warned that we had a time limit for our table and this unexpected and abrupt ending to our meal ruined our dinner date and the entire dining experience. As guests, we should not have to feel uncomfortable or rushed because of the restaurant's lack of planning. I sent a private email to the establishment as a courtesy, but unfortunately received no response. I am writing this review to help other guests avoid disappointments like the one we had. Maybe better for a take out

Delicious pizzas with an ultra tin crust, great sauce and toppings. Calamari was so tender. Busy, busy place but the service was outstanding!

I thought the pizza was just alright. Didn't like the tomato sauce and copious amounts of processed cheese, but the crust was good and the slices were huge for a good price. Wouldn't go out of my way for it but it's an ok option if you want cheap pizza in the area.

We went there all long from Richmond Hill because we just read the reviews and saw the photos and that's all. We ordered two pizza but one of those came and the other? ! They forgot to bring it can you imagine? It was our first experience ever! And when they found their kitchen mistake that time was too late and we decided to leave, and funny side was they brought to take out as free they made worst decision they destroyed all our happiness when we were arrived. We never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone

Me and my friends went there for my birthday. The host was so rude and disrespectful to us. We asked for a table and he rudely gave us attitude and said they won’t give us a table because the kitchen is closed. I understand if they are closed and don’t serve food but there’s no need to talk to people like that! Very disappointing!

First time went there, we were not attended for 30 min. Second time went there, they rejected take out because they were just “too busy”. Do your neighbourhood good a favour, go to Get Well, which is down the street or Badiali who cares about about you. Never go there again.

I ordered spicy rigatoni pasta and the portion was so little. I waited 20 minutes and paid $28.25 and this is the paste I got. So disappointed.

I’ve been here plenty of times and should have stuck to getting take out here. The pizza’s scorching and generous toppings always hits the spot. That being said, my dine in experience was horrendous. Rude and unaccommodating host, extremely slow service and dry, overly salty pizza. The host’s attitude definitely soured everyone’s mood and the salty cardboard we were served really topped it off. I won’t be coming back here for a while.

Pretentious and disastrous host,

Was told we were first on the wait list, we were told 20 minute wait. We came back after 30 minutes to watch two walk in tables get seated right in front of us, and when we asked them about it they said we’ll have to keep waiting. We didn’t wait, and found a much better restaurant around the corner.

Garbage service, but pizza looked great. A real shame we didn’t wait another 4 hours to try it.

Being a pizza lover myself and just having tried a pie from Get Well the night before, I was hugely disappointed with our pizza. Having read all the reviews, I was looking forward to gouging down an amazing pizza, but left hugely disappointed. We ordered the Honey and Barrata pizza and it came out cold and the crust was burnt to the point where every bite felt like taking a bite out of a giant nacho. Hope it was a fresh pizza, but defintiely did not taste like one.

Besides the food, service was pretty slow as well. To their credit and to all the positive reviews that have been left, maybe this was a bad day for them and our bad luck, but won't be visiting again for the pizza. [ Edit ] - looks like their several customers that think their pizza taste like cardboard.time for the businesss to reassess and do a taste test of their own menu.

The vibes and atmosphere are great though. The back patio was a cool, hip vibe, and I can only imagine how live it may get past certain time in the night.

First time here and the Waiter was very nice, but food was late, pizza burnt, hard to bite into, got the burata and honey pizza was lacking flavour, honest opinion it was a 4/10 at best.

Can find better options else where and for a better price. Only thing I could taste was the basil.

Had a piece of the cheese pizza as I was told this place is one of the best.the slice was okay, i felt like it had more sauce than cheese and the dough was a bit on the chewy side. I would give it a try another time with ordering a full pizza and see how it would taste!

Fav pizza in Toronto! Been here 3 times now and its been great every time. Pizza is sooo good NY style. Ceasar salad also 10/10. Drinks are really good (negroni and various rotating cocktails). Not sure about the reviews about unfriendly service as I've received great service every time.chefs kisss

Great spot for pizza. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and caesar salad. Both were a decent size. More than enough for two people. The pizza ans salad were excellent. Hickory Sticks on the caeser was an interesting and tasty twist.
Very good music playlist as well.

Really great experience. The fried calamari was seasoned very well and the salami pizza was just the right size for sharing. Our server was also quite attentive and made sure we were always topped up on our drinks. Will be back again to try more of the menu

Some of the best pizza I've ever had!

The food was delicious and filling, the staff were friendly and approachable, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I highly recommend anyone that loves pizza to try Superpoint. I look forward to trying their pasta dishes on my next visit.

Looking for the best pizza in Toronto? Well look no further, Super Point not only has the best pies but their customer service is completely unmatched. One of my favourite places to go for great eats and the highest level of care from all staff. 10/10

The Burrata with honey was great. Need to go back for other toppings. 1 pie is more than enough for 2 people.

The ambience was nice and the service was very friendly and full of personality. The space had a nice vibe as well.

Wish there were more beers on the menu to compliment the great pizza!

Popped in on a random Sunday night driving through the area. Super happy that we did. Ordered a Large pepperoni & let me tell you, that was one of the best pizzas I've had in a VERY long time. The flavour of the sauce was magnificent, the cheese was delicious, the pepperoni had the most delectable crispy edges & the base/crust was nice and crisp without being dry or "charred". Also tried their garlic dip, it was fantastic, not too rich, just the perfect companion for the crust.

We will definitely be back, hopefully to dine in and try some of the rest of the items on the menu. Kudos to the chef & staff.

Service is horrible. Two of there servers just ignored me as I stood at the door waiting on them. Came here wanting to try their pizza then changed my mind after seeing the ridiculously high pricing for a pie. Ordered their braised lamb and pasta dish (don’t recall the exact name) and calamari. Pasta dish was too salty, though the calamari was quite good.
Don’t plan on returning.

Staff is extremely rude - not accommodating to guests and children. Holier than thou attitude. Go to Badiali or North of Brooklyn instead.

Great pizza and great bar vibe in the back with seating. You can get a slice to go at the pizza counter near the front door too.

This is probably the best pizza joint in Toronto. Nice crisp to the pizza and a nice tangy sauce. Definitely coming back got the Burrata with Honey here.

The service is almost intentionally rude but that might be because they know their pizza is THAT good. Kind of like that hot chick in high school that’s rude to everyone and walks with an attitude you know the vibes… So just roll with takeout

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for take out and I felt upset when I opened the box at home. The pizza came totally burnt and very salty, which made impossible to eat. Awful for the money I paid.

Great ambience and pizza. They were fantastic before the pandemic and are still amazing. Note that pizzas only come as an entire pie, no slices. They are a little salty so some beer or water will help.

Don't get me wrong.the pizza at Superpoint is great. Maybe one of the best slices in Toronto. But I've ordered from here several times now and the service staff has consistently been hostile and somewhat patronizing towards me. From a quick glance at previous reviews it's obvious that this is a reoccurring problem - apparently unaddressed by management. It's unfortunate that the negative service experience continues to outweigh the great food served at this restaurant. There are a lot of phenomenal pizzas served up in Toronto; I'd rather frequent a business where the FOH staff members make even the slightest effort to smile at their customers.

Good pizza from what I recall, but when I tried to order via Uber Eats tonight, they canceled my order. Twice. Meanwhile the store remains "open" on the app. Guess they don't want my business, so I will go somewhere else instead.

The best pizza I’ve had outside of NYC! Highly recommend trying their Genoa salami-spicy honey pizza add oregano and chilli flakes. You won’t be sorry.

Late review post, ordered before COVID. Pizza was decent and I would order again if not for how annoying it is to order. I have tried many Friday’s ordering and calling over and over without getting anyone. Then on the phone and picking up, service was noticeably unfriendly. Reading other reviews, this is clearly an ongoing occurrence. With great pizza options nearby, which also taste better IMO, I haven’t ordered again.

Delicious food and courteous staff. Takeout is convenient, prompt and good value for quality. Highly recommended if you're in and around the Oz strip.

I ordered the salami Genoa Salami and Spicy Honey slice. Holy Schnikes! It's amazing. It's sweet, hot, salty, chewy, cheesy. Also, quite filling. Go right now.

Really amazing customer service, pizzas are really tasty and affordable, the flavour is really well made and the place has a high energy feel to it.

Staff is insanely rude. And reading through the negative comments in the reviews seems to show this is an ongoing problem. I don’t care how good your pizza is, if you can’t treat your customers with respect, there are plenty of fantastic places with great pizza that’ll be more than happy to take my hard earned money and treat me nicely for choosing them.

Word of advice: just order the pizza, forego the rest!

The staff, service, music, scents, people, decor - absolutely everything - was amazing; A+ for all of that. It’s a great, casual date spot or place to gorge yourself without shame.

I’ll spare the details because the staff handled our non-pizza issues perfectly, but my advice is to just go for the pie, and I promise you will not leave disappointed.

I went in expecting a lot and the pizza was just.okay. The dough was salty, there wasn’t enough sauce or cheese. Pizza is always a hit or miss though (even at the same place) so I am willing to give it another try here and update the review if I end up liking it more.

The price is amazing - it’s $5 for a slice double the size of a regular slice of pizza anywhere else.

It was pretty damn good. We had a bday party there and the food just kept coming. Pizza pasta, garlic fingers, deep fried vege something. Was unreal. A little pricey though

The pizza is top notch I’ll admit. When I moved in just up the street I was frankly excited I was moving in next to Superpoint.but I’ve had it only once since moving in 2 months ago. I tried again last night only to receive another “Sorry man, no slices left”. I go at all times of the day and this was no joke the SIXTH time I’ve received the same story just trying to get a slice.this does give a good indication of how good the pizza is though.too bad North Of Brooklyn is just around the corner now.they always have slices and the pizza is on par with Superpoint too. Keep Za in the oven guys, that’s $30 (I know only $30) that you’ve lost from just one customer trying to eat just because you guys aren’t on the ball! I imagine I’m not the only one.that adds up!

A slice during the day can be fantastic, well cooked, and well seasoned.the next day it will be greasy, unseasoned, and limp as a wet napkin. Too inconsistent. No quality control

Great pizza, some of the best I've had in Toronto. Also order calamari to start, expected the typical calamari rings but this was while pieces of squid perfectly cooked and a bed of delicious lentils. The flavours were amazing. We sat out in the "garage" part which was lovely and unique. Definitely will be back.

I enjoyed dinner at Superpoint on a rainy night with a girlfriend. There’s a darker area at the front, and then a ‘garage’ area that opens up at the back if you want more of patio vibe or natural light. Portions were large (pizza and pasta) and really delicious. Service was fast, and everyone was really nice. Decent meal for decent prices.

Popped in with zero expectations and no knowledge of its reputation. I was blown away. Absolutely delicious.

We are fans of Jonathan Poon's other eateries, but only made it here tonight. It far exceeded our expectations. The menu appears to be quite simple, but WOW on presentation and execution. Everything was perfect. We loved the grilled calamari, the Caesar salad with hickory sticks (!), our pastas and our pizzas. The cocktails are super solid and the wine list, tending to natural wines, is great. The vibe is chill, and we loved the open back room. A total winner.

I rly love the taste of their pizza, but unfortunately rarely get to eat it as most times i go there they dont have any slices available, and say that they are too busy to make slices.it has made a majority of my visits there disappointing.hope yall make more slices n give the people what they want.

Can’t say why, but we had pizza twice (on Ossington and in Parkdale) and got sick twice. Maybe the oil or ingredients but I usually don’t react to pizza.

Came on a Saturday night with a late 9: 30pm reservation. It seems like there is a lot of hype as they were fully booked and did not accept walk ins. Ordered 2 pastas and one pizza to share among 4 people.

Pizza was meh, a step up from Pizza Pizza but at triple the price. I did like the sauce to cheese ratio but didn't think it was worth the money for such a basic pizza.

Pasta came in a relatively small portion and the flavour was pretty bland and nothing special.

Overall, wouldn't recommend to a friend as I did not think it was worth the money.

Had the rapini and gorgonzola it was probably one of the best slice I ever had. Only draw back was it didn't quite fill me, but I wasn't going to spend $10 on two slices.

Amazing food. This place is for sure a ‘must try’ for Italian food in the evening. I actually haven’t tried their pizza yet which is the daily fare, but they open up into a full menu in the night.

Cosy place, not much seating, but I’ve never had a big problem getting a seat. Great pizza - my favourite is the cream of mushroom. They also have some nice sour beers on the menu.

Weird experience here tonight. Walked in at 7: 15 to grab a slice, the man working the front told me there weren’t any slices available at the moment. I asked how long until a vegetarian slice would be ready, which he responded “we might have cheese, but no gaurentees” I said I had time to come back and again asked how long. He then said “30 minutes but no gaurentees” so I said “alright I’ll be back at 7: 45” and he rolled his eyes and made me feel STUPID FOR WANTING A SLICE OF PIZZA. Come on Superpoint, it’s a Friday night and you really shouldn’t be running out of slices and then encouraging people NOT to come back

Terrible terrible service. Walked in as a group of 3. Was put on a list and asked to wait for a table. The ignorant male bartender said we couldn't order a drink at the bar while we waited for our table as asked us to wait outside for the table while the bar area was completely empty. We had been recommended this place from a few people and it's sad to find out it was a complete was of time with terrible staff with horrible personalities. I highly don't recommend this estabishment.
