One star because there is no lower option. The "enriched garden soil" is of the lowest quality imaginable. Full of pieces of plastic bags, food stickers, and broken glass. It is a mix of debris with clay and sand and just enough free compostable matter from the city to make this concoction look saleable. My advice? Go see what you're getting BEFORE they deliver and certainly not Super Sac under Sattelite Garden in Hamilton. Buyer beware

I ordered mulch and rock last week for delivery, I ordered on the Monday. Made my
Order and was told I would get a call for Wednesday delivery. Wednesday comes and no call and no delivery. I called them and they said it’s coming the next day on Thursday. Thursday passed and it didn’t come. I called the next day on Friday and they told me it’s on the truck waiting to be delivered on Tuesday after long weekend. Today is Tuesday and it’s not here. I called and they said it’s coming tomorrow.
There is no apology, no discount, no offer to remove delivery fee, no rush to deliver when I call - nothing to provide customer service.
This is my first time using them with a very large order and this will be my last. I still need a ton of landscaping material and I will be looking elsewhere.

I ordered a bag of dirt, and the girl on the phone said it would be delivered today, Sunday, in the morning. The delivery guy has some runs to do first, completely understandable. It never showed up. For almost $200 for dirt that never showed up, that's bullshist!

There was a miscommunication about where the two bags being delivered were to be placed. They ended up taking up too much driveway space to allow parking. I sent a message from SuperSac's contact page and received a call back from someone within 10 minutes. Later that afternoon, a truck came by and the driver repositioned the bags to allow a car to park. Very quick service and greatly appreciated

When my super sac was delivered the guy dropped it on top of the shovels I had laid out to mark where to put the super sac. Never would I have thought to explain "this is the spot but please move the shovels before you put the bag down! "
