Supreme Kabob House

It was a great experience! Chicken was flavourful, salad was fresh and the Naan is incredible! Will definitely be coming back.

We had chicken Kabab and Chappal kababs. Excellent service. We loved crispy nanns. Platters came with naan, rice and salad. Value for money is great. The restaurant was very clean and light Afghani music added ambiance to the overall experience.

We celebrated our son's girlfriend's birthday lunch.
I was impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, especially a young girl server from south India who went out of her way to make this event cheerful.
Indeed, I will recommend my friends, families, and community people to visit and enjoy delicious food.

Great food I’ll give 5 stars… but for customer service I’ll give 2 not a good customer service’s especially I think the wife’s owner her husband pretty nice and humble tho.

Lady at the counter made up rules on the fly. Not very friendly. However, guy in the back is much more friendly.

Food is excellent. We usually go for family platter and the meat is cooked just right. Highly recommend.

Very good affordable food with big portions, service was great, and although this isnt my favorite kabob house in Ottawa, it is still absolutely delicious and I definitely reccomend trying.

Simple place that serves great food.

Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Friendly and fast service. Incredible food and awesome veg options. To be honest I don't often get the kabobs but the eggplant qorma, dal channa, bolani and mantu are absolute must haves! Even just the plain rice is incredible

I am so disappointed, i used to go to this spot when they first opened and oh man was it ever amazing, incredible service, great quality food and always fresh, went once a week back then. I moved away from ottawa and visited for the first time in a while, first, the service OMG! TERRIBLE, nothing what it used to be, i had to come to counter to place order which was full service before, that was ok not a big deal, when food was ready she comes to table and tells me “Take your food “ whaoo! I was like from that moment never coming again, i havent even tried food yet. Secondly, this was the really disappointing part because this is why i came here, let me tell you, BAD, stale and very old meat, i ordered the lamb plate which was soo hard not not able to chew it, I ordered the beef kebab plates which was obvious it was prepared day before and it was so stale, the only thing was still great was the bread. I really hope they turn around and make it what it used to be. By the way the server was the owners wife, which is surprising to me.

I love there shami kabab and tandoori chicken platter. I always try them every month atleast once even though I live far away from this place. This is the only place to get the kababs right to my taste buds and same goes for my entire family everyone loves the food. They are always on time during pickup as well and accept different form of payments. One of the few businesses who have kept their prices good and not increased them crazily as other places

Do not come here the food is good and all but the customer service is horrible we were treated with disrespect since we entered the store not to mention I was calling them and they hung up while I was still talking to them

Supreme Kabob is a terrific place with friendly service and delicious food. I would eat here much more often, but it is difficult to find parking nearby, and the restaurant doesn't offer delivery.

Terrible customer service, called over the phone to place an order and was hung up on. Waitress was constantly ignoring us, speaking harshly, and had completely no care for us as customers. We were even asked to pay for a takeaway plastic bag, and were told they had no ketchup packets after asking for more.
When complaining to the manager, telling him that we are not pleased with the service and will not be coming back again, we were told “that’s fine you don’t have to”.

All in all, one of the worst experiences at a resteraunt, would strongly advise against anyone going to eat there.
The lady at the cash was very rude and she doesn’t care about the customer at all
