The first time I was a customer at Sure Print & Design everything went smoothly and the book printing was excellent. The service and communication were stellar from start to finish. This was in 2022.

The following year when it came time to print a new book, once again I contacted Sure Print & Design. This time, however, there were unforeseen problems that were not noticed by the publisher or myself until the printed books were delivered to my doorstep. Now we had to resolve the problem and find a solution.

The response from Sure Print & Design was very immediate, informative and positive. Their Representative called and worked with me to make sure we both understood the reasons why the books were printed as they were, and also focused strongly on creating a solution that would be satisfactory to both parties. It is very obvious to me that customer service is a very high priority.

I look forward to the next time we work together on a project. The reprinted books, when they arrived, were perfect!

I am a first time publisher. Sure print and design @sureprintanddesign led me through the process of going from raw images to an attractive professionally bound paperback for my book of photos called The Little Book of Kat the Midget. They have an online set of instructions that you can use as a guide for setting up your files. That is very helpful. They seemed pretty patient in answering some additional questions I had as well. Overall it was a good and positive experience. And I was very happy the end result turned out as good as it did.

Catherine was very pleasant and efficient to deal with throughout the whole process. She provided quick responses to all my questions and was accommodating with any changes I asked for.
The book is beautiful and I am so happy with the way it turned out.
It will be a family treasure.

Excellent web site and service. Quality printing and one of the few printers that will do a proof at a reasonable cost allowing the customer to make changes before a larger order (or not order at all). Highly recommended.

My first experience working with Sure Print has been excellent from start to finish. My salesperson gave me his full attention as we discussed the project, a 4-color casebound children's book, thoroughly answered my questions, suggested the right materials, and explained the process for completing the job. My customer service team, too, was courteous, competent, and kept me informed as the project progressed. And I am so pleased with the finished product. The printing is spot on and the quality of materials excellent. I will certainly be choosing Sure Print for my next 4-color project.

Sure Print and Design is a great resource for those like me and my grandson who have absolutely no idea how to format and publish a book. We took Sure Print's recommendations on mostly everything and the result was extremely favorable all around. We knew what we wanted the outcome to look like, roughly, but had no idea how to get there. They were real good at walking us to, what we believe is, a excellent book. A high quality book for the price, looks sharp and the format final works great. Peter x2.
