Surf's Up! Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaning

First visit today as the washer and dryer at my building haven’t been working. Very friendly attendant, fairly quiet inside, lots of available washers at different price points. Love that I can do 4 loads at once and it gets done super fast (and is actually clean), dryers are affordable and work great also! Doesn’t leave bad smells on your clothes like some laundromats lol. I got 6 loads done and was in and out in about an hour. Will definitely make this my go-to laundromat

Laundry machines are expensive (start at 7.5cad) and the driers are useless, ran my clothes at least twice each drier, distributed across several machines and left with plenty of room but still almost all of my clothes are still moist. Spent around 60 dollars for wet clothes.

This is the best laundrymat in town. Sure be nice if they were open a little later but hey what they lack in hours they make up for in every other way. The next best place to do ur dirty work, besides home. (I do mean laundry) This place has clean machines and lots of them, there prices are the average, but what makes them stand out is there wonderful coffee and snack bar, as well as the sitting area. It's like being in a little coffee shop, sitting in ur kitchen while waiting for the next load to go in. It's very family oriented. Their is an attendant on duty, u can get laundry soap, fabric softer, dryer sheets to. They also have a dry cleaning drop off and a wash and fold service that is very reasonabley priced. Bathroom on site for customers only. I've even stopped here just for a coffee break.

The place is normally really great and would recommend it to anyone, however tonight October 29th, 2023, I walked in at 610pm, and the place doesn't close until 7. I had one item with me, a blanket and was only going in to dry it. And I was greeted with "It's too late to do anything now. " There were two couples in there and one gentleman on the other side, the one couple was drying stuff the other was still washing. The woman working there tonight was rude and when I said I'm only drying this and it's not going to to even take 15 mins, she rolled her eyes and waved her hand at me and said "Oh fine whatever. " Now I will agree if I was coming in 45 mins before closing with things to wash and dry that would be pushing it. BUT COME ON LADY IT'S 45 MINS BEFORE YOU CLOSE!

Clean and open concept laundry location. Includes a minimal food service. All in all a great local place to dry your laundry when your drier is broken and it's raining.

The staff is usually very pleasant. However the older lady working today was very unwelcoming. Greeted me and everyone else I saw walk in with a glare and no hello. She also refused to give us $10 of loonies or toonies because she didn't believe we would use them at the laundry mat.i spend atleast $80 here every two weeks. Will not return if i see this lady working.

I took my king size bedding & heavy blankets here to wash & the big loader washers are great! The place is clean & The women there was absolutely awesome!

The best machines remain broken down and out of service. Staff wash clothes and take up remaining machines.

Kingston needs more laundromats. I use to go here a yr or 2 ago and it was great, my last 2 visits were awful. If I could beat my clothes in the river I'd rather.
The first time I walked in the woman yelled at me. (As soon as I walked in) she centered me out, she made me feel embarrassed as all the customers in the store were looking at me.
My second visit the other woman followed me around like I was the plague cleaning up items right after I was done touching them, She made me feel like I didn't belong there and that I should just go. I know why people treat me badly. They judge me cause I drag a wagon. If you're a commoner like myself I would NOT recommend however there are only a handful of places where you can wash your clothes.

The lady was very helpful and kind, going through how to operate each machine with me and helped with detergent pods and exchanging my money for loonies. By the way! The machines only take loonies and quarters! A 4 load washer is $8, a 3 load washer is $6.50, a single load is $4, and it costs $0.25 per 4 minutes in the dryer.

Always nice and clean. There are both big and small washers and dryers available. Attendant always on duty. Wash & fold option available if you'd rather someone else do the work for you. Only negative is the hours.it would be nice if they were open a bit later in the evening for the people who work during the day.
