I came to Surmesur after my friend had a fantastic experience with the Toronto location. I needed a suit for my university graduation and as I’m particular with what I liked I was excited to try Surmesur out. The whole experience was great! I brought my mom for the first appt while she was visiting from out of the country and the manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in what we were designing. After a few weeks my order came in and after only a few minor adjustments I was able to bring it home. The whole experience was great and I honestly love my look and will be returning to see Jon and the team soon! I’ve already referred three of my friends/relatives. Thanks!

Our son who got his wedding suit from Surmesur in Vancouver told me about the store. Booked an appointment and was assigned Abhilasha. She turned out to be excellent. Very good suggestions about every aspect from fabric selection, Jacket details, including lining, lapel, etc.to trouser details. Very very pleasant to speak to and is a good listener. Hoping the suit will turn out as good as my experience with Abhilsha!

I had an amazing experience at Surmesur! I was referred by a buddy who purchases a lot of his suits from them, loves it there! I needed a wedding suit so I drove from Niagara. It was well worth the drive! The suit and entire experience was beyond! Bennett was amazing, and although the timeline became tight everything worked out perfectly and the suit was amazing! Can’t say enough good things about Surmesur. I’d been reluctant to go the custom tailoring route as my previous experience with another company in Toronto was not a positive one. The online reviews convinced me that my experience with Surmesur would be completely different. It was. My stylist, Carly, was amazing. Her knowledge and professionalism made me feel confident I’d be happy with the end result. The level of customization was much greater than my previous experience. After my first fitting the jacket needed only a minor adjustment. It now fits perfectly. I would highly recommend Surmesur to anyone looking for a custom made suit, jacket, trousers or shirts. You won’t be disappointed.

Carly, Jon, Bennett, and Abhilasha did an amazing job servicing my groomsmen and I with our suits, even going the extra mile and staying back after hours to ensure we all were sized. Really good customer service. I definitely recommend!

The process can get overwhelming, especially to newcomers/grooms but they were highly knowledgeable and ensured I was satisfied with the entire process. Went to Surmesur to get my suit for my wedding. Raymond Lontoc helped me out and did an excellent job. I wanted to make a custom suit that my future wife would love but wasn't able to truly visualize all of the changes I was making. Raymond was able to advise and see things that I couldn't. My suit came out looking amazing and I know that my future wife is going to love it. I highly recommend if you buy a custom suit you go to Raymond for help. The best experience I've ever had suit shopping, which was unexpected but welcome during a pandemic. Ray was professional and hospitable during the fitting and provided excellent, consistent customer service. He was attentive, timely and dealt with all the challenges of getting my custom suit right. I'm ready for my wedding and will go back to Surmesur to see Ray again for all my suit needs in the future.

My husband, his groomsmen and my father all purchased custom fitted suits from Surmesur for our big day and we couldn't have been happier Ray and all the staff were so incredibly thorough, helpful and accommodating throughout the detailed planning process. Their hours are great and they have a convenient system online to book consults and fittings. They listened to what we were looking for and gave their input during the selection process to help make our vision come true. The price point was extremely reasonable and they were able to deliver on tight timelines given we were planning during Covid-19 uncertainty. In addition, they have navigated health and safety procedures for in-store fittings in a way where we always felt comfortable on their premises. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've now ordered two custom suits from Surmesur and I will be back. The first one was a lighter blue three piece that I ordered for my daughter's first communion. I absolutely love it. The fit, the material, the tailoring. I should also mention that I've ordered a few dress shirts and the bamboo fabric is unreal! I'm going to be trying their denim and see how that goes. The entire team at Surmesur is awesome.

I just picked up my wedding suit from this Surmesur location. My friends strongly recommended that I pay them a visit, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. With a few weeks to spare, I had contacted our style consultant Bilal in hopes of surprising my husband with a custom suit for a very special occasion. Bilal had the measurements from a previous purchase and was able to get a stunning custom suit to our door step without a sweat. He went above and beyond to ensure the suit was modern and even got a custom engraving added to the inside of the suit. The suit did not require any alterations and fit like a glove. My husband was ecstatic! Highly recommend Bilal as a style consultant and look forward to working with him again! He goes the extra mile for his clients and definitely has an eye for fashion!

I’ve been through the process of getting a personally customized suit a number of times but I gotta say the warm welcome and expertise of the staff at Surmesur raised the bar for me.
