I went to Surplus in Belleville and found they were very knowledgeable on their products.
I was looking for a loveseat and an area rug.
They were very helpful and paid attention to what I was looking for and helped me find the right one.
Yes I left after purchasing both items I went in for.
Would highly recommend them.

Overall great experience. Shandee was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, nice, and to top it off respectful. She helped me find an awesome coffee table/side table set. An asset as an sales associate for sure!

I thought the prices are very good in today’s market place at the store. Staff are also very outgoing and helpful.

This is the best one stop shop for all your furniture needs! I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and was just doing some looking around. The store manager, Paul, was quick to greet me and asked questions to help me figure out what would work well in my space. He was a wealth of knowledge and super kind through the whole process. The store was comfortable and I didn’t feel pressured to buy but Paul made it so easy, I was thrilled! They have a lot of merchandise in stock too, definitely a 10/10!

We came into surplus for the first time, and the got the most amazing service you could ask for, they were easy to work with, answered all our questions and we able to deliver our purchase today which was absolutely amazing, HIGHLY recommend surplus furniture

I just had a reclining loveseat purchased from the Belleville store and delivered to my address today the 4th May 2023. The store associates whom I dealt with in the store were very helpful in my final decision. They informed me of all the details of the purchase and the delivery in a very concise manner which left no doubts. The two gentlemen who delivered the item were very pleasant and very professional. They were very respectful of me and my property. To say the least, I was very pleased with the final outcome and would highly recommend the store and the delivery service.

Paul was an excellent customer representative!
Greeted my son and I the moment we walked into the store.
Talked about the sales going on and the best route to take when getting a new mattress for myself!

Preema was amazing, thank you for the balloon.
Ulysses was amazing with my son, as he was running around.

A lot better location than the Kingston location. The Kingston location is totally hateful. The Belleville location is a lot different. They are willing to help customers and take the time to listen to customers.

So here we go again. Stupid On our part for trusting that maybe we'd get good service from another location. WRONG - same company. My husband and I purchased 2 couches and 2 love seats from your store this past October and had it delivered to our new home in Nov of last year - 2021. We purchased the complete warranty - no hassle, no worry the gentleman said. 4 months later, the stitching is completely tearing out on the piping on two of our cushions. I submitted a claim (that took well over 1 month for them to even respond to me and then only because I emailed to ask why it was taking so long.finally last week they sent me a DENIED.no phone number so that I can ask questions.nothing. I emailed them back 4 times over the span of 1 week asking for someone to contact me.nope! I have sent multiple messages to a Russ Patterson? Who I'm told is the area manager.still nothing! I honestly am ready to take this couch and jam it through the front door AND demand my money back from a Warranty that is a SCAM.

Unfortunately I posted about the store before we checked the furniture, the one end of the sofa seems wrong, you sink into it twice as far as the rest almost like it's missing springs.

I am going to start this review now as I think it will take a while to write. I will have to update it as things happen or not. I bought quite a bit of furniture last year from this store. I Have a problem with a chair that I bought in December. A spring has let go. Called the store last Thursday and spoke to the manager. He said he needed pictures but in the same sentence said he would not replace the chair. He then said it may take weeks to get a response from the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they said if it is less than one year old the store has to honor the warranty to the customer and then they can try and claim it from them later. Spoke to him again that day after I sent him the pictures and told him I followed up with the maker and he told me he had to get ahold of head office. That is the number you see in all the other complaints about this store. That is the number that will never answer or call back. It is a scam. The store is not returning my calls now which I expected. If you read their web page they are all about customer satisfaction.
Here is the update to the first entry above. The store or it's Barrie office approved the replacement chair. There was a significant wait do to supply issues which I believe Covid has made for every merchant. In the end the chair was replaced and I must say the manager Ryan came through and thanks to Jim for delivering the chair. I am a satisfied customer.

I bought a couch less than 1 yr ago, bought the extended warranty for a "just in case". Within a year the couch has holes in the bottom of it. I have waited 7 weeks for the warranty claim to go through and I am still waiting. The staff there do not seem to have any knowledge of the warranty process, which I found out the hard way (6.5 weeks later), and there is also no customer service or followup, even when they state they will. I have also contacted the head office, like they stated in the previous posts and no response. I would not buy here again, its not worth it! I have just wasted soo much time and money.

If I could give this location a lower score I would. The employee that greeted us was rude and never came out from behind the counter.

Just bought our couch here, superb service and amazing prizes. Best we could find, totally recommend.
