I’ve never had such a headache with any other furniture company before. Three delivery set ups and still sitting on my old couch. Already made a payment on my new sectional and no clue where it is. Save the headache and shop for furniture at a reputable company. I’ve never had a problem with The Brick, Leon’s, Teppermans. I’ve dealt with them all. Only gave a one star because there was nothing lower.

Buyer beware. Not worth it if you dont want to deal with shady sales practices so the sales people can get non existant sales. Or if you dont want your information sold.

Went and looked at some new furniture a month or so ago. Discussed possible financing however made it very clear when leaving the store that I was not purchasing anything at the moment and was going home to think about it. Got a message a few days later discussing my payment plan and "next payment" called and cancelled that and got confirmation it was done. Or so I thought. A month later, today I get a new payment card in the mail from Flexiti which I had never heard of. Thinking my identity had been stolen I called and cancelled the card however they let me know that it was Surplus Furniture who had given my information to them. Quite shady considering I had never purchased anything and I am wondering if I will get any more payment plans or cards in the mail for Furniture I definitely never bought.

Follow up to the response:
Yes I provided my information, however when other companies send me credit cards in my name to which I definitely didn't sign up for that is sharing my information without my consent, regardless if it's "sold" or not. You've lost my business before you even had it.

Loved this store, Jessica and Brittany helped me find a new bed and bedroom set.very knowledgeable and patient (i did lot of testing haha).

I got my furniture the next day and at a very good price! I would recommend and ill be back soon. Thanks again Jessica and Brittany A+

Don’t go here. In September 2022 we paid $3000 for 2 couches that have purple theatre lights underneath them. Once they were delivered we noticed right away that one of the couch’s light’s did not work. We called the store and they said they would replace them and call us back soon. Didn’t hear back, 2 weeks later we called them and they said they have to look around for the lights and would call us back. Never heard back, called back again and they said they don’t have extra lights and will have to order them and will call us back. Didn’t hear back, a few weeks later I called back again and they said the same thing that they have to order them. Didn’t hear back, a few weeks later called back again and they said the lights arrived but they don’t know where they are and would call us back. They have never called us back not once. It has now been 5 months since we bought our $3000 couches and there has been no compensation for the defective couch. Do not recommend!
