Very helpful staff. We needed bunk bed mattresses. They pointed us to mattresses specifically designed to support kids properly. Fair prices and delivery to our cottage available. They arrived the next day as promised. Will definitely shop here again.

This is a real find if you want quality furniture at a reasonable price. You can pay double by going to any of the competitors showrooms from Collingwood to Owen Sound OR you can get what you want here for much less. I know, I've done the research over the last 2 weeks. Surplus had what I wanted at a fair price and customer service was excellent.

Very friendly staff, great deals I did some research before I purchased my stuff all other stores like the brick and Leon’s were very pushy and never let me get a word in. Ally and Liz at surplus furniture were wonderful to talk to I would recommend them and there location to anyone looking for great customer service. My husband wrote a review earlier- and it’s exactly how we felt. Our couch got a tare in the seams within a few month of purchase and we got a major run around from furniture surplus, however after the new manager (Liz) and her crew came in, it was resolved within a week. They got the manufacturer to approve the refund and replacement and we got a better quality couch for the same price. They had the couch in stock and we picked it up. I would not suggest going with the manufacturer NCU, stick with Lane or Ashley, we’re very happy with the new couch and happy it’s all resolved. The new team is very customer service oriented and we were pleased with that!
