Thank you to Susan and her team for the great sale experience of our family home. From our first meeting, we were able to get a sense of her professionalism and knowledge of the market. Susan and her team had covered everything needed in the sale of our home, including research on sale price, staging (which was beautiful), home measurement, gave great recommendations for a smooth staging and showing of the home, and answered any questions we had very quickly. We've received offers and had entrusted Susan to negotiations, and she did not let us down. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

I had contacted Susan as my parents were looking to downsize. Susan from the onset was extremely professional, sensitive to the situation that my parents were making this life changing decision and having a hard time letting go of the memories they made, and was extremely helpful with making recommendations to make sure their home was ready to go to market. This was something that was echoed by her amazing right hand woman Shandelle who was with us every step of the way. What I really appreciated about Susan was that all her suggestions were based on data and facts related to comparative sales and what the price of my parents home should be. Susan and Shandelle were always in constant contact and communicated with me regularly to ensure nothing was missed during the time the house was on the market all throughout the closing process. In the event my wife and I decide to move, we will definitely be giving Susan a call.

The most unpleasant experience I had with a realtor ever! I reached out for a property she listed, wanting to see it as soon as possible, and was prepared to make an offer. However, she would only show it with an exclusive agreement for that particular property, which I didn't mind, though it would prevent me from using other realtors for that property and would generally slow the process. Finally, after several follow-ups on the paperwork and to confirm the viewing time, she confirmed yesterday at 4 pm that I could view it today at 1 pm. However, today at 8 am (16 hours after viewing confirmation), I received a message that the property had "three offers last night" (none of which were conveyed to me so I can do my own) and that it's sold firm. I replied, expressing my disappointment and asking why I wasn't informed about the other offers so I could participate, but faced with ignorance. Therefore, I would recommend anything other than this realtor.

I THOUGHT that all real estate agents were the same—but i couldn't have been more wrong. In my defence, agents do come across a little homogenous with a few being more successful than their colleagues.

What i have discovered is that Susan Lancaster's Real Estate Business is transparent for anyone lucky enough to be paying attention, including myself.

Why is transparency important in Real Estate? Well mainly because it eliminates the 'smoke & mirrors' of common Real Estate Marketing, and because it's Honest. Not everything you receive FREE upfront comes without a COST at the Negotiation Table—like $$$ LOST from a 'Ho-Hum' Sales Result.

Susan has shown me that Real Estate Sales shouldn't be about 'Free This' or 'Discount That', but the Thousands of XTRA $$$ that Sellers actually Take to Their Bank.

Absolutely my worst real estate experience ever. Talks a good game. Paid premium 5% commission because she claimed she always gets top dollar for homes when I could have got someone else for 4%. Says she doesn't discount to sell, prices accurately blah blah blah. Insisted on signing a long term contract but, said "verbally" if we weren't happy she would let us out. Then, 2 months later, when we weren't happy she would not let us out of the contract. Instead of promoting home and talking up the sale with potential buyers, she worked on beating us down to lower the price. Eventually the home sold for $160k less than she had appraised it for. She blamed us for that and said the market had changed over the selling period. Hmmmm, unfortunately, those same "market changes" didn't apply when it came to us buying a new home. Stay away, says whatever she needs to, to get you to sign with her.

Marketing overkill in Mississauga as we receive 2-3 pieces of junk mail per week. Of the neighbours who have used her service I'm thinking the whole persona is built up by aggressive marketing but backed by poor service.

This woman (Susan) is the most unpleasant person to work with. Rude, pushy, difficult and just plain unprofessional. I would not recommend working with her if you want to feel listened to and your feelings appreciated. She does her very best to make you feel small and unintelligent. She is condescending and runs a ridiculous realty practice that should not be tolerated. Bad attitude, not helpful and belittling whenever possible. If she is your landlord’s realtor or a realtor you’re considering working with, steer clear and save your strife. Absolute nightmare.
