Let me just say this is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a restaurant in my entire life.first of all, we asked for the a la carte menu and the lady said “no, look around can’t you see we’re slammed right now? ” in an extremely rude tone.she then proceeded to pour water all over the table and our food and didn’t clean it up, just walked away, and this happened numerous times.because of this, me and my other two friends did not tip.when the lady saw this she asked us if we were in high school or college.we answered and said college, to which she said “is that why you guys don’t tip anywhere you eat? ” it was honestly so baffling none of us even knew what to say.the food is good, but the overall vibe and attitude of the workers completely ruined it for everyone.

This will forever be my favourite sushi spot. Their calamari is out of this world and the beef short ribs are sooo good!

I was a weekly regular for years.not anymore! I refuse to support a business that doesn't respect or appreciate their regular clientele. I supported this business years before COVID, all through COVID, brought them many patrons from TO and elsewhere and thise who moved to Niagara. My experience was a slap in the face over a lunch menu charge and a dinner menu charge at 3: 25pm when lunch is still an available option until 3: 30pm. I have always arrived between 3: 15 and 3: 30 and never had an issue until this visit.

I always get takeout from Sushi Paradise, you get 10% off your bill if you do pickup (quite a few sushi places do this which is a nice perk). Their salmon sashimi is always phenomenal - melts like butter in your mouth?
Their apps and rolls - always delectable - are a wonderful variety. My favourite go-to is the spider roll (soft shell crab) and the volcano roll

I rounded up to 4 stars. Stingy, but their portion sizes are large. Some dishes like Katsu Don are huge portion-wise, but, the worst and most bland Katsu Don I've tasted. They gave me an outdated paper menu after getting seated with low prices, only to find out when given the bill that each item I ordered was actually 3-5 dollars more expensive. Was going to complain, but instead I get a well deserved zero tip.table service is iffy. I haven't had a bad experience with their bento boxes, those are always good.

Orange cashew chicken, the chicken was like paste! If you rub between your fingers it would break down like so soft.fried chicken pieces should have a firm chewy texture you can actually taste it, instead this chicken came out in big chunks connected with fatty fibers, you could make this chicken bounce, I'm thinking for volume prep they have a big steaming vat of chicken pieces and when stir frying they grab a few pieces, add them to the stir fry and thats it, the chicken is soft, cooked but the grossest thing ever, never again! Also I initially ordered 2 appetizers and when the lady saw that she stopped paying attention to me and cashed out 3 people before coming back to me.

What sets Sushi Paradise apart is they have a lot of interesting appetizers and meat dishes, many of which you can't find elsewhere. For example, not only do they have General Tso chicken, but also General Tso beef, which is an absolute treat.

The rolls are very large which can be divisive. On one hand, larger portions is always appreciated for take-out, but for dining in for AYCE, the rolls are only larger because they use more rice. If you normally eat three rolls at other AYCE places, I suggest getting only two here because they're that much bigger.

The ordering experiencie is modern with tablets, and the interior decor is nice. It's a large restaurant, but we've never been in where it's packed. It's great for a casual lunch but may be busier at dinner.

We didn’t do the all you can eat and instead got their combos, the salmon lover and a bento box.

Both of the combos came with a large portion of food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable too. The service was great, and the ambiance is excellent too.

Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Our favourite all-you-can-eat sushi place in St. Catharines. Always fast and fresh and the most friendly staff who regularly go out of their way to get what you need and get it right. So many good options both sushi and more North American-style dishes. Fair price too.

The food the was good but that’s where the pleasantries stop. The waitress was rude, didn’t inform us of how much food we were allowed to order and got mad at us for what we ordered. The website did not give accurate information on how much the meals were. It said 30 dollars per person and we ended up paying $46 per person.

I’ve purchased sushi from other restaurants never had any issues, but got food poisoning 3 times from eating at this restaurant.
I’m sure they cook their food on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.
Don’t buy the food!

It used to be the favorite sushi restaurant for my family over the past years, food is really delicious and they used to provide good service. BUT recently the staff became extremely unfriendly and service is now awful and sometimes rude. Staff members kept gazing to our plates while we are eating to the point that we asked them not to do so as this was ruining our appetite and made us feel uncomfortable at all! They serve us with a grumpy face and never return back our smiles or thankful words. One of them was putting the plates over the table in a violent way, we had the feeling that he is going to throw the plates in our face. Moreover, we were charged in the last 5 visits during one month between $10 to $15 (plus taxes) for the left over food compared to the usual $3 to $5, and they explained that the owner asked them to charge us at a higher rate because we visit the restaurant frequently! Do we get punished for supporting the bussiness? ! Sadly, this new staff is destroying the reputation of a nice place.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service is poor, staff not very friendly. I asked for a refill, got sparkling water instead of gingerale, it could be an honest mistake or maybe it was watered down cause of the ice which is why it tasted like that.i asked for another one, this time without ice, it was the same, i didnt even bother ask them to change it. For dessert they served an item which we didnt order, we couldnt even find it in the menu. They replaced it with the right item. Overall, food is not the worst but service can be better.

I used to love coming here for date night. Always an amazing experience and the food is delicious! Will definitely be back soon!

I have to say it is not the same restaurant as 2 years before. I’m very disappointed after I visited this time. The lemon mussels are frozen. In addition, the food is not as well as before. Lastly, the attitude of waiters is really need to be improved. I don’t know why a server could work as you owe his money.

Ordered food from them on a few occasions. Their appetizers, dessert and sushi are good but the pad thai and the oyakodon were not very good. Oyakodon in particular was super dry and flavorless, hard to eat without choking on it (it had completely dry, unseasoned, tough, dehydrated looking chicken on top of rice with zero broth or sauce or seasoning of any kind? Who would want to eat that? !)

This place serves tasty sushi and tempura. A must try is their beef terriyaki served on a small sizzling plate. Yum Friendly and accomodating staff.

Came here on our way home to Toronto from Niagara Falls. Really big selection of food, ipad ordering system, really nice washrooms. Takeout delivery really busy.
They have Melona bars for dessert

Must be under new management i went there with my brother a few years ago wasnt too good, went the other day and its completely changed, absolutely fantastic. Cheaper than wind and far more tasty!

To be fair, the food wasn’t too bad so I have to give them that. The service however, was disappointing. The staff was just terrible. No acknowledgement, no courteousness whatsoever. The person that took our payment just basically handed over the machine and that’s it. It just seems like they want your money and off you go. There are better places around the area that’ll serve and treat you better - try those instead.

Fantastic all you can eat lunch! They are very generous with the meat in the rolls. Fast friendly service. Highly recommend

Best fresh and healthy food for the money. No competition. Always right cook, plus the Managers and the team make you feel great. Now two years and very happy loyal customer.

Great food, loved it with the selection of what you're wanting to eat it's there. Enjoyed it more than enough to be over full.

First time coming here, not only was everything we ordered delicious. It was so FAST coming out! Very impressed and the decor was adorable

I didn't expect this place to be so good. Service was very fast and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing. Sushi was made out of fresh ingredients. Tempura, sashimi and beef were fresh and delicious. I loved the dessert, too. Most of all you can eat sushi places don't offer many options or great taste, but the desserts were delicious, too

I would definitely come back here if I was in the area.

We ordered Thai curry and rice for the first time but it was completely dry and lacked curry. The next time we ordered it again we requested for extra curry, however it was extremely disappointing to see the same thing again. It was a dry preparation with maximum two teaspoons of curry.

It was the first time for us this weekend end of July. Service is very poor and not friendly at all. Food is not fresh, not horrible but way less quality than any other sushi restaurants. Not going ever again

Our dinner at Sushi Paradise started off okay. Some of the first dishes that we got were good and tasty. What followed next wasn’t good at all. The chicken skewers were really dry, the spicy salmon rolls were difficult to chew, the squids had a weird taste, and some other fish tasted really sanitized. It’s not a comfortable feeling when you start doubting whether the food is fresh or not. The customer service was okay though. We really wanted to like this place, this is unfortunate.

Don’t waste your time with wind and east. If I’m speaking candidly I would have never gone to either of them if I had lived in st Catherine’s and this always was my first option. This place blows them out of the water. Everything is warm and fresh and tastes amazing. Even the iPad ordering process is slightly different and better. If you go there one time you’ll never return to east or wind. My word. I know I won’t

Me and my friends decided to come here because it has good reviews saying that the food is fresh and the customer service is good. The food is actually tasty and fresh but sadly the customer service is not that good. First of all, the server didn’t understand English much, even though we showed the orders on the tablet we only received half of our orders. After mentioning that we didn’t receive all of our orders they came but still there were items missing. Next, we had to ask multiple times to get our drinks refilled, but she kept on forgetting. I asked to refill my water 3 times but didn’t receive anything. Then, we ordered ice cream but again received wrong items. On top of all, the server had the audacity to ask for tip. Like legit she said, “%10 tip is okay? ”with the machine in her hands. After when we rejected to give her tips she raised her voice and started questioning why we didn’t give her any tips. Even though our friends already gave her tips.

I would definitely love to give 5 stars but unfortunately what takes away from that is the outrageous price that I paid for 2 people. Other than that the food was delicious and the servers were nice and efficient. I don't think I will be returning though when I can go else where for the same quality of food and service but for a better price.

Quick service and appetizing presentation. The array of dishes are endless and the flavours are unique. The amount of food you can order is fulfilling and left me satisfied.

I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at Sushi Paradise! We ordered Take-Out from them last night and the quality of food was exactly on par with their amazing Dine-In service! Portions are hefty, food was ready promptly, and just a delicious meal in general. Can't wait for the lockdowns to end so we can enjoy some AYCE back inside again!

Went here a couple days ago with 2 others. This place exceeded my expectations! I normally go to wind in the falls because it's closer for me but I will definitely be coming here from now on. Service was great and food was exceptional! Good size rolls and the rice was warm on them which I love! Huge selection to choose from for the all you can eat. Cheaper than anywhere else too by a few dollars.

We went there with my family. The service was so amazing and so fast. The staff were so friendly snd kind always smiling and greeting us. We ended up eating so much food. The seafood was so fresh. I would def go back.

Super excited that their dine-in is open again! Waited a while even with the reservation because they have to follow the 10 people limit, but definitely worth it! The food is fresh and delicious as always!:) Love their cheese wontons, it is amazing!

This is my favorite sushi restaurants, and they have organized Covid protocols. So glad they survived from the pandemic, and will continue to support them during the pandemic!

Welcoming and good atmosphere when I visited with a colleague. The food was fresh and came out quickly and tasted good. I will be coming back for a second time with the family to see if this is a go to for when we are in for a Japanese dine out.

Verry disappointed and not recommended to eat here.the serving time is slow, it’s not safe and no limit on the number of people. Over the limit of ten people during dinner time
