Sushi2Go Queensway

We have been here before, and ordered yesterday on New Years day. They were quite busy and there was a mix up with our takeout order. They were very gracious in preparing the correct meal for us. As a result we were able to try the tuna sashimi and nigiri, which was delicious, as is their sushi. We will be back:)

1. The food quality is amazing. I loved the salmon hand roll.
2. The service is Great. The staff members are friendly and kind.
3. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the bathroom is very clean

I’ve never seen a sushi restaurant try to cover up the lack of fish meat by drenching the rolls with sauce and tempura bits. This is what I got when I ordered a spicy crispy salmon roll… it looks like minced salmon meat (maybe) mixed with tempura bits. It crumbled when eating it. I asked the server if maybe they ran out of solid salmon pieces, but she insisted this was the standard quality for this roll at this restaurant. The tuna lovers roll wasn’t any better. Very dissatisfying.

Very nice place, the sushi is delicious, the service is very good, I definitely recommend this place!

Delicious and Good Prices

At first, I was nervous about the sushi because of the name. The name made me think of grocery chain sushi but that is definitely not what this was.

Food portions are above average. Quality and speed is far superior to KB Sushi down the street. We ordered 3 sushi trays and couldn’t finish.

The seating is comfortable, inviting, and relaxing. Didn’t feel rushed and the music was at a calm level to have a relaxing conversation.

I’d come back again.

My favorite shushis in the hood! Tasty, and I couldn't find the same.freshness anywhere else. My fav go to are the spicy scallops and spicy cruspy tuna rolls.
Staff is always very nice and attentive to our orders and to come check on us a few times to see if we need anything.

Wr usually go between rush hours so we like that the ambiance is calm and not busy.

Settle your cravings for sushi here! Came for dinner after seeing a movie at the nearby theatre. Service was quick since there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant at the time. Ordered the Crispy Spicy Salmon roll, Green Dragon roll and the Assorted Tempura basket. These rolls were large and fresh. Will come again when I'm in the area to try the other rolls on the menu.

Delicious, and friendly service! The restaurant is decorated really nicely too, has a good vibe.

Wonderful/ friendly staff, good food with generous portions, and best of all clean dining space for small parties. Dropped by for a quick dinner before catching the movies at the Cineplex just a few blocks away and it worked out perfectly.

Having great food is an asset, but having great service is what ties the experience altogether.

My sister and I arrived nearing closing time so we could’ve been turned down and headed home. Instead, we were received in an amazing welcoming/friendly manner, and graciously treated by Sushi 2 Go’s staff. Even with limited time available, they made sure to walk us through popular options so that we could order rolls we were familiar with.

Must say, I was impressed and happy with the caring and gentle ways of this place. On top of that, portions are generous and the food delicious and beautifully presented.

Would highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning in the near future.

I ordered sashimi and sushi. It's beautifully packed, and the fish are very fresh. The service is excellent. Definitely will be back for more.

Even though I’m not a big fan of sushi I go here sometimes, the staff is amazing. The lady that takes orders is super sweet. They’re super quick and also give me food for free sometimes. Favourite sushi place

I drove 30 kilometres to this place, and it did not disappoint me. The service was really good, food was fresh and delicious. I really recommend this place.

They had lots of variety, the sushi was a kind of pricy but it was mostly worth it because of the quality but also size of each individual piece

Amazing sushi takeout! The quality of the food is phenomenal. The fish is so fresh, their rolls taste amazing, and the presentation is beautiful Their sushi platters are great for family dinners and parties. Highly recommend!

Just ordered sushi 2 go thru Uber Eats. Was literally in-edible. Salmon taste microwaved with a dollop of sugary sauce on top. Tempura tasted like dirty grease, and no chopsticks were included. Used to love this place but the last 2 times, it’s been really sub par. For $80 for two meals, I expect better.

Sushi2Go is our go to sushi place. Whenever we aren't in the mood to cook, we grab something from here. It fills us pretty well as the portions are good. Most times the food is fresh. Also if ever we do have a problem, we let them know and they make it right by giving us more food or giving us a discount for next time. Their services is always so great too!

We go here very very frequently and are never disappointed! Its just perfect for a quiet little dine in evening.and for now.a nice take out meal:)

Good sushi. Fresh. Well prepped. Portions are smaller than others I have indulged in & prices are more expensive too. Otherwise good service & quaint, clean location.

Food is amazing and service is like no other. Went there for my husband's birthday and got complimentary spring rolls, miso soup and a small appetizer for the bday boy.

Their bulgogi is amazing!

So flavorful and delicious. Came for sushi but the bulgogi stole my heart.

We lived in this area and decided to give it a try. The lunch was good as we ordered a few maki rolls and they put it on a wooden fish platter. The sushi were made fresh and the rice was not too hard or soft. I would come back again in the future.

Ordered the lunch bento and it was pretty good. Portions were good as well. I've eaten here through Ubereats and I must say it tastes way better eating at the restaurant.

The service is outstanding as they are both pleasant and efficient. The food is beautifully presented and tastes incredible with great portion sizes.

I have recently learned that Sushi2Go Queensway is under new management, and they are terrible! I ordered my food on the phone, 20 minutes before they closed, went to pick it up and asked to add drinks to the meal. It must have been an inconvenience for them because the response I received was, "you should have ordered your drink with your meal when you called. " You can literally take 2 steps to open their fridge, and add it to the meal! They wanted me to pay for my food with cash, but I didn't have any. There's a older women and man that literally ganged up on me and called me racist and ignorant because I didnt want to pay THEIR way.
They previous owners were spectacular! I don't know why they handed it over to these rude people! I wish I could give them NO stars!

Rice on the sushi was either old or had too much water. It was extremely sticky and soft. It looked like paste. Tasted too weird to continue eating.

Have been coming to this location for years. I love the food and the friendly service. A great place for lunch. Parking can be a challenge so be prepared. Good value for your dollar here. Food is freshly prepared.

Service was a bit slow but they gave us complimentary miso soup for our patience. Great service and even better sushi! The dumpling roll is a favorite.

The location is great, the lighting is great and they have so much variety in sushi. Value for price in terms of quality and quantity. Worth spending an evening.
