This is, by far, the best massage clinic. Offering not only massage but osteo, physio, and chiro. This is where you go to get through whatever issue you have solved. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, the place is beautiful and clean and modern. You're definitely going to want to come here! Highly recommend!

I've had multiple massage sessions with Mark, and every time, he welcomes me warmly, inquires about my preferred areas of focus, and maintains a consistently high level of professionalism while being an attentive listener. The rooms are always clean, with relaxing dim lighting and soothing music playing in the background. Mark's exceptional massage skills shine through as he accurately targets problem muscles and applies just the right amount of pressure. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the body further enhances the quality of each session. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for an excellent Registered Massage Therapist!

I have been coming here for years now, but James is the best especially if you need deep tissue work done. He does a focused massage in and around the problem area. I feel really good now.

Love this place! No matter which massage therapist you get, you are guaranteed a great massage. I've been to the shishi places downtown and Sutherland Chan outdoes them all. People are friendly here and the rooms are clean.

I just had a massage at this clinic and it wasn't good to be frank. The massage therapist wasn't very good at locating the muscles that are tight and need stretching/pressure. She was able to find small surface level knots but totally missed the bigger and deeper knots. The therapist used mostly her hands to apply pressure and sometimes her nails would dig into my skin which wasn't painful, but uncomfortable and ruined the relaxation. Sometimes she would apply too much pressure in the wrong spots like on bone/nerve but not enough pressure the right spots like on thick tight muscles.

My usuall therapist has yet to re-open and I thought I would try this clinic having been given it as a recommendation from a colleague. I was impressed with the set up, standard of cleanliness and compliance with saftey during this pandemic.

The staff are friendly and the masseuse was really good. They have covid measures in place including disinfected pens and stations for filling in forms.

I had a really great massage at this clinic. I tend to be quite picky for massages since I have been dealing with intense chronic pain for years. My masseuse was knowledgeable and used the correct amount of pressure. It also helps that the team is friendly and the clinic is set up nicely. I will be back.

Booked a 1.5 hour deep tissue massage. It was barely a massage, never mind the deep tissue part. I asked several times throughout the massage for the therapist to apply more pressure and she would not change pressure at all. It made the hour feel extra long, and it was frustrating to endure. I ended up leaving feeling no better than when I had arrived. The therapist’s reply was that I should stretch more. This place also isn’t cheap. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the massage or for the attitude.

I had 2 massages here.both if them sucked. I asked for a free one or a discount.they said no which was fine. Too expensive for poor quality massage and won't be back.

Convenient neighborhood SC clinic that always has availability even at the last minute. I usually head over to their metro centre location downtown but living in the area, it's great in a pinch (pun intended) when you have a sudden knot or stiff nick that needs fixing.

Male therapist was knowledgeable about exercises to alleviate pain. Was hesitant to go with a male but this guy was good and respectful. The basement is too dark

I've been here twice for a massage therapy session. I've been pleased both times, and have another appointment booked.

It is not designed to look like a fancy spa, so understand that going in. Their treatments work very well, and they are very professional. Your therapist, in my case Kevin, always does a follow up from the previous session. They also give you stretches/tips if things you can do at home to help.

Joice at this location is great I’ve tried few other people and have not often left feeling totally relaxed or plain free but she really knows what she’s doing.
