Melissa Bergmann booked a rental showing only not to show up. She kept a timeslot, caused people to modify their schedules. I understand that circumstances change, but a single-click cancellation of the appointment is a bare minimum. It never happened. Very unprofessional conduct.

No Star Fair Enough for now. So So Poor Customer Care. As a Landlord. I called the Broker of Record (Murray Goldfin) and informed him about my very very bad experience with an Agent in the brokerage. He said that he will speak to the agent and get back to me. That never happened! My 3 More Follow Up Calls all Ignored.

Bad experience, Charles Raucco likes to Finesse people, lies and tried to cheat me out of a deal beware dealing with this individual.

The owner Murray Goldstein is always helpful to me and he responds to my questions kindly. I like him.

Anton Polishchuk was very helpful when showing me different options for leasing a condo unit in Toronto. He found me many options to choose from within my criteria and I trusted his expertise!

Their agent Alex Chalmiev harassed me if I am not agree to pay more rent to his client even though I was still 1 year lease agreement and paying extra $$ for rent. He promised to change the door locks as 1 year lease ends. Also he asked to pay cash for this lease agreement so I would get a "better deal". I had to pay one month fee in cash to rent this condo! Now, 10 months later he listed the property for sale and books 10-20 showings a day everyday including saturdays and sundays, and without my permission! I tried to reschedule the showings so I could enjoy my living for 3800$ a month but the FRONT DESK ignores my emails and calls and keeps confirming showings. Tried to email their broker of record. He ignored my email too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Shai Pollak is arguably the most unprofessional and rude staff member they have there. They advertise rates they can’t deliver and when they’re called out about their false advertising they have the nerve to get mad! Took my business to ReMax and was dealt with appropriately and treated with respect. Stay far away from this hell hole.

BEWARE if you're considering using Sutton Group Admiral to sell your home.especially an agent who advertises charging only 1% listing! They offer staging, pretty listing brochures and videos etc, but once you sign, their mission is to sell your property extra-fast and at whatever price the first offer brings. Dave Elfassy refused any attempt to negotiate the price or closing date of my property.favouring the buyer's circumstances over mine. I begrudgingly accepted the first offer at less than asking, then he tried to squeeze another $5K from me (as per the buyer's agent's request). This guy has absolutely no conscience!
I called the Broker (Murray Goldfind) and let him know about my experience with the agent. He did not want to see any saved emails that showed his lack of negotiating on my behalf. He said he'd speak with the agent and call me back, which he never did. My several attempts to reach him were futile, only to be called from a Sutton Group representative in the U. S. Saying Murray was on vacation for three weeks and "someone from Canada would get back to me". Obviously, Murray was avoiding me, because I got an email from Dave basically brushing off my concerns again. Terrible customer support from this company!

WARNING! Do not give these people any personal information. We now receive aggressive rude phone call from someone a advertising service called Corporate Communications (200 Consumers rd) saying that they were referred to us by Murray Goldkind from Sutton group Meyer (?) Realty. When I asked to be removed from their list and placed on a Do Not Call list she hung up. Will be filing a formal complaint with the CRTC if these harassing calls continue.

Just terrible agent and representation of this company. I would never refer Alex Chalmiev to anyone.

Real estate agents from this company keep calling me to see if I want to sell my home. I have indicated to them several times I am on the do not call list and don’t want them to call me. They have indicated ‘real estate agents’ are exempt from the do not call list which is incorrect. Don’t deal with this real estate company.

Only dealt with an agent on a phone call but she was very rude, spoke over top of me, and hung up on me before I even spoke. Very unprofessional.
