The girls here are amazing! I've shopped here so many times and they have always been helpful! They have so much patience considering the types of customers that shop here.
Many people who are angry in the reviews are the same ones who feel entitled, as if it's their right to receive top notch service. These girls do their best to meet expectations and they have rules to follow, even if sometimes they may not agree with certain policies. They deal with horrible GROWN customers who have the audacity to yell at these YOUNG GIRLS. Mind you, this is a minimum wage job. I applaud these girls for their hard work!

Manager is so rude and disrespectful. She don’t know how to listen customer concern and deal with customers.

The african ethnicity girl with lomg hairs working at the try room area was very professional and helping. I came looking for blazers and tops for the job. She brought me different types of workwear and as well helped me choose the most perfect one. She was very friendly and her service was above and beyond, even though it was the closing hour. On the other hand, the indian girl with red dot on her forehead, at the cash checkout was somewhat rude and wasn't very customer friendly.

I rated this store 5 stars for the customer service I received at this store. A girl Miranda helped me choose a outfit for my company award ceremony. Thanks Miranda for all the assistance you provided. ️️️️

I was trying a jacket and i liked it i put it aside (right next to my boyfriend) while i try another one and the employee took it to put it back i said i need it I'm just trying something else and that girl told me "you can't just leave things hanging" in a very rude way.
These girls needs to work on their manners and also needs to learn how to talk to a customer
How can Suzy hire someone with no customer service skills?

I love the styles they carry. Very descent styles from office to evening wear. Sporty and casual as well. Please bring in some two piece sets in skirts and pants. Thanks. Very nice friendly location. Helpful polite employees.

I want to put on record that the store staff is super honest and good, we actually came to exchange a dress due to size which we have bought from another store location and left one item in the bag, after 10 days we called them and manager Jannel was so fast that after listening to us, she called back within 30 mins and said that she has found the item we left there, it was difficult as that item was not purchased from their store but they still were able to help us a lot.keep up the good work and thanks.we recommend this store to everyone.

Rudest manager on duty this past Sunday May 8th. They closed their fitting rooms an hour before closing, saying they're busy today and staff is less. And we hardly saw any customers there!
Looks like they don't want much customers and their business.

Great collection, great staff with pleasing customer service. But the try rooms suck. Not clean, full of dirt & filth. I wasn't very comfortable using the try room yesterday.

Super Rude staff. I had placed my online order on November 25th but received my order very very late due to high volume. Due to size issues went to return it Within a week of receiving my order but these guys said that they won’t take returns until 29th December. So this week went thrice to return my order but in wrong timings… their timings have changed but they have not updated it in internet! So today when I went to return the staff was super rude they said they are doing me a favour by taking my returns and din offer me the refund to same card because they had no patience until I provided my original card and forced me to take store credit. Had super rude and bad experience with Suzy! Will never ever order or shop with Suzy ever again!

Covid is hard to live through and retail therapy helps, this store was STUNNING! I spent a lot of money and I wouldn't look back. The sales rep was hilarious. She has me laughing the entire time, I felt so safe seeing the staff scrubbing the counters, tables and every fitting room knob. I was amazed to see a company care so much about covid safety, seems many have dropped the ball. Great job Trinity.

I went to Suzy 2 weeks before and got few dresses. Since we cannot try clothes these days so I asked the girl at cash counter if it could be exchanged with something else if anything doesn't fit me. She said it can be done within 2 weeks. But when I went to exchange one clothing, the same girl told they don't exchange for anything else, they can only exchange for other size option.
She could have told this at time of purchasing. I was disappointed by their exchange policy.

Worst store, worst manager and employees.they don’t know how to talk to customer.very rude. Sophia manager and another brown lady and employees don’t know how to talk.

Great place and awesome collection. Special thanks and appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by delightful employe Zoha. Even though she was not well she assist me to choose best value deals on clothes. Best wishes to her for bright and prosperous future.

Huge kudos to the store manager at this location. I came in to freshen up my fall wardrobe and received so much encouragement and support. She definitely went out of her way to help me find the right sizes and offer her opinion on some of the selections. By far the best location I've been to.

Service was friendly and helpful. Clothes pretty well organized. Missing star was because I found the fitting room area dirty and the store a little hard to navigate with my stroller.

This is the best location out there. All staff members are very nice and welcoming specially Vibhu is very helpful.

My wife works at this location and loves it here. The store and the staff are all amazing. In over a decade I have not seen her as happy as she is here. The girls are all so kind and supportive, great people!

I came here a couple of days ago to find a dress. There was not many options so I approached one of the employees to ask for help. (tall, thin, dark hair). She was beyond rude. She pointed it the direction of the dresses, said “go check there” and did not even bother trying to help me. When I asked her to come and show me, she said she was “too busy to help”. I understand if the employees are busy (there was only 2 people in the store.) but at least offer to get someone else to assist me instead of pushing me off as if I was not even there. I am beyond upset and will be messaging customer service. I overheard that she is one of the managers too.

On top of this terrible experience, another lady (shorter, dark hair) came from the back and walked RIGHT by me when I said “excuse me” to ask if there was any chance that she could help me. She was yelling at her employees about how “customers are so rude” and “cant they see that shes doing something” while looking at me. (Meaning me for simply asking for assistance).

This is not the first time that I have come to this location and received terrible customer service from the shorter lady. She also claims that she is a manager but was speaking to staff so rudely. She yelled at one staff member to “shut up. I cant think with you talking too much”. I could not believe it. I will never come back to this location. Ruined my entire shopping experience. Action needs to be taken about these rude ladies who are “management”. They need more training in customer service.

This is the best Suzy Shier location out there! The staff is so supporting, and they deal with difficult customers so professionally and kindly! I saw a customer screaming at the cashier, and the lady at the cashier handled the situation so calmly and respectfully. Great staff and great environment!

I cant believe the terrible service I received today. I came in to do an exchange and the manager told me that I could exchange for a different item. I shopped for an hour, tried on a bunch of clothes and finally went to the counter to proceed to do my exchange. The lady then told me that I could not do the exchange. I think her name was Indey. I wasted an hour of trying to find clothes only to be told that I cannot do my exchange because I was 2 days late. I will make sure that I tell all my friends not to come back to this location! Management needs to communicate with the staff

I come with my sister shopping on weekend at trinity mall. Suzy has good deals nice clothes.
Young lady in try room is so nice so helping. She bring me more size and help my sister to find clothes. I like this store a lot. I buy a card so I come back all the time here now;

This is the only location I shop at, girls are always on top of their customer service game! Had another amazing experience today as well with vibhu and indie.
I've been shopping with suzy for 20 years now and this is by far my favourit location.

Been a Suzy shopper over 20yrs. Amazing CANADIAN company, great clothes, great quality, even better prices.

I went to a Suzy close to me with a top i got as a gift, i was told no because it is a sale item and no receipt. I went shopping at this trinity suzy on Friday I mentioned to the cashier what happened to me. She told me bring it I'll do it. I was so happy. I ran to my car and grabbed it.
The deals are so great and my card gave me more discount. I love this location, so big with good selection and so many nice girls working.

I am a loyal Suzy girl. I have shopped many locations, and this by far is the best. The sheer size and selection is unmatched, and the (current) staff is the friendliest and most helpful. Approach people with a smile and it will be reciprocated.

Staff are so friendly. I was looking for interview clothes and ladys helped me. I asked who the manager was to put a good review and turn out she is the manager. So nice.

Amazing customer service and even better prices. Came with my sister to shop and got an entire new wardrobe for a ridiculous price I love it. Zoha helped us out and was spectacular. Even the cashier and fitting room staff were beyond helpful. Of all Suzy locations this is by far my favourite.

Amazing experience with Alexia. She was beyond helpful and took time to actually help me find what I wanted! She was great to talk to, the conversation wasnt just about clothes. She was answering a lot of questions from the other girls. Seems as if they were not trained yet or they were just inexperienced. Alexia proceeded to say, “I am with a customer, I will answer your question as soon as im finished” which put me in a great mood. It is nice to see that she is fully committed to customer serving and will not cut off conversations and get distracted. I will always come back to this location for her help!

Cashier was not able to take off the sensor but she charged me money for the denim which i ask them to remove from my bill. I go three times for asking them to return my money. Everytime they have same excuse: we are still working on the camera video, we don't know how much time it will take, come after 2hrs.blaa blaa. Your customer service is very poor. Keep the money guys.i am not coming back to your store.

I will never go to trinity again. The managerment is so disrespectful and rude. I was trying to return something and some girl (her name starts with an S) said she was the manager and that she wasnt going to honour my exhange.she proceeded to LAUGH in my face and then Rose interfered and laughed to. I have never felt so disrespected. All you could have said was “i appologize, we cant” but instead, i get laughed at. Disgusting.
