I would give a 0 star if possible…. First of all both the staff didn’t greet or didn’t say anything which is still ok for me…. To busy in talking and laughing so loud…. And i saw an other lady walking in and he greeted her saying hey how are you an all which honestly felt very rasist too me. Hope you treat everyone equally next time.

I had a wonderful experience at this store the staff is so friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend shopping here as well as the Le Chateau dresses have an awesome 50% off sale rn!

Drove two hours to find a grade 8 grad dress for my daughter. Barrie was incredible. He was helpful, friendly, and genuinely seemed to want to help find my daughter and her friend their dresses. He was available without being pushy, and although he likely sees tons of people in the course of his day, his demeanour didn’t include any impatience or frustrations. Both my daughter and her friend found their dresses and shoes at a literal fraction of the cost of other stores. Would absolutely make the two hour drive to return to this store just for Barrie’s help and personality again.

Good selection of tops and pants in larger sizes.limited sizes for small. Very organized racks and sections. Everything is easy to find.

Since covid I rediscovered Suzy Shier. I took a chance and ordered a couple of things online.not only were they on sale they fit to my true size. I always worry about online ordering because sizing.
The two items I ordered were right on. I take a size 12

Unmasked employee was not maintaining social distancing while putting our merchandise right next to me while I was waiting in line.

My Wife Loves their collection. I can not think of a single time she went their with me and came out without buying anything.

Had problems being able to make it to the store to make a return for an online order. Yumna went out of her way to find a solution. Great customer service! Will be back again to shop in person instead of online!
