Products are nice but staff needs training, almost don’t care at all and unhelpful when it comes to selection

Thanks to the lady that helped me out when I was trying to get some track pants today for my partner. I forgot to get her name but she was younger and helped me out a lot.

Owner is a bit#$. Bin a loyal customers to that specific store for years an they wont exchange a hat bought 6 days ago never took out the bag brand new with receipt.even said I'll bring it in so they can examine it. Never shoppin there. Go to Lids

Bc she's kinda rude to us and i was shock it was my 2nd time going there but this girl today at friday said something bad at us and i felt sorry and can you give me her name so i can chat her why did she did that to us? I did not have a good experience shopping here. A few employees seemed as though they didnt want to help me and my children shop for shoes. The manager however was very nice and stepped in.

Smaller location, but offer great prices, especially for kids shoes. Size selection varies depending on the style, so it can be a hit or miss. The employees are helpful and provide fast service.

This place is located at 1 yorkgate in the Jane and finch area. It is on rhe second floor near the food court. There is lots of sale on right now on all their sports cloths and shoes. Wheel chair accessible via the elevator.

The staff is INCREDIBLY rude. They were acting like im committing a crime by returning an item that doesnt fit from two days prior purchased with reciept and tags.
One of the workers kept whispering and laughing to the other, very low class service.
I ended up getting a store credit which was not listed anywhere in the return policy.

I wont be returning to this location due to poor customer service.

I went in to buy shoes for my son and ended up at this rack which clearly said 1 for 12.99 or 2 for 19.99 after going through the entire rack looking for my sons size i went to cash out when the cashier said it was an amount that i knew was wrong doing the math in my head, i asked her what the price was where she said it was 12.99 each i mentioned that the rack said 19.99 for 2 and she said "thats incorrect this is the price" i insisted telling this sales person that the rack is false advertisment and they cannot do that, the sales girl beside her agreed that the rack was incorrectly marked " and would change it later" the other sales person "Kim" proceeded to ask me if i was going to take it or leave it. I told her i was going to take it but if she wasnt going to honor the sign i was sending a picture to head office. As i went to take the picture she murmurred that i was stupid to the other sales person. This place is unprofessional! The young people that work there are immature and lack respect and customer service skills.
There is a SVP location at Vaughan and another at Steeles with better employees and selection, GO THERE! And stay away from this horrible location with disrespectful enployees i personally will never return.

Update:
Head office contacted me Empathizing with the entire situation. The person i spoke with was completly understanding and assured me measures would be taken to avoid this type of scenarios in the future.
A couple of bad apples definetly do not spoil the entire batch. Im happy they reached out to me and regained my trust, however will avoid this location as much as possible

Buying soccer shoes at yorkgate mall more than 20 years

Very attentive staff and good prices and selection. The manager, the dark gentleman at the front desk all the time, makes sure you get service quickly. 5 stars.
