Great customer service! Fast and efficient. Got towed in at 7am and needed a bunch of work and everything was done by 2pm same day! Highly recommend

Edit: I had front brakes replaced last winter. I am now at another shop having those rotors machined because the brakes were not lubricated properly and warped them. I am now paying a huge amount extra out of pocket to have it fixed, as my car will not pass the safety this way. So disappointed. To be clear, rear brakes were done long before the front ones at a different garage, and those rotors are fine.

I have always had great service here. Staff is always friendly. Everything is always done as asked. Prices are very very reasonable.definitely my go-to garage from now on!

I tried to use this business. Made an appointment, before the long weekend for today (the Tuesday following). I arrived on time, to be told there would be a 2+ hour wait. Drove from out of town. Time is a currency these days, as well as gas at $1.50+/L. What the f good is an appointment?
I can understand being busy but I feel someone forgot to pencil me in from 3 business days beforehand.

Above and beyond service. Needed an emergency tow with a busted wheel. Driver came and assessed damages quickly, helped me navigate the incident report (and my parents), and got the car in the lot and me home safe. Would call again (though hopefully I won't have to).

Have been going to this garage for a couple yrs and spent thousands. June 2023 Wayne told me I needed a new engine for my 2015 car and he found a used one for just over 7,000. I took it to the dealership for a 2nd opinion-the dealership replaced a part under warranty and said it did not need new engine.

Dispatcher was cool, vehicle got towed - tow guy wasn't too personable but whatever job got done

Going forwards I will only be using this company due to the complete honesty and help I received. I asked for a tow to the mechanic and the vehicle tower “ Vam Bam “ went out of his way to figure out that I only needed a battery jump. He could’ve just taken more money. Thank you for your kindness and for coming so quickly.

I highly recommend S and W. I was driving up to Oakville from NY. My car broke down on the QEW. S and W fixed my car and we’re super honest about the repairs. They were extremely kind and timely. My car is running better than it ever has! I cannot say enough how positive my experience was with S and W! I will return and drive across the border for future work on my car!

I was visiting the area and was unfortunately in a fender bender.
The tow driver “Bambam” was a phenomenal example of an employee. He went above and beyond to help us during a very trying time.
His professionalism and compassion was more than anyone could have expected. He stayed with us throughout the whole ordeal.
Recommended services in the area and even drove us to the hotel.

Fantastic Service Centre! We have been taking our cars to S&W for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed! They are always very honest about what our cars need immediately and what can wait. As someone who knows very little about cars, I really appreciate that honesty and have always been impressed with the time they take to explain things to me. HIGHLY recommend S&W!

My husband and I took our vehicle to Wayne at S&W after reccomendations from a coworker after several botch jobs from previous mechanics. He was super professional, kind and honest. He could’ve made a ton of money off of us but instead he chose to be upfront with what our options are and let us choose where to go from there. From now on we won’t take our vehicle anywhere else! It’s hard to find a place this good, thank you Wayne and staff!

Exciting! We get gas pumped here weekly and the staff are efficient, friendly and kind. They work all year with this “can I help you” attitude and I love going there. Feels special and “hometown” being served and asked “how my day is going” - it’s the little things

Absolutely amazing service! I was stuck with a flat tire after a day in Port Dalhousie with my girls. Called S&W around 10pm & they got there within 15 mins! The guy was nothing but friendly, polite, very courteous & helpful. Got what turned out to be a difficult tire change done in a very short time. I was so grateful! They saved the day! Thank-you to both you & your son. You guys are wonderful!

Told me they would be there by 3am and didnt show up till almost 5am with already waiting like 4 hours for them

I wish I could go back in time and take my car elsewhere. My car would not start because of the problems with gas pump. I had CAA take it to S&W because I needed it to be done as soon as possible and my mechanic was busy that day. They looked at my car, told me the price of 800$. My husband told them to give us time to think about it and not to touch the car. Next day we decided to get second opinion. We called them to inform that we will take the car to another shop. They demanded 200$ for looking at it and refused to release the car. According to Consumer Protection Act, they cannot demand money postfactum, without informing the client about the work and expected payment. They did not fix the car, but they wanted 200$ for looking at it without telling us that we will need to pay for diagnostics. They said they were doing us a favour when they looked at the car. Please, don’t go there.

I have been taking my two vehicles to S and W Service for three years. My extended family and I have been extremely impressed with their workmanship, integrity and customer service; a rare combination for any service center. Wayne and Nick are always polite, friendly and stick to their timelines. I always feel like I am getting great value for my money. They are never pressuring the customer to get unnecessary work done. Instead, they give you an honest appraisal of your vehicle and help you to prioritize what needs to be done. I take great comfort in knowing that I can take my vehicles to S and W for service that I can trust.

Nick at S & W was super helpful and everytime I take my car there I feel I get a true and honest estimate. They don't try and sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need. I highly recommend them.

I purchased winter tires this year in early January and the service has been great. I got a screw in my rear passenger tire and they patched it up for me right away. Definitely would reccomend S&W Towing company to anyone looking for a great tire service!

Dead battery. Called them and they arrived within 10 minutes. Boosted my 9 yr old battery and gave me a quick diagnoses and suggestion. Extremely happy.
