Veronica is a Sparkling Swarovski Superstar! She is on staff at the Tanger Premium Outlet in Cookstown. Veronica is the epitome of customer service excellence on the front lines as the face of the brand. She was pleasant and efficient, and so excited for me when she told me she found the last remaining bracelet that I had searched for online and at other locations. I ordered something from the website that I was some how unable to get shipped to my home. I called the store, Sarah was extremely helpful checked with her manager and called me back in 10 minutes and was able to get the item shipped to my house. She saved me at least $30 or more in gas and at least 4 hours in time. I was extremely impressed and happy with the service at the Tanger outlet innisfil location.

Want rude, disparaging customer service where they make your fiancee cry.then go here. The female salesperson was great the other one (unsure of pronoun) was insulting at best. Now I know why people will spend more on diamonds and why I will be doing that in the future.

Very nice collection of crystal and gold necklaces, bracelets, ear rings. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. Helped me out in trying different necklaces. Even recommended different jewelry for occassions and people. The store had 75% discount on retail MRP which was the best thing! Would definitely revisit.
