Worst experience in my life in a supposedly well known value brand like Swarovski. Staff was extremely rude and was treating us poorly. I got a necklace as a gift for someone, but it was really packaged poorly and was as if the bags was used before. It didn’t show that what was inside was a $200 necklace. Im so disappointed in this experience, I’m never coming or recommending this to anyone ever again!

I had a very pleasant experience at the Swarovski store looking for some rings. This was because of the excellent customer service treatment of the manager and employee, Mary and Razan. They did their best in helping me find a ring to exchange for the one I had and did exactly that. They were patient, easy-going, and amicable throughout the whole process!
