Great service. I contacted SWAT to remove squirrels in my soffits. Tony came out the very next day, conducted a thorough inspection of my roof and took care of the issue. I haven’t had any problems since.

We are thankful for the great work done by Johnny today. He confirmed that we had mice in our attic and he crawled into our attic to set traps up there. And he went up to our roof and our eaves to check that there weren’t any issues. Johnny was courteous, professional, and very tidy - we could not have asked for a better contractor. Brian was the technician who came to our house to install the trap door for the squirrels and then later sealed the entire gap between the shingles and the facia boards. He was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. I was very happy with their service.

I wish I could leave them a better review, I discussed this with Johnny directly and gave them a chance to improve my experience without success. Make sure you're VERY explicit with what work they are going to do otherwise you may end up like us.
I saw all the positive reviews on here and was very hopeful for an efficient and professional service. We called for a raccoon problem when we could hear them crawling around the roof, Johnny came the next day and after his inspection told us it's mice because he saw mouse droppings. When both my wife (and later myself) questioned him about the very loud thumping and wood breaking sounds he brushed it off as amplification through the walls and told us to call 3 weeks later if it doesn't resolve. 3 weeks pass by and nothing changes so he comes back and then does admit that there is a hole (where I pointed him to on the first visit) where the raccoons are coming through. At that point he said he can't close that off because our neighbors balcony fence was abutting the area with the hole and that we should have it removed. When we can't remove the fence Johnny tells us that he has to go around it and we agree since we want to sleep peacefully finally. What we didn't know is that he is going to drill directly into the neighbors fence and leave a bunch of sheet metal drilled into it as a permanent fixture. I tried discussing this with him on the phone but he is happy with his work and would correct this only if we paid for another contract since this is a new project we're asking for.
Left us and our neighbors in a sore spot. Hopefully they learn how to better address tricky situations like this in the future.

We were so impressed by the great service and how hard Brian worked to find a way to get on our tricky roof and find some baby squirrels. Highly recommend!

Randy was very professional and thorough. Very happy with the level of service we received. We could hear squirrels in the soffits. Put in a one way door and will be coming back to remove the door once we know the squirrels are gone.

Tony arrived right on schedule, the day I called. He was extremely efficient and knew exactly how to handle the family of skunks living under our front porch. I had dead squirrels in my chimeny and right above my fireplace. I called SWAT for help and Tony came in early next day morning. Tony was very professional, dilligent and honest. He helped remove the dead animals and their nest in the chimeny. The price was very reasonable and fair. I would definitely use their service if any animal issue comes up again in future.

This is the third time we have used the services of SWAT Wildlife once again to a successful resolution. A skunk was tearing up our lawn looking for grubs and with my daughters wedding approaching we needed to relocate the skunk prior to the big party. A couple of relocations of the trap and loading up the sardine count caught the pesky critter with 2 days to spare. Well done SWAT Wildlife!

We bought a new house and noticed a squirrel crawling in. We called SWAT and they were able to come the next day! The inspector was super friendly, checked all around the house and got our issues taken care of. So far no more squirrel sounds. Would recommend.

Overall experience with SWAT Wildlife was excellent. We had an odour coming from our attic; Tony conducted a thorough inspection and gave an honest interpretation of his findings. He then climbed up onto our roof to inspect. Many companies will create situations that don't exist to make a profit. This is not the case with SWAT Wildlife; especially not Tony who was an absolute professional with an abundance of experience. Will definitely recommend and use again!

I had squirrels living in my attic for +2 years and my landlord have paid 500 dollars each time for pest control in the past and failed.
When one of the baby squirrels got in my room and I shot it with my slingshot I ran out of my patience and we eventually reached out to Swat Wildlife. 550 CAD to remove and seal the gap, plus extra hundreds dollars (approx300) on our request to cover all the possible entries and that was May 31st this year. Since then we have no problems.
Plus he took the wounded squirrel out of my room and put it in a small box hoping the mother would come get the baby which she did by the next day morning.

Noticed a problem and called SWAT wildlife, in less than 24 hours they came to our house, did a throughout inspection and not only solved the initial issue but a number of other vulnerabilities on the property. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and Aleksandra was also very helpful when booking. I feel confident in Rob’s work and that the issues will be resolved.
Above all else we really appreciate their respect for the wildlife and their well being.

Tony and the team from SWAT were tremendous. We had a squirrel gain access to our attic and nest in it. Tony was able to remove the babies and yet allow the mother to collect the babies and move them to a new nest. Tony then closed the vent opening created by the squirrel where access was gained and installed cages to prevent this from happening in future. We highly recommend SWAT. Thanks again SWAT

Randy arrived promptly, took stick of the nesting situation, and set up the one-way door out the top of our chimney to keep mama and kid raccoons out.

Derick & the swat wildlife team were amazing. They removed an entire family of raccoons that had been living in my attic. After they removed the mother and babies. They replaced the soiled insulation and repaired the roof damage as well.
Very good company.
