Very frustrating shopping experience at this location. One moonswatch per customer per day but you can buy more if a stranger “accompany” you. Cannot do a return because their machine has a limit on returns’ amount

Works experience their customer services and staff at store. No reply after 1000 emails, even staff guides all wrong. Do not shop online, unless you want to loose your money and waste your time.

Terrible customer service, condescending and very rude staff who barely bother to make themselves available to help guide and assist. Because of the demand for biometric they have a superiority complex now, they feel like they’ve managing a rolex store, guess what you’re not anywhere near rolex

Purchased watch on April 24th 2023. Service was satisfactory, however, for store receipt, I chose e receipt and I was assured it will be emailed to me. Still has not received it, I checked my email address and they entered correctly. Tried calling store numerous times, goes to voicemail and voicemail is full so can't leave any messages. I will suggest to take printed receipt when purchasing at this store. I guess I will have to go back to store and ask for printed receipt and hope they don't create another scene there.

Went to buy a watch. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. Therefore, I left the store and bought the same watch from Hudson Bay where the custom service is 100x better. Swatch really needs to train their staff on customer service especially at this location.

I’ve been dealing with this location for more than 2 months regarding a warranty claim. I understand it takes a long time to ship products in from another country, especially around the holidays. But the staff, especially management, make no effort to update with you with progress of your claim. I’ve had to go in 3 different times because they never answer the phone. When I came in the 2nd time (almost a month from dropping off the watch), no progress was made and my watch was sitting in a drawer with no update on the paperwork attached. It’s been another month since my 3rd visit and I still have not heard from them.

Absolutely the best experience. If you go to this location, you need to see Shawn! I've been to this store location many times with my youngest daughter and the customer service is outstanding. Shawn was not only able to answer all my questions but he is also extremely knowledgeable in the brand and its products. My daughter always loves the watch designs that Shawn picks out and there isn't a single time my daughter and i don't leave this store location where she and i aren't super happy. From kids watches to adults watches, Shawn pretty much has you covered. The level of service and experience when I visit this location is definitely on par if not higher then many other luxury watch boutiques. Shawn definitely delivers a Rolex level of experience at a Swatch store.

Disappointing. The customer experience needs to be revised. The saleswoman (or store manager) behaved disrespectfully towards her colleague and customers.
Greeting us by yelling at us, without a smile, is not good. We felt like we were bothering her. On top of that, taking back her colleague in front of the customers was very embarrassing for us. It was an unprofessional attitude on her part.
I don't recommend this store at all, go to another Swatch store.
Zero customer experience. Zero professional attitude.

The management and staff are super rude at this location, I asked them about a specific style and before I finished my sentence they said they can't help me. They gave no effort in showing any other products that were similar. One of the worst customer service I've seen in a while, they should retrain the staff especially the management.

Don't ever shop here, go to the bay or anywhere else but this location.

Such a great experience with the friendly staff here buying a Moonswatch. Sonya and the other team members are delightful, professional, and well informed about their products. I was in and out of there in under 5 minutes, and felt valued as a customer. This is where you want to get a Swatch!

We went into the store looking for the Omega Swatch collection, but were surprised to see that there was a Dragon Ball collab. Miranda showed us the entire collection, and had a great conversation with us on some of the other cool collaborations that Swatch has done, including telling us the story of her getting to gift one of the voice actors the watch for his character. She was super passionate, kind and informative. We’re definitely coming back because of her!

Lined up outside store for OmegaxSwatch collab and this store had ONLY 100 WATCHES! ONLY 100 WATCHES? ! Swatch seems like it's a baby brand just learning how demand and supply works. I'm appalled. Do not buy a Swatch!

They never answer their phones no matter what day or time you call. Their voicemail box is always full so you can’t leave a message. Too bad there is no other authorized seller in the city.

Have tried to call multiple times; regardless of time (morning, afternoon, evening) or day of the week (weekday or weekend) all calls go direct to voicemail……at this point you may be asking, why didn’t you leave a message so they can call you back? Well, their voicemail is full. Carrier pigeon is on route! Thank you for the speedy and responsive customer service.

They never pick up any phone calls it all goes straight to voicemail.even when i called during opening hours where it shouldn't be as busy. I've tried reaching them for 3 days no luck.

The 2 stars was for the quality of product purchased. The service was good but the event could be organized better.

On Friday March 25th 2022 at 6 pm I joined the queue and began my 18 hour camp out for the 'Swatch x Omega. ' I got no complaints here and it was fully expected it to be packed. They gave out tickets around 8am Saturday morning. Around noon, 12: 30PM I was let inside to purchase my watch (Swatch x Omega in Venus). The service and checkout was good and overall satisfied.

Here is where the 2 stars come in:
When I went home after my journey, I did the unboxing. The protective sticker used to seal the face of the watch was half stuck on. I thought nothing of it and peeled it off. Then I saw MAJOR scratches around the sides of the face, in the same place where the protective sticker was not sticking to. It is super noticeable. How is this possible, it is a brand new $320 watch? I was very dissapointed The workers did show me the watch before putting it in the box however i made the mistake of not inspecting it. I was extremely fatigue and just wanted to hurry home.

Although I did the worker did mention that they can buff out scratches for free of cost. I'm just sad that I have to make another trip there to fix a silly mistake! WHYYY

The watch is cool and was worth waiting in line for.

Although I didn't get the Swatch I set out for today on launch day today, my first impressions of the store are very favorable. When there is overwhelming demand for an item that has the attention from the world, and the store is only allotted a small amount, you’re bound to have many disappointed & upset customers while staff are also required to work under extreme conditions.

Compared to other stores around the world, I felt this store handled it by far the best, all because of the actions of 1, then later 2 of their staff. Many people waited many hours in the cold & rain, while lineups wrapped the entire length of the mall. We were updated and told that they likely won't have enough stock, however staff may take down customer info for future communications. True to their word, later in the morning a staff member did come outside.

A sincere thank you to the nice lady from Swatch who stood outside in the rain with us, answered all of our questions, and took down info of every person that was in line with her wet sheets of paper. If these aren’t harsh working conditions, when you’re outnumbered by hundreds of disappointed and potentially upset customers, I don’t know what is. The situation couldn’t have been handled any better from a customer service perspective and working with what they were given. Also thank you to the 2nd lady who joined along to help as well! Although there wasn’t enough stock, something clearly out of the store’s control, you both patiently worked outside for hours in the wet cold and took the time for every person that stood in line. THANK YOU.

This is a move you rarely see in today’s age, as the easier way would’ve been for the staff to stay in the comfort of the store, or print a sign and close the lineup. Some other stores around the world even aborted the launch as they were overwhelmed by the demand (both stores in Japan).

Although it was a difficult situation for many, the store really shined from the actions of their 2 staff. These actions simply show they care about their customers and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this store in the future.

Disgusting mismanagement of the Swatch planet watch sale. Making people stand out in the rain during COVID-19 times without a backup plan in place for limited supply. People stood outside for hours, my opinion of the brand is completely ruined.

Extremely arrogant staff and manager. They get Extremely defensive and nasty if you want to return something.
Please do not buy Swatch In general, should you buy and wear, only to change your mind, as they don't refund your money or even do an exchange, for "sanitary" purposes.

Ariana / Adriana went above and beyond for me getting a discontinued model. I had spoken to another gentleman on the phone days before i actually showed up at their store at the eaton centre, but he couldn't do much for me. Adriana was so eager and willing to at least try and she did. She delivered outstanding customer service.i have dealt with this location many times and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!

I've had consistently good experiences with this store and the people who work there. Bought a watch here years ago. When it needed replacing, they gave me a significant discount on a new swatch. Today, they changed my watch battery and replaced a broken clasp free of charge. Thanks, Eaton's Centre Swatch folks!

Poor managed mall kiosk. Virtually no inventory (probably will close soon). Worked with Erak to replace watch band. Asked me to email photo and never responded. His colleague (acting like this was a big store) then asked me to come to kiosk, where they had would have tons of bands. They had none. Very incompetent and if it was my business, Erak would be fired. Now in touch with Swatch corporate.

Happy to see the Swatch store at Eaton Centre after the pandemic. Arek and Justine were kind to show me the new collections, as well as replacing my 2006 Swatch's battery, part of the lifetime battery program. Great experience!

Only ever browsed here, never brought anything. Location is convenient and well maintained. Selection is decent considering the size of the booth. Staff seems to be hit and miss. All ask pretty quick if they can help me and when I say I'm just looking for the moment sometimes I'm left alone to browse and sometimes the salesperson just hovers around.

Over all the prices are what you would expect for this well known and inexpensive brand.
