Always very affordable and honest work with quick turn arounds. Very frequent and comprehensive communication and great attention to detail on every vehicle, new or old. The inspection report you get every time they have your car in, is a big plus; super helpful to plan ahead for maintenance and bigger repairs. 10/10 would recommend, have been bringing both our cars to them for a few years.
SWC Automotive was amazing to work with. It was my first time bringing my car into their shop and it couldn’t have gone better. They took my car and gave me a loaner car to use for the day, which is so important for me. They were very quick getting back to me with the issue they found, they sent me a full report with photos of my car (what a wonderful touch), and they told me what needed fixing and what I might be able to hold off on for now, I loved the service, loved the staff, the pricing and efficiency, I am a life long customer now.
My wife and I are really pleased with SWC Automotive, they are very detailed and meticulous in their approach to servicing my vehicle. I plan to continue bringing my vehicle to them for servicing and general tuning.

I had a squeal coming from the engine.the belt or pulleys were making a noise. Asked SWC to investigate and turns out to be belt rubbing against side of other parts. This was due to one of the pulleys having some play. The repair was completed but I experienced a shake in the steering wheel after the service. SWC requested that I bring the car in to be reviewed while I waited.this was accomplished within a few days and they corrected the problem. Would recommend this garage for any repairs/service and for honest feedback and fair costs.
Steven, Fred and their entire team are absolutely amazing! One thing I cannot stress enough is my high level of trust. That of which would be 6 stars with SWC Automotive. They have serviced multiple vehicles (2 Infiniti, 1 Acura, 1 Ford Mustang, 1 Dodge Ram) for me over the years and they always work with integrity and look out for your best interest. On many occasions, they have found deficiencies or issues that need my attention and to validate, provide photo's and a recommendation. With a new vehicle, the dealer who sold me the car couldn't find the problem but when I took it to SWC, they found the cause without issue. They have even made a house visit (Subject to required work) when it was far more efficient for all parties and on other occasions provided a loaner vehicle. No repair is too small or too large, and I will always refer and recommend SWC to anyone who needs a trust worthy, high calibre auto service shop.
Manager Steve is absolutely rude and shouldn’t be working in customers. To question a bill and not actually have what was asked to be done by the customer and then to Kick them out of the shop bc they question the pricing… hope your business fails horribly. You were over, quoting and trying to rip off a woman. It was asked for a diagnostic test, which was never done. Only photos of the tires and auto body which was not asked to be done. There is no refusal to pay. Steve refused to accept payment because he did not want to answer the questions that were being asked. And then he kicked out a customer for wondering why the quote was above average pricing. Before you try to make it to be a story about refusing to pay… Her credit card was in her hand so get that straight. You are horrible, horrible company. I will never recommend you to anybody and I hope people read this and learn not to go to your place.
I have found somebody, so thank you for kicking my mother out of your place because we found it for way cheaper and with proper customer service. Steve you shouldn’t be working with the public.
This is an honest place to get your car fixed as they send you a detailed description of what is wrong with your car with photos. Also if they can repair a part they will do it unlike other places who will just charge you for a whole new part. AND this is the kicker I hate dropping off my car as my life stops I can’t take the kids anywhere and do groceries but they have a loaner car you can use while yours is being serviced at no charge. What? That’s right no charge! Give these guys a shot as they are doing car repairs and customer service right! This place is changing the game!

I tried to make an appointment for an oil change with my usual mechanic.
After almost a month without a call back, I decided to call SWC to see if they could do my oil change.
They gave me a great appointment time, changed my oil in a very reasonable time-frame and were very supportive. Also, while other services tried to get me to pay for upgrades that were not necessary, they advised me honestly.
The staff and service professionals were absolutely GREAT, caring and a pleasure to deal with.
This company is a cut above and I am recommending them to all my friends and family.

These guys did a great job and were very welcoming and friendly. I previously took my 98 BMW 3 Series to a well known "Performance Shop" for an alignment where they told me my tie rods were seized and all of my rear adjustments were seized and rusty. I ordered new tie rods and replaced them, when replacing I saw the old ones were not seized and they had used the wrong size wrench or something and completely rounded the holding area. I also checked the rear and there was no rust and nothing was seized.
Took the car into SWC and they did a great job, had no issues aligning my car, rear is in spec and the car drives great. The other shop was just lazy and they still charged me too.
Will definitely be recommending SWC to my friends who also had bad experiences at the other shop.

Afterwards, an apology was provided for the brief wait. A warm greeting was shared. Name recognition used throughout. Coffee offered. Walk through of the service timeframe that was predicted.
· Complimentary rental provided with ease and no restrictions. Only request to fill the tank before returning.
· Regular communication shared via text throughout the day, advising of timelines as well as the technician sending photos of my car showing areas that may require future attention and those that didn’t.
· Pick up car. They walked me through what was completed. Reviewed the invoice in detail advising points where they were able to save me some money. They thanked me for trying their service for the first time and invited me to return again.
· When I got into the car, a personalized thank you card was left on my dash with candies to enjoy on the way home.

I have no idea how Daniel S.in the reviews could be even remotely correct in his/her review. To me reading it, it sounds like they were trying to take advantage of SWC and get some free services. In fact, I have been bringing my car to the dealership for a few years, and they have never pointed out any safety hazards or safety maintenance. I bring it to SWC and they actually did a proper inspection and found some serious things that the dealership has missed over the years which would have possibly caused an accident and "killed" me or others. They showed me pics and videos of my parts vs.what they should look like or be installed like; even took me to my car to show me. So in my mind they have possibly saved my life. I think Daniel is waaaaay far off in their evaluation of SWC.
The waiting area was clean and welcoming with a fire place and big screen tv, and every single employee there was super nice and professional! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Don't judge them by one poor review that is grossly exaggerated.

I've been a customer since. 2014 maybe? Had been going to the "Stealership" where we had purchased a vehicle. Well, "fell for that one".
Not any more. (going way back, we had always used an independent guy, but he retired!) First of all, at the "Stealership", they want the vehicle for THE ENTIRE DAY to do a simple oil change. Huh? At the time we had only the one vehicle, and the "Stealership" didn't have anything like a loner, so that was a pain. It's all fine and dandy that they give you a ride (in my case) home, but then you're pretty much stuck there until there's a phone call later in the day saying the car is ready. Oh and, the call might not come until five in the afternoon. See, one of the things I try to avoid in retirement, is sitting in Burlington traffic at five in the afternoon.
Anyway, SWC was recommended, and I've gone there ever since. And for the first visit, since I didn't realise that getting the work done in a timely fashion was actually a *thing*, I was offered a ride home and accepted. Turns out, unless you desperately need to be somewhere right that minute (work, maybe?) simply waiting for the work to be done is not an issue. The vehicle goes in at the scheduled time, and it's dealt with. Plus, unlike the "Stealership", I can actually TALK TO the person working on the car. Whoever it is. If there's an issue, one is invited back to "take a look". What a concept! I highly recommend SWC.

Amazing people! Great service. They will show you on a report what needs done and if you are hesitant to believe your mechanic.they take pics of what needs fixing so you can see it compared to what an unbroken part looks like. Prices good. Always start and finish my work on time and they follow Covid protection protocols.

Went to this location back in February for my first oil change on my bran new 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Front desk employee, Clayton, is nice, seems knowledgeable and is always willing to answer all questions but the problem is when it came time for my second oil change, I then reached out to Clayton and he recommended my SUV, at 11,000kms at the time, has a fuel and oil treatment done as well as the oil change, both at a cost of ROUGHLY $80. At 11,00kms, no vehicle would need a fuel and oil treatment and additive dumped into the fuel tank for cleaning. He then told me this is recommended every other oil change. So for someone who drives about 20-25,000kms/year that I need this treatment twice a year given every 6,000kms I get an oil change. No way! That is when I decided to change mechanics to a more honest shop that’s a little cheaper and who isn’t just in it for the money. I had told them what SWC said and they do recommend this treatment but more so at 50,000kms. Furthermore, at my first oil change at SWC, Clayton was explaining what my SUV would need done at 50,000+kms in regards to fluid flushes, transmission fluid flushes, break fluids etc meanwhile my vehicle has like 6,000kms on it at that point. I would understand him doing this when my vehicle is close to those kms but not at 6,000kms. Lastly, their appointment coordinator or whoever she is, I believe her name is Kayla? Keeps calling me twice now for an oil change. Last time I checked, you are a mechanic shop for vehicles, not a sales representative. If I wanted an oil change there, I would have called when I needed one.
My friend recommended this place who she used to go for frequently. I had a great first experience with them very professional & friendly staff, send you update with report and suggestions through email for what you need with great communication.
