Oh my goodness! I found myself in a sugar coma after indulging in the Red Rapture.
I ordered the Red Rapture and Hella Hazelnut, and my favorite was the Red Rapture. The cake's crumbly exterior paired with the velvety vanilla ice cream on the inside was an irresistible combination. I was on a diet, but this dessert clearly broke my resolve.
Please note that this store doesn't offer indoor seating, so be prepared for a quick grab-and-go experience. However, there are a few outdoor seating options available if you prefer to dine on-site.
Overall, it's a great place to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Has potential! The store doesn’t have a great flow to it.the flavors and toppings are quite yummy.i was l given a plastic cup for my cone that had a hole.i didn’t realize the majority of the time i was eating that it was dripping on me.why give a plastic cup if it has a hole?
Sweet Jesus is something to write home about in the sense that I would write to my family and warn them not to come here.
The cookie crumbs were hard and stale, the sauce was mid at best and I’ve been given better soft serve ice cream by a 14 year old at Dairy Queen. Save your money and just buy toppings and ice cream at the grocery store - yikes.
Such a sweet (no pun intended) place! We had a birthday cake slider, soft serve, and ice cream cone and everything was delicious. Bonus points for generous portions and vegan options.
Additional kudos to the single employee who was managing the busy evening and still staying positive - she's a rockstar!
Delicious ice cream. Soft serve in either a cup or a cone. L-o-n-g line after a Blue Jays game but it moved quickly. They do lots of creative add ons so go up and grab a menu while you wait so you're ready to order. Good stuff.
Highly recommended! Amazing taste, huge ice cream cup combined with nuts and cake pieces. Quantity is well worth the price! A regular cup is enough for two to share.
Went a few weeks ago and they were out of soft serve on a Friday night at 9 pm. Was thoroughly disappointed. Have been before and the ice cream was good but a bit pricey.
Ice cream was very delicious and for the price it was definitely worth it. Wish they had some of the options mention in the menu but I had it on weekend so I don't blame them. I will go there again
The ice cream was delicious and the flavour combinations were inventive. 4 stars as they were out of chocolate ice cream and cotton candy. No bathrooms or place to sit.
Decadent ice cream, a bit of a queue to get in but definitely worth the wait. Went for the Red Rapture: rich vanilla ice cream coated with moist red velvet cake crumbles. Only downside, the lady behind the counter had a bit of an attitude, still didn't dampen my experience. I definitely recommend.
I'm sorry, but it sucked. It's is melty and sloppy, which would be fine, but there are no tables to sit at and no where to wash your hands. Considering this is the kind of thing that will attract families (we had 2 small kids in tow) this pretty much ruined our experience. The ice cream was fine - pretty much what I expected. Ordinary soft serve with fun toppings. A bit gimmicky, but I thought the kids would get a kick out of it. Don't bother.
Great ice-cream. It gets fairly busy, especially during Covid time but worth the wait as the icream is great. Always a nice stop when we are in the area.
I don't understand why this is so popular. It is overpriced and overrated, it doesn't worth the hype, clearly a scam.
- It's only plain soft serve + flavourless cones
I went and gave it a try 3 times, seriously it's NOT good, the quality is so disappointing. The only reason people go there is to take pictures for Instagram. $10 pictures, kind of pathetic.
I prefer to go to places like Bang Bang Ice Cream!
Trendiest SJ in whole toronto. The service is great, servers are always happy! It’s a bit crowded with lots of longs line ups but it’s good overall. It worth it!
Super fun experience, tight to get around in the entrance and waiting area, but the ice cream was delicious! I would recomend getting the children size it was so much for one person.
Ordered a cake last friday from uber eats and received the wrong cake.we just had to deal with what they gave us but was not the flavour we ordered, also was not as good. Called the location and they said "if you already ate some of the cake then we can't do anything about it". When we ordered the cake, and when we opened the box the location had already closed.what were we suppose to do not blow a cake for someones birthday because of their mistake? I understand that people makes mistakes which is fine but the way they handled the situation was really shocking and disappointing. Always came here during the summer, now i'm never coming back. Also there is no customer feedback on their website which they should add because calling the location sure doesn't help!
This small ice cream shop is on the list of top 10 ice cream shops in Toronto. The first time I went exploring, I missed it as it's in a corner next to a sushi burger shop. A week later I ventured out determined to find the place.
I tried the Red Velvet cake with soft serve ice cream. It was like an okay taste, didn't find anything spectacular as I expected. Maybe I need to try something else. Kids size would suffice, but even that's overpriced at around CAD $6.50.
Got the kids size soft serve which I recommend as the regular size is quite large. I forget the name of this but it has cookie butter as the base which is bomb! One complaint is the price, quite expensive for what you get size wise.
Looked good, wanted to eat here but.the number of flies outnumbered the number of people inside.not sure that a health inspector would not shut this place down.
My hotel recommend this as a "must visit" destination while I visited. This place is a joke. It's either chocolate or vanilla soft serve with five topping options. There aren't any creative flavors or anything. This shouldn't be an ice cream destination spot. It's an ice cream topping shop.
Ice cream wasn't anything special. Waited in line for 30 min and they ran out of strawberry ice cream and weren't making any more shakes. Toppings were tasteless. I could have made better ice cream myself at home. Would definitely not recommend!
Line was so long. Waited over 30 mins and they ran out of most of the ice cream flavors. I then wanted a milkshake and they "stopped" making it within an hour of closing. Such a disappointed.
Cool, trendy spot to score an over the top dessert! Gluten free and vegan options are available (and delicious!) Gets extremely busy on warm afternoons and summer nights so be ready to wait. Good spot for dates
Quite deserving of its name, just looking at these cones will give you a toothache! Considering it is just soft serve however means the price is mostly for the aesthetic
To be very friendly & honest it’s not the best ice cream place but people see the line up n assumed that they serve the best ice cream. Sorry! Standing in that line up didn’t worth it. Giving 2 becoz it’s just
I was super excited to try this place, and the line was pretty long, but overall it really missed the mark for me. For all the hype, there really isn't much to it. You basically just get some average soft serve ice cream, lightly rolled in some crunchy stuff. On top of that, it's pretty expensive for what you get. When we were there, they ran out of two of the four soft serve flavors as well, which makes things even worse. Probably won't go back.
EXTREMELY rude staff. After paying I was counting my change to ensure I was given back the right amount and asked the employee how much my change was and she looked at me as if I was an idiot. I’m a tourist in toronto so the currency if different. And then I was handed the wrong order and after telling the employee she gave an attitude and asked me why I even grabbed it.it was handed to me I didn’t know it wasn’t my order. Anyways ice cream was basic just “cool” because of the toppings I guess. Please get new employees ASAP
Sweet Jesus has some really good ice cream! The vegan strawberry was good. My favorite so far was the Nutella one! So chocolatey and rich it’ll have you saying, “sweet Jesus that’s good. ”
Their swirl ice cream is ok, it is not one of a kind or something special, and you can find too many similar options in Toronto, however; their toppings are not bad specially I tried their nutella one last time and it was decent.
Staff is lovely, branding is super cool and creative! The product itself isn’t good quality but if you’re from out of town I would check it out for fun/entertainment but not taste.
Had recommendations to go here. All ice cream is soft service (but no all white like DQ) So if you are looking for homemade hard ice cream this is not the place to go. I had Nutela which was a brown soft serve ice cream topped with strips of Nutella chocolate and covered with pistachio's chopped nuts. The ice cream was great but I regret to get the large size since, eventually I had enough of the same type of ice cream. (this is the downfall with soft serve. With hard ice creams you can have different flavours depending the amount of scoops).
Not really worth the hype. The icecream is just soft serve with a bunch of toppings on it to look pretty. Come here if that's what you like, but if not, you're better off at an icecream place that serves the real stuff.
To be honest I don't find their ice creams specials. I have way better Ice creams else where and I didnt need to wait in a line up. But because I met amazing people every time we were in a line up I will give them 4 star:)
It's a great spot, dope dessert, I was just really surprised that when ordering they don't budge at all when asking to make substitutions even when the customer is willing to pay extra.
