Staff are great and service is phenomenal. My wife comes here all the time and they always do a phenomenal job on her nails. While I wait on her, they even let me use the massage chairs!

My nails were painted in a rush and was not painted properly, it was close to closing so everything was very rushed, the pedicure lasted about 10 mins.very nice ladies though.

I've been visiting this nail salon consistently for months now and I have yet to complain about anything! Their cleanliness, professionalism, and quality is truly admirable everytime I come to visit!

My mom and I went to remove our fake nails at this place. They didn't fully remove my mom's nails. We had to go to another salon to completely remove it. They clearly don't know how to remove nails. On the other hand, the nail tech who tried to remove my nail using a fake nail did not do a proper job so half of the nail was removed and the other half of it was still on my nail. Then, she tried to sand it down. It was so painful. This finger's nail is so weak and damaged. This salon should learn the process of removing nails. I am never coming back and not recommending it to anyone.

I recently visited this nail salon, and drove 1 hour for a manicure and pedicure, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home.

The salon itself smells very good and very clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were very attentive to my needs and preferences, and they took their time to ensure that my nails were done perfectly. I appreciated that they didn't rush the process and paid close attention to detail.

What impressed me the most was the quality of the products they used. I could tell that they were using high-quality nail polish and other products, which made a huge difference in the final outcome of my nails. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable nail experience.

The manager or whomever did my nails deserves a BIG thank you, even if I'm a bit late with this. I had my nails done at this salon a few weeks ago and I made a vow that if they stayed on for the rest of the weeks, I'd post a good review. Happy to say, you got yourself a pleased customer!: D

A bit pricey but they do a phenomenal job on your pedicure. Thorough cleaning with safe practices and great massage. They are also open unt 8pm and stay even later. I definitely recommend it.

Inexperienced workers and poor health and safety. Got a nail infection a day after my visit. I've never experienced something like this. For your own good and well-being please find somewhere else to go.

Summary: horrible owner and the customer service sucks
Literally came here twice, first time one of the employees did my nails and she was great, the nail lasted nearly two weeks. The second time I come the manager/owner does my nails, the entire time I feel something is off, she’s constantly standing up, constantly looking around and not paying attention. Now I understand that being a manager/owner you are very busy, but in this case she was handling my nails and filing them down with the drill. You should be paying attention, but what do I know? She drilled my nails so low that they even bent with 4 layers of shellac on them, which might I add did not happen before. While she was cutting my cuticles she cut so much that she caused my skin to become raw and sore. Even after all this she does a horrible job painting my nails, bumpy and disgusting looking. Literally looked like a paint job I could do at home for free. I tried calling multiple times and no answer, I unfortunately couldn’t go in. She finally is in work and when I try to tell her what’s going on she tells me I have “low vitamin E” basically telling me it’s all my fault and she wouldn’t help me at all. My nails were so long and beautiful, took me months to grow took one lady to ruin them. I would trust a Child with my nails more than I do her. Be careful where you go. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. I remember calling them just after 15 mins they were closed and they said they can do my and my friend’s nails. Not only they performed the excellence on our nails but also the staff wasn’t even in the rush and still handled everything so good.
Nails turned to be beautiful and they made us laugh a alot.
Had a great day there.

There should be an option for 0 stars and I would give that. I told them that the nails broke just now and I was sitting didn’t even do anything, she said you might have pushed something. I get them done frequently and never faced an issue. They were so unprofessional that didn’t take the responsibility of their fault even when I said it’s not even 1 week that I got it done
They ruined my daughter’s nails as they were busy that day and told her it’s dried. These were done just 3 days ago. The moment she came home it was all a mess.

I just want to say that the quality of service here is excellent, the nail salon owner is a friendly, technical person. I can confidently show off my nails to everyone. I will definitely come back here next time.

My nails are really beautiful, it's perfect. I used to do my nails elsewhere and when I cleaned them, they cut my skin. This is my first time doing here, from the staff to the nail tools, everything is very good. Maybe if I go back I will bring more friends, because they all say my hands are beautiful.

Made an appointment.waited around 20 minutes they still didn't take me in. While I was standing waiting, a few of the girls spoke to each other in mandarin I believe and then they all looked at me.not very professional to talk about your customers in front of them. Kept taking walk in people before me even though I had appointment. Were not cleaning any supplies or drills or files in between clients. Had two clients at one table only a foot apart which is against covid rules. I ended up leaving

Place was alright. The prices were average. My nail technicican did an okay job. They do a lot of nail coats which is good.until it starts to look heavy and sloppy.

If you're looking just to quickly get your nails done, id come here. But i wouldn't make it my regular spot.

It wasn't a terrible shellac manicure but far from the best. The top by the skin was not smooth and lifted after two days. The tips chipped easily and overall, they didn't last a week my friends manicure was better than mine but she was also disappointed.

Visited the salon on 3/6/20. This would have been second time as I visited in February. I went in for a simple shellac polish on my nails and eyebrow waxing. I was told to choose a color which I did and when the lady who was going to apply the polish came to me she said "which color you choose" I proceeded to show her she than said "that color don't look good on you it too light". My first thought was this lady is very rude as she lacked the ability to say hello and be polite but thats fine i told her thats the color I would like. There was nail polish on the corner of my nails and she was ready to apply the gel clear coat without taking it off. I pointed this out to her as it was on several nails and could not be missed. From me pointing this out to her she now decided to wipe it off. When she went to apply the polish the bottle was near empty and she was trying to apply it to my nails and it looked terrible. I told her if she knows the polish is basically finished it doesn't make sense to continue to put it on my nails. She ignored me and continued. I told her second time again. Now when she's struggling she tells me to choose another color. I told her no because i told her if the color was finished she should have not bothered with it in the first place and when she attempted to show me a color it went from me choosing a light nude cream color to her showing me a grey color! At that point i asked that she remove the color and that I no longer want to continue with thier service's. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE.
