I was a big fan of them, always telling everyone to try their fresh sweets until yesterday's experience. We bought khoya and when we opened it at home it smelled so bad. I called the store to tell them rather than telling me to bring it back they are telling me we checked, and it is ok and the hung up on me. The next day, we went to the store to return it, and still they are stuck there that it is ok, and they were telling me they add vinegar so they can keep it fresh. Even adding the vinegar didn't keep it fresh, so it meant it was too old. Be aware if you are buying sweets from them. They disappoint me a lot rather than admitting their mistake, they are trying to prove themselves correct.
What a huge collection of Indian sweets they have got. OMG. Was just amazed to see them all. The food was also very tasty. Definitely coming back for more.
I went there and I had a very bad experience with the food. Whatever I ordered is extremely spicy and the quality is not good like raw or uncooked food. This is going to be my last visit. Just an advice for everyone be very mindful to visit this restaurant.
Worst customer service ever, no one attended properly and after being seated for 15mints they didn’t even bother to come to ask for water taking order is not on the page. Owners really need to look into their staff. Never going back. Totally waste of time.
Honestly, I never like to comment on the food but their service is really bad, water jug was not clean and we order paneer tikka, which was not cooked properly with raw vegetables, very unhygienic, Disappointed!
It was a great experience. Fair price. Food was delicious. Very nice ambiance. Wonderful location to explore the taste of Indian cuisine. There butter chicken was lit Great food with variety of choices to make. Also, Great service!
I think before anything safety is considered as the top priority for any business. Especially now a days, government spend billions of dollors of tax payers to get through this pandemic and save the lives. I got a chance to get to this restaurant and there were around 15 customers standing around the counter riding on each other shoulders to get their order and place orders plus the employee (some of employees without mask) while asking them why they are not following covid rules then one of the senior employee responded they doesn’t care. Management please have a look, every life matter more than money and we are known for this through out the world to save life. I hope you will take this one in a positive way
Haven't had Indian in some time and this place really hit the spot! The chicken madras was delicious. Other dishes were quite good too. Recommend trying it.
They need to improve their quality. I ordered kadai chicken but it was just like eating tomato thick sauce with some spices which was not cooked properly with water in it.
Feeling ripped after spending $10 on a pound of Gulabjamus, i haven't seen gulabjamuns this expensive in any restaurant before, they charge a set amount without even weighing the sweets when asked about the weight and price - girl at counter didn't even explain and handed us the payment machine to pay.anyone visiting this restaurant for sweets please try to avoid until its the last option.never going back- first and last visit.
Went to this restaurant on September 5,2021 and tried chole bhathure and butter chicken with garlic naan. Everything was good. Check my food review on YouTube channel - pvcrazyforfood
Top on the line food! Food & Indian Sweets are best in quality here, please maintain the quality! We need good restaurants like yours to give the quality food!
Their butter chicken is quite sweet but overall their taste was good & quantity was also good. Thanks for feeding me good food, as i was in fever due to vaccine.
Usually don't review places. But was recommended this place, and the quality and services still exceeded our expectations. We ordered catering, and the food was fresh and ready for pickup on-time. The food was quality, and good portions. You could tell the oil used for samosas was clean and not old, and the vegetables in the food was fresh. Every detail was better than expected, such as good boxing of trays, so good would not spill in trunk.
The food is awesome i am the regular customer of this place but the customer service is worst especially today we never had any issues before but today when i came today to order birayani the girl with specs (glasses) were very rude we asked her can u show the plate size but she got so hyper as if we asked something weird then she went to attend another customer and told us to wait but then she said another girl to attend us. I don’t know what kind of frustration they carry to work, i confronted her that that’s no the way to talk to any customer but she was ignorant. Now i understand why indian restaurants customer service are so poor.we left the place Nd got the food from punjabi by nature where the staff was more cool and relaxed.
We ordered a thali with Shai paneer, Malai kofta and Palak paneer. It was tasty. The naan was good but it was small. They gave us the wrong dessert which is annoying. They are pretty busy but our was filled in under 15 minutes.
The food is amazing. Looks much healthier than other Indian restaurants and tastes much better than other Indian restaurants. Prices are lower in comparison. Consistently good quality food, I have been ordering from them for the past several months
Very kind staff and supportive of front line workers. I ordered the vegetation samosas which were very delicious and well balanced. I ordered 3 other desserts which were very delicious. Based on my first visit, I'd recommend their desserts. 5/5 recommended and I'll definitely be going back
Worst chicken briyani in Brampton i ever taste, i kinda briyani person, keep tasting chicken briyani from different restaurants. But believe me or not these guys even dont know B of Briyani or how to cook. Very very disappointed.
This Punjabi restaurant is very clean and has the most amazing taste of Punjabi cuisine. The butter chicken, garlic naan, and meat platter is a must when you go there. If your having a special occasion at home they have a wide variety of sweets. Only reason why it’s not 5 star is because their have limited dishes for a thali. But none the less it’s a must.
I went there on April 22nd at 7: 30pm, the girl and the guy behind the counter were conversing in punjabi, when I asked girl a question she would only reply in english even though she was having trouble explaining herself. Why are these people so ashamed of speaking to customer in punjabi. Poor customer service and terrible experience.
Good in taste and quality also price wise is good too. If you having gathering of 10 people you can have catering from them which comes with very low prices and good in quantities. They have good taste and money value of the food so I do recommend that to everyone who love the taste and value their money!
I would have chosen no star if possible. Customer service is horrible. Had to wait for 15 mins to give order when there is other customer and several staff members talking at the back.
Literally the only place you should be getting Indian food from in Brampton! My family and I have been coming here for the last 12 years and they have never failed to amaze us! Their quality and service has remained the same since. We love eating at this location, it’s super affordable and the staff always have smiles on their faces, & we’ve even catered and taken out as well. You won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some authentic food & excellent service
I come to here all the time to buy butter chicken and the channa samosa, and it's always so amazing. Unfortunately, when I got the shahi paneer it was very watered down and overly sweet and the pakora curry was very bland. We're always so satisfied with the food but was very disappointed this time around.
I ordered chaat paapri for takeout when I opened the box there was hardly anything inside just some yogurt with some spices and chutneys. A few potatoe pieces and rest of it was just paapri there was no chickpeas, was no onions or tomatoes or cilantro or anything that makes it a chaat paapri. No one would call it chaat paapri I don't know what it was. Truly disappointing.
Ordered food to be delivered for a party of 40. The delivery arrived bang on time the quantity was plentiful. The food was still hot (I'm an hour away from them), well presented and most importantly delicious. Everyone raved about the food especially the palak paneer butter chicken, khadhai mutton & fish tikka. Even the naans stayed softGlad we ordered from them and thanks especially to Satwinder who did the entire order on the phone and even messaged to inform when the delivery was 15 min away!
Great place to eat authentic North Indian food. Decent price, con evidently located in the heart of East Brampton. Ample parking in the plaza. Neat and clean. One point extra for great staff that attended to us very professionally.
I have always given 5 stars to this place, been coming here for last 7 years. Today came with my family for lunch and got their BBQ sizzler without the sizzler and the tandoori chicken was cold and dry. Looked like the chicken was made in the morning. Furthermore, got methi chicken and there was no salt in it. I will not come back here again even if the food is free.
Great food at fair prices and the servers have always been pleasant. We usually get the Chana bhatura, Palak paneer, tandoori chicken, and the veg thalli. They also have good samosas two for a dollar.
Among the highest quality to price ratios I have ever seen for Indian food outside India. I was shocked at the quality and quantity of food I got for less than 10 dollars.
Scam.will charge you open food because only few people check receipts.charge you even for salad.when i asked them that what open food is reply was rude that its salad no manners too much attitude.
Got hair in food many times. And it happened when there was guest in our house and got very embarrassed in front of our guest. I don’t even wants to give them one star!
The food at this restaurant is amazing. Unfortunately their customer service is awful and they have lost not only our business, but business from an entire unit of staff at Brampton Civic Hospital.
We used to buy food at this restaurant several times a month, however one cashier yelled at my family member, causing her great embarrassment over a request she made while picking up our take out. On another occasion, my husband’s colleague went to pick up food for staff from brampton civic hospital. She requested enough plates and cutlery for everyone eating but she was only provided with 3 plates. When she asked for more, this same staff member who yelled at my family member informed her that there were no more plates.however this individual saw someone working behind the counter bring in extra plates while she was paying for the food. She felt that the cashier was very rude to her.
I called and requested to speak to the manager, however the person answering stated they were out (Satwinder sp?), and that he would call me back. They took my contact information but this manager has yet to call me and it’s been several weeks since my phone call to the restaurant.
