Excellent service and quality given to fix my son’s dress pants. They were able to fix his pants in a day which was really appreciated. Highly recommend Swift Stitch

I brought in a child's parka for a new zipper and a backpack with rips in the webbing straps. The parka looks brand new - the only indication that any repair was done is the fact that the zipper isn't mangled! For the backpack, the tears were repaired with very sturdy and complex machine stitches which can pass through the four-bar buckle. This was impossible before, rendering the backpack useless.

Overall, this was incredible service and workmanship for a very reasonable fee, well below what it would have cost to replace both items. I would highly recommend Swift Stitch and will be returning in the future.

We came in on a Wednesday and needed pants and a blazer tailored and done by Friday. She had it done by Thursday! And excellent quality too!

The excellent reviews I see are all for woven fabrics, not knits/jerseys. I took 3 knitwear/jersrey tops in to have sleeves shortened. They all came back stretched at the sleeve hems, one to the point of being wavy and rolled up. She said anything I wasn't happy with I should take back to be fixed, but why would I trust her work a second time? I paid just under $50 only to be redoing it myself.

The service is wonderful. The lady who owns/runs the shop that I dealt with is kind, extremely helpful and very professional.
I had her take in a dress for me and not only did she do it with rush service so I could get it back in only a few days but it looked perfect (better even), as if it was brand new.

11/10 I would recommend and I'll definitely be going back to her for alterations in the future.

This is a great local small business. Service is warm and welcoming - I'm recognized and remembered even if a year goes by from my last visit. I've had excellent tailoring support, had small rugs and duvets, handmade quilts all expertly cleaned, as well as regular clothing dry-cleaned. Prices are reasonable, parking is right outside the shop I highly recommend.

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Wish there is Zero Star review! They don’t have your clothing ready on time. We came to pick up our items 2 days after scheduled pick-up date and the clothing were roaming around at other people’s homes. They had to call some other “customer” to bring the clothes. They ask for people to pay cash because god knows if they even pay taxes or claim it properly. When we started complaining about their bad business and customer service, they were holding our clothing pretty much as hostage until we gave them money. What kind of mob sketchy parlour is this? ! They don’t deserve a single customer. Terrible.

Wanted to wear my prom dress from 4 years ago for an upcoming recital and needed the waist to be let out. Had to bring in extra fabric to be added into the dress and she did an AMAZING job. All for a good price and done in the short timeline I needed.

I have had three bridesmaid dresses fitted and altered here and everytime the work is done quickly and the dresses turn out beautifully! It was a complicated heavy strapless dress, I was in a big worry that the dress was gonna fall down, but thanks to Nina she altered the dress so it stayed up all times comfortably! She also used the extra materials to make a very nice mask that matches perfectly with the dress! There was no one else around in the store so I felt very safe with all the Covid stuff that’s going on. I’ve taken a bridesmaid dress here to get it altered, and also taken my winter coat here to get the zipper repaired. The quality of the work is always excellent, and the prices are very good.

They did a perfect job of repairing a seam in a pair of riding breeches. Friendly, fast and professional. Highly recommend them for repairs and alterations.

I needed to have major alterations on my prom dress so it could go down about 2-3 sizes. The shop that I originally bought my dress from was going to charge me way more then what I was prepared to pay and so I went to swift stitch. She did a fantastic job and the dress fits perfectly. Not only did she save me over $100 but she was also able to alter my dress which was mesh and beading on top. Everyone should go to her!

So my wife and I are heading to a wedding for Saturday and I had a big brain moment of getting a suit and getting alterations for it on Monday. I decided to try and find a tailor and found these folks with only an hour left to spare before they closed. Not only did they accommodate me, they were exceptionally friendly and kind. After trying on the suit and having the pins in place, they estimated my suit would be ready by Friday. I asked if it were possible to get it done by Thursday (since I'd have a long drive already and would like to beat the traffic) and they pulled it off. The suit fits great and I could not have asked for a better first time experience. Thank you again! Guys - this is where we should be getting our suits altered. You'll thank me later.
