I never received my product when i ordered it online. The CEO emailed me but whenever I asked to get my money back because I didnt get it they said they will give my money back but never did.

I called the guy on the phone and asked specifically if the 256gb Xperia 1v in black was in stock and he said he has lots and to come out. I drove two hours to hear him say he didn't actually have one. I ended up jumping to the 512gb which I find unnecessary but they had it in black. He offered 50% off a case due to the situation. It is what it is, but had I known it wasn't in stock I would have just ordered one: 3rd phone I bought from swiftronics

Purchased Sony Xperia 10 IV phone online and I love it. These folks sell great phones and devices that Canadian telecoms don't offer. As long as you do your research on the phone you're interested in (frequency support/ features), you can get a great deal here and not be tied down with a subpar phone on a lengthy contract. Buy a Apple Watch Series 7 45mm.product in great condition.but.only have 9 months left to the warranty.can't get AppleCare and the price was 559$. A new one is 569$. They told me it's because of the time they bought it.

Let me tell you about my first purchase experience with this retailer. The online chat with their customer service was a great experience. They answered all my questions and made my buying experience great. I chose the next business day delivery and guess what I did get it. A bonus was that I had left my item in my cart to do some research on the phone I was interested in and during my research received an email with a discount coupon free shipping which was for an amount of 12.99 which was amazing. After receiving my purchase all the pictures attached are of my unboxing process. I am happy with my purchase. I did the preliminary set up of the phone but am waiting for my case and screen protector that I had ordered online which should be received tomorrow. I will do the final set up and will revise this review if needed. The overall purchase process was easy. I recommend this retailer if you are interested in purchasing a phone. As always do your price comparison online as in my case they were cheaper than even amazon. I will keep you updated if anything arises.

The worst crooks in a mobile business in ON. Got my Huawei P40 here which broke after 1.5 months. Obviously, they won't honor the warranty and Canada does not have official Huawei service center. $1100 just gone.

I guess a great lesson for future to buy from a quality retailers like BestBuy, Amazon etc and avoid shady places like that.

Don't believe the positive reviews you see here. It's either mass-bought reviews or fakes. The company sells broken China phones and they will charge you ridiculous restocking fee when you will dare to try to return it. I wish I could give 0 stars here but okay. 1 would do.

The most horrible experience with a retailer in Canada so far.

The purpose of this review is to prevent others from making the same mistake as I did. Please avoid this place at all cost — they're selling broken smartphones and do not honor the warranty as they should, even if the phone breaks after 3 weeks of use. You will not be able to get any assistance whatsoever.

Long story worth reading: I've purchased my Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G for a review while continue to using my Galaxy S21 as my main smartphone.
The truth is that in those 3 weeks I've gotten maximum a few hours out of Mi 11 Lite. It was hardly used at all: I took a few shots, checked the screen quality, audio, run some benchmarks et cetera. Only basics.

As you can see in the attached photos, it is still in brand new condition, not even a scratch on the rear or the front sides of the phone. And then, after 3 weeks, it just dies — the smartphone starts resetting itself, showing "MI" and "Android" Logo hundreds of times, but never makes it to the main menu. Honestly, I was shocked, confused and quite upset, so I called the manager of Swiftronics to clarify and get some assistance. That was a BAD decision.

First thing that really gave me a red flag and a sense that I will NOT get any support is how ignorant was the guy on the phone — He was simply NOT LISTENING to me, just speaking all by himself with an extremely arrogant tone, telling me how busy he is because he manages 7 businesses and et cetera. Again, the conversation did not go anywhere and he wasn't helpful at all, though I tried to be super polite and accurate.
Quite honestly, I'm surprised he managed to have even 1 business that didn't fall apart since they guy clearly has no idea what customer service is.

Anyways, Swiftronics took my phone in for a "technical analysis" just to tell me 5 days later that they were not able to figure out what the issue is and that the phone might have been damaged because of the water. (?) The thing is, it was never even close to water.

I demanded to provide me with the proof or a technical document with the results of the analysis and had been refused twice.

Finally, I've been refused any compensation and told to call Xiaomi "In Europe in China", (the guy didn't even know where exactly I should call, giving me 2 different continents on earth) with an idea that MAYBE they will do something about it. I tried that and never gotten any response from Xiaomi either.

Essentially, I have a $500 brick at my house with hours of waisted time and truly a terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM SWIFTRONICS.

My next steps would be reaching out to the authorities and the law and hopefully, someone will be able to help me to sort this out.

Called about picking up an iPhone XR. It was preowned so I was able to pick it up for only $480. Because it's used, I was expecting some imperfections but it's mint condition. They were also able to provide me with a charging brick, lightning cable, and a screen protector for it, too. The service was quick and knowledgeable.

Ordered a phone through swiftronics and an excellent experience! Had never heard of them before so I was a little leery. The phone arrived on time. The customer service was excellent. I ended up with a phone case I didn't order and I did not realize they installed the screen protector on the phone so I contacted them. Turned out they just decided to throw in a nice heavy duty phone case for free. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The have great phones that may not be available elsewhere the have the cheapest price, and that's because their phones are European version so you won't get a Canadian charger, but it's so worth it you can buy an adapter for it the price really worth it it can save u up to 250$

Shady and fraudulent business practices avoid at all cost. I have bought 2 phones from this company, first time was through a 3rd party vendor and no problems.
The second time however I purchased it direct through them and ended up returning it, and I was charged a 15% restocking fee for a phone I never used or even opened. Part of their return policy is that you MUST include a filled out form instead of just rejecting the package and having it returned free of charge otherwise it would be treated as "abandoned property". Even when I provided a tracking record for the incoming and outgoing shipments showing a 2 minute window between them (which was how long it took for a canada post employee to fill out the return address and process the shipment) they said the phone had been opened and used and won't refund me my full amount.

I love it. Just got my new device. Thank to them. I would recommend this place to anybody. If you want to buy anything online or in store.

I was so happy to find this store to purchase a Oneplus phone. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

I've read through the negative reviews. Yes Swiftronics sells international versions of phones (thank goodness). YOU as a consumer must do your homework. Does the phone work on North American cell networks (5G for example) ? If you're after a specific device, I would assume you've already read about it, else why buy it? Don't blame them because you want something for literally half the price. Great people, prompt replies and they will work hard to keep you satisfied.

Will never shop here again, I was not allowed to be serviced due to my inability to wear a mask due to my medical condition. According to the mandatory mask by-law I fell under the provided exemption list but obviously they don't care or bothered to educate themselves accordingly. I guess it's okay now to discriminate and/or segregate people who are different.

Fast customer service online, accurate and factory sealed product that shipped fast (even during covid 19). The only noteworthy thing is that the products are generally a bit cheaper for a reason; they seem to be international models as opposed to specifically north american models. This can effect things like the compatible bands for cell phone plans. I knew this and checked, and my phone still came with a north american charger and worked well. Overall, extremely satisfied and will use them again without a doubt.

Needed a few phones for my business and they helped me out greatly. They have a wide variety of brand new phones available. Both Canadian and international models. It was perfected as I needed a dual sim phone. Also had them fix my wife's iPhone. Their prices are affordable and they fixed it within a few hours.

Hey just wanted to share my experience from swiftronic sold me this watch. Within 30 days I had a issue with the watch. It wasnt working at all. The watch screen just showed random numbers. I took it in to the shop they serviced my watch fixed it and gave it back to me.at this point I wasnt satisfied with the watch I asked for a refund as on ther website explains about how they back up there product with a 30 day return. But in the store they have sign in the corner where it says no return. So the stores dont back up the 30 day return. So I kept The watch worked perfect until I went on vacation went swimming and got ruined. I went to several Samsung shops and bestbuy spoke to many different representatives they explained to me the the watch ip68 waterproof and that should be an issue. The watch got water damage because they didnt seal the properly after servicing it. The cost of watch I paid 485. The lesson I learned is always buy from bestbuy and pay a little extra rather then go through this head ache trying to save a couple of bucks and end up with nothing

Plethora of bad experiences:
1. Bought a Samsung Tab S4 and was told the keyboard case was free, however on the website it charged me for both, talked to a service representative and she said keyboard costs would be refunded, however the refund was held in limbo (while the whole payment was taken) UNTIL I contacted them again regarding the refund (2 weeks laters), refund was then given in 1 day.
2. Went to return the tablet in stores (open box, but unused) as was given another tablet with similar uses, online it said a restocking fee no less 15%, I contacted a service representative and asked if I would know the restocking fee when I brought it in stores, was told yes. Brought it in stores and the director of the store (Creditview location) told me he would not know and couldn't give me a number until the item when back to the warehouse. I told him about my conversation with the online service rep, he proceeded to call her to confirm, and she said the same as him, that I could not be given a number. I had to show him a transcript of the conversation and only THEN did he call the re-stocker to ask for a number on the refund.
3. Was told that the restocking fee was 35%, so on a 624$ tablet, I would be getting 400$ back. The box was open, but the contents were untouched. (?)
4. All in all, don't shop here and just go to a larger store, the re-stocking fees are insanely high, and they will not tell you anything unless you question them further.
4a. Another point, the store was said to open at 10: 00 AM and when I arrived at 10: 25 AM it was still not open, was told at 10: 45 AM by online representative that the owner was stuck in an accident and did not arrive until 11: 00 AM.

Usually it would not matter, however given the overall experience with this company, it made the whole ordeal of trying to return a product harder and more tedious than it already was.

Very fast shipping. Outstanding customer service. I broke my phone the next day I received it. It was entirely my fault and not related to the phone's quality. Akram handled the situation promptly and beautifully. I could not have asked for better customer service. Will undoubtedly do business again.
