Well this was my first time making a purchase from Swiftronics. I like to do a bit of research about the company before I buy anything online. First I like to see if a company has a store front. It shows me the business established. Swiftroncs has 3 stores in the Toronto area. Can I contact a person if there are questions or a problem? Yes, they have phone numbers. I also like to review the company website, and found they have the members of the team with their pictures. This is important to me to see the company has people with a human presense running the company.

I made a purchase for a cell phone online.placed the order and waited for the confirmation email. Did not receive the confirmation, I called the number and spoke with a man Peter. He was very understanding and said he would resend the confirmation. Waited 20 mins again called Peter no confrmation. Finally after the third try after another call the email arrived and 1/2 hr later the other 2 confirmations arrived. The mysteries of email.

I was promised another email would be sent confirming my shipment since it was later in the day, they would ship next day. I received the email the next day that the cell phone had shipped. I received the cell phone the following day VIA Canada post. No issues.

Opened the box and found the correct model phone and powered the phone up, no problems.

Based on my experience buying this cell phone I would definitely make other purchases with Swiftonics.

Very frustrating experience. My wife bought a brand new phone. It arrived quickly, but had a hardware issue that ultimately couldn't be resolved. They very quickly issued a return shipping label. The phone arrived there 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple emails for updates, we've received no response. We've contacted Sezzle and the bank to inquire about reversing the transaction and payments that have been made to date. Stay away!

Buyer beware! Stay clear of this company! They don't respond when I want a return bcuz their cellphone always drops calls and Telus confirmed that Xiaomi Redmi note 11 is not compatible with their network! The owner called me and his staff is completely useless!
I seriously urge you to buy elsewhere!

These guys were great. Thank you for everything. Not crazy impressed with phone case and screen plate cost. But let's be honest. I can't find them anywhere. I can't find this phone anywhere. You had everything I asked for and needed. Much appreciated

My experience was not great in the slightest. This phone had some issues from the start the difficulty to find a screen protector that works due to poor screen sensitivity. Another issue was Android auto not working at all at first and then after alot of troubleshooting only working through several trips to the settings EVERY time we go on a drive, and it still only worked maybe half the time. Over all the top of this we called to make a return to the company 16 days after buying this phone and they sent us away saying even if the phone is defective they will not return it for us and then troubleshooted everything I did on my own only for it not to work in the slightest forcing me to be stuck with a useless phone that cost over 1000 $. The service and quality of the phone astonished me. 2 major issues and no help.

Ordered a phone, it was shipped the same day and arrived just two days later. Also had a question that I asked by email and received a response within five minutes. Great service all around.

Unfortunately it's impossible to give 0 stars. No customer service whatsoever. 4 months ago I bought the galaxy A53 5G in there. It turns up that the phone that they are selling is not compatible with the Canadian 5G network, also the reception on the phone is horrible, I was sure that it's the network, however, it's not. My son got the same phone from Rogers and his reception is perfect. I wrote them 2 emails, never got any response. So I am stuck with a phone with bad reception and no 5G network. I'll never buy there again and suggesting anyone to pay a few bucks more and get a phone from a decent business.

Decided to buy the new Asus Rog Phone 6. The only options I could find was on eBay and prices were quite high, not to mention shipping would take weeks. Found the same phone at Swiftronics for a reasonable price. They got it to me in several days and I'm very happy with the phone, price, communication and customer service. Swiftronics kept in touch with me every step of the way, even offered a screen protector that was preinstalled for a reasonable price (very difficult to find screen protectors for the Asus Rog Phone 6, so this was really helpful). I highly recommend Swiftronics and will buy another phone from them again in the future. It was a wonderful, easy, and professional transaction.

Ordered some sony earbuds from these guys. Price seemed too good to be true relative to all others. To my surprise I received a legitimate product. It appears maybe the buds I received were originally supposed to be for sale in a different country but they are authentic. Not sure if warranty is going to be an issue if needed but I can't remember the last time I've had warranty work done on modern electronics. Sony did let me register them so this may be a non issue. Anyway, these guys are legit. Fast shipping and priced more than right. Will be a return customer.

I am extremely frustrated with the service. I am very disappointed and angry.
I returned defective device to Swiftronics store in Mississauga on the 22 nd of December. The employee served me, I returned an item, filled the return form. I decided to get a REFUND! REFUND. The employee said that I will get a refund during next 48 hours. I didn’t get any refund to my account.
On the 29 th of December I reached Swiftronics office. The store employee told me that a fixed device was shipped to my address as a replacement. I filled the form that I want a REFUND!
I moved the city! I don’t need that device anymore and I don’t have a chance to get it from the post office! And I am not going to wait 1000000 years to get a refund!
The employee of the store told me that I have to wait the device to be shipped back to the store! Only then they will continue refund procedure!
They just play with customers!
First they send broken device, then you cannot get a refund!
It is a fraud! FRAUD!
I want my money back right away!

Buy with confidence. Upgrading phones only happens once every 5 years for me so it's a bit stressful when it has to happen. The website had lots of great information and when I called the store, Jerome was patient with me, knowledgeable and informative. I ended up buying 2 phones (1 for me, 1 for my wife) and we couldn't be happier. The phones were boxed well, had all factory packaging and stickers in place and perform fantastic. I highly recommend Swiftronics!

I bought a Sony phone from there. The return policy is not fair. You are not allowed to see the phone before buying. There is no demo phone in store. If you just open the tape of the box, 20% will be deducted from the original price, which is not difficult for them to stick another tape.also warranty is 30days. In case anything happens afterward, they are not responsible.

Bought a Samsung phone at this Canadian store, with a price higher than in Amazon, but thought about doing something good in these times. Unfortunately, phone charger came with a EU plug type, not for North-America. The store sent me and adaptor and when tested twice, the adaptor fired electrical sparks, really dangerous! I called the store again but no US right charger or alternative solution was provided. Note that a US Samsung charger price is quite small compared with my purchase.

Purchased Galaxy Buds Pro Phantom Violet Open box for a great price.online and picked up in store next day. It appears like new and is great! First time owning galaxy buds. Bad with names but guy at front desk provided good customer service. Earned a future customer thank you.

Great staff and great offers. But please change you delivery partner. FedEx dsnt deliver and just ask to pick up from their store location, which is absurd. FedEx delivery people are lazy.

Purchased my 1st phone from here 3 years ago and still working fine, no problems whatsoever. Had to visit again the other day to purchase a secondary phone. Honestly, this place has the best prices in all of GTA. And they are mostly international models. Customer service was very friendly - i had barely stepped in through the front door and was already greeted with a "Welcome! ". Very helpful indeed and would definitely keep coming back for more phone purchases.

Purchased the OnePlus7 because of their dual sim functionality, however the 5G wasn't compatible with Canadian cell phone providers because the phone was shipped internationally. I wish there was a bit of transparency on your end before you sold this product.

Franklin was a great help, and knew what I was asking for. The Mi 6 is apparently a popular item and found it right away on asking.

Swiftronics also has unlocked refurbished 4G phones.

If you're looking for anything specific, it might be an idea to call ahead and inquire.

Dont buy on this site they are all liar and thieves.i bought asus ROG 5 tencent and i got lots of issues tried to contact them but they never helped me so i tried to reach asus about it they said they cant fix my phone coz its Chinese version i need to send it to china to get fix.

I called inquiring about a phone and which one to get and Shawn was very helpful on the phone. Got the phone I wanted the next day 9Galaxy S20 FE) and patiently answered all my questions too. He was very knowledgeable, didn't pressure any sales and just tried to sell me what I wanted and what was best for me. Even threw in a free 67 watt charger for me which was unbelievable. I couldn't recommend this store enough. Definitely going here for all future phone purchases. Forget Amazon and support local businesses too. Great dude and store.

I think I upset the sales/help rep Artin online by asking the same warranty related question twice regarding a potential 1000$ phone purchase. I am sorry I asked the same questions again because I just want to make sure I have all necessary information before making the purchase. I do not deem be a worthy client in your eyes; therefore, I will go somewhere else to buy a phone. Sorry to trouble you.

Follow up: The store manager replied to my review and asked me to send him an email. I was surprise the manager showed initiative and reached out to me. Sent him an email like over a week ago and the store manager never replies. It is all but a facade. They pretend to care but want only your money People, please look at online reviews before buying from any stores.

This store had the best price on my new OnePlus 7T cellphone. Saw their ad on Kijiji went there To purchase the phone. Franklin was very friendly and honest set my phone up and I am now enjoying my new OnePlus 7t. Thank you very much Franklin!

Nice store.brought oneplus 9 from here.the version support dual-sim card instead of the one sim only Canadian version.provided/installed a nice screen protector pro for free.

I did a little bit a research on the ROG 5. I learned that "Tencent" model is designed to be used only in China. Sites like MICanada, PDA Plaza, and gadgetward all sell ROG 5 that clearly state Tencent version.

I purchased a ROG 5 phone that was labeled International - Global ROM online from swiftelectronics. I returned it few hours later same day to find out it was it is not supported by Asus as it was the Tencent version.

After more extensive research I found that Asus does not officially sell any Tencent-branded ROG 5 with so called "international ROM" or "global firmware. " It's not a supported configuration.

Swiftelectronics held my money from April 23,2021 to May 3,2021. A total of 10 days after I returned the phone in person and filled the RMA form.

This would of been all avoided if swiftelectronics was more transparent and not shady with their practices to scam customers for 20% restock fee.
So do yourself a favor and learn from my $210.18 mistake thinking swiftelectronics is worth your money.

I don't usually take time to leave reviews, but had to do so for this place. Bought a North American unlocked model OnePlus 7T from the store. Initially was a bit apprehensive due to the low prices, but after reading the reviews, seeing that they have an actual retail location, and talking to someone who works there, I pulled the trigger. Did not regret the decision at all. Phone came in 3 days, everything promised was included, and loving the new phone. Could not find a lower price for the phone from any other outlet. Excellent service, delivery, and value.

Couldn't find what I wanted in Alberta, so I ordered a unlocked cellphone from Swiftronics. I felt their prices were good, and shipping was prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to get another phone from here.

I wouldn't recommend getting their screen protector service, even if they knock down the price, it started peeling after less than a week and now i just want it off.

I ordered a Pixel 3a XL on Friday. It was an "open box" deal and in perfect condition. I paid for the quick delivery via Fed Ex and received the phone Monday. Just wanted to say thanks for the great price, amazing product, and fantastic service.

Purchased phone through Amazon.ca. So people know, which I did not, check your phone as the invoice is different from the actual phone itself. I ended up with an International Unlocked model phone which I am unable to register with Samsung Canada for registration/warranty, have absolutely no option for wifi calling, VoLTE, WARRANTY etc. I have contacted with no help from these people. Buyer beware. I own a paperweight.

Found them through a reddit forum when I was looking for the Pocophone. Their site is well laid out and easy to surf around for what you are looking for. They even have an online chat during the day time on the website.

I went to the Toronto Don Mills location and the owner Sean was great! He had the phone I wanted and it was placed on hold for me when I asked. Sean was also very informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for phones outside the country.

Worst customer service. I called Shawn (store manager) for a month every week for a purchased LG phone with battery issue, and every time he said a new battery is coming in few days. Last time he said oh he is not sure his manager can approve it, and asked me to buy it from Amazon rather than waiting. WTH? Why did you waste my time for a month?

They did NOT even inform me that the phone is registered in the US and therefore is not under LG Canada's warranty. I only realized it when LG Canada checked IMEI number for me.
This means every issue that your phone may have, you have to ship your phone to US, and have someone in US to bring it back to you (LG US does not ship to Canadian address). You cannot rely on swift electronics to do this for you. In my case, if the phone was under LG Canada's warranty I would have received the battery replacement from LG Canada directly.

Shaun is awesome and prices are very fair, but most, if not all the phones sold here are Chinese/Taiwanese models, and so if something happens to my phone which was bought from Swiftronics, I would have to ship it halfway around the world if I wanted service directly from the OEM. THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS IN MY PURCHASE.

I found these guys on Kijiji, it turns out the EXACT phone I got had a known software issue that conflicted with my work software. These guys totally understood and made it right by switching me to a similar phone. Repeat customer hands down. Had I got the first phone off a random person on Kijiji, I’d be up the creek without a paddle. Customer service is a priority here, and you get a full factory warranty! Thanks again Swiftronics.

Bought 2 Samsung S9+ and no problem with them a month later.

I was in need of a phone last minute for my sister. She was deadset on having a Samsung Galaxy A5. After trying my hardest to track one down at a reasonable price, I came across Swiftronics.

The service was excellent the phone was amazing and I've recommended several friends here and they've all come back with glowing reviews. Exceptional Customer service can be so hard to find these days and Swiftronics has it in spades.

Just picked up a new S9 Plus from Swiftronics. Had a great experience being able to see the different phones. I was unsure between the S9 and the S9 Plus, Shaun explained the differences between the two and helped me make my decision. Thanks for the help, I will surely refer this business to my friends.

Got the unlocked phone I wanted for less than anywhere else - great that there's a place that offers brand name unlocked phones for sale in Canada so I didn't have to go with ebay and risk paying extra fees/duty. The mobile data wasn't working on my phone when I got it, but apparently that can happen with Sony phones on Canadian networks - but I called Swiftronics up and was able to get it all sorted out and everything is working great now.

I bought a Galaxy Note 8 from Swiftronics through Amazon Canada for $1,200 in October 2017. The phone now needs service and I've found out that they brought the phone in from Asia AND IT HAS NO WARRANTY IN CANADA! They did not disclose this in their Amazon adv - who would buy a $1,200 phone with no warranty? ! I feel I was scammed.

Had a very pleasant experience with Rushaun. He gave me a fantastic buyer's experience by giving me his full attention, honest answers to all my questions, and even gave my daughter a toy before we left. I actually enjoyed purchasing my new phone with great pricing and was happy to have my money go to someone who works hard and deserved it as opposed to a big corporation. I would highly recommend going to him for all your cell phone needs.
