We enrolled our two young daughters in swimming lessons since 2016 and I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with you. From the moment we joined the program, it was evident that this swimming school was dedicated to providing top-notch instruction and creating a safe, enjoyable environment for children to learn and grow.

The instructors at Swim Time are nothing short of amazing. They are highly skilled, patient, and possess an incredible ability to connect with children. Their warm and friendly demeanor instantly put my girls at ease, making every lesson a delightful and exciting experience for them.

After viewing other reviews online, I felt like it was very important for me to come on here and make a review of my own. Their reviews that I’m seeing are very negative, especially about the management and the front desk staff. Over the past eight years, I’ve been bringing my children on and off for swimming lessons. They have had not only phenomenal instruction, but every time that there was something that I needed to be dealt with, the management and front desk staff were very attentive to all of the needs. They resolved any concerns that I had very quickly, and were friendly while doing it.
My children have evolved into amazing swimmers, and at the end of the day that’s the goal. My family and I are very happy with the services and treatment we are receiving. I highly recommend Swim Time, and I will continue to bring my children here for many years to come. Thank you for being amazing!

I wrote a bad review, but the management's response was wonderful. They solved all my concerns and problems and I have never seen such a responsible management. I want to thank Alison and Ashlie right here, they are amazing.

Owners are greedy only care to make money. Horrifying customer service. Front desk has been extremely poorly managed and disrespectful.

I like how my daughter is happy with this place and her instructors, all of them are very respectful and enjoy their work. My daughter was so afraid of water and in a short time I noticed a big difference, she looks comfortable and confident.
Update: we enjoyed so much the time that my daughter have with her teachers in the swimming pool, for that reason we subscribed her in fall classes. I really recommend this place.
November 2022. Almost to finish the fall classes, and my daughter is so happy. The staff is professional and they hear all the suggestions. Thanks. We are looking forward to winter classes.

My kids swim here. They love it coming here and look forward to it every week. The instructors are attentive, cheerful, and firm. I was recommended swim time by two other parents and I highly recommend swim time to other parents. I hope you have as great of an experience as I have.

Excellent staff and facilities! My daughter learned how to swim after one session. I'm very impressed!

I like how the instructors and the supervisor interact with kids, my daughter is happy and look forward to her swimming lessons. However, the front desk is absolutely disrespectful and has no understanding of any kind whatsoever, extremely rude and unprofessional. No customer service at all! We are visiting the centre for the 3rd time and we have had issues every single time. I believe front desk is the face of the company it’s always the best to have someone who shows respect and welcomes everyone with a smile and have some interest in interacting with kids.

They follow Red Cross swim levels. The teachers are amazing. They teach the little kids how to overcome the fear of water and swim independently.

My kids just started swimming here. I want to give Kudos to all of the staff. There has never been a time when my kids have come out of swimming lessons with a smile. We have tried several different swim
schools. Nothing compares to this swim school. The teachers and administrative staff are always welcoming and always SMILE at the children (simple thing, but we are not used to this from other places). The teachers joke with the kids, give them high fives, and constantly encourage through positive reinforcement. Thank you to all of your staff for making this experience so positive! You are all awesome!

Both of my daughters are taking lessons at Swim Time Thornhill. While my youngest is just starting, my oldest has been here for the better part of two years and has rocketed through the levels, thanks to their staffs attention and dedicated instruction. My kids have been provided with excellent and caring instruction, which has helped immensely. Thanks to small group sizes and genuine instruction, they have done very well. We love the small ratios for kids to instructors, and how much time they spend with them working on things they need to progress. For those that are concerned about higher costs, it is well worth it, because you are receiving first class instruction from people who care and take the time to get to know your kids. We have nothing but positive things to say about our time here. Thank you and great job, our girls love you!
