I had an error code on my pool heater and reached out to Swimming Pool Solutions. The call was answered right away, very polite and courteous. Later that day the tech called before showing up. Of course the issue was not happening now that he was there but this still did not affect his positive attitude and friendly demeanour. This company will be the first I call whenever that issue or any other surfaces.

We were very satisfied with the work that Scott did for us. We have a 20 year old in ground pool and we wanted to decommission the old chlorine system next to our house and install a new salt system and heater a hundred feet to the back of the yard. He worked with our timelines and co-ordinated the gas installer and electrician and the job was complete in less than a week. The switch was done in the same day so we never lost any use of our pool. He promptly answered all of our questions either by phone or email and took the time to explain how the new system works. We highly recommend him.

Had a chlorinator installed. It was a simple job, but I wanted it done right. It was installed over a week ago, no leaks, no issues. I am a new pool owner (only a month now) and he listened and answered my relentless onslaught of questions. I didn't feel ignored or rushed through the entire visit. This is the type of service we come to expect these days, but rarely get. Great service, great advice, not a pushy salesmen. Keep it up!
