Food is always fresh and very consistent, extremely friendly staff especially Martha. Would highly recommend this location!

A great take out location. Not ideal for dining in, but at least the view of the construction and subsequent traffic can be calming of you're not driving in it.

This spot has always been my go-to restaurants for a quick and yummy meal! The workers there accommodate your dietary needs as I have celiac disease! Reading these reviews are hilarious, someone with an anonymous review page literally complained that they ordered a hot chicken sandwich, and got a hot chicken sandwich LOL! You get what you order folks, and swiss chalet as always had a hot chicken sandwich as long as I can remember:)

Ordered via Uber Eats.expensive with fees etc. Order delayed x 4 confirmed drivers.
So drivers some on bikes had to cancel after getting there to discover still not ready. Seems crazy.order received, claim prepared and answered but delay for pick up by 2 hours. They told driver not pushing uber orders. Such terrible treatment to customers and the driver who just wanted to do his job! They canceled courier pick up
Shame on you.

Just a heads up this isn't a normal Swiss chalet dining experience. You have to order at the front counter and they bring the food to you once you find a seat. However, the food is just as good as any Swiss chalet. They also have free parking in the back!

I went over to the Ellington location to have my Thanksgiving brunch with my family, and Tarek did an awesome job accommodating us and making our brunch as comfortable. He was cracking jokes and had an overall positive attitude. Great food and great restaurant; would go there again for any holiday.

I have tried all most every kind of foods there. It's actually nice. I would defenetly suggest this place. It's also affordable.

Its honestly so strange how much worse the food from this Swiss Chalet is than other locations. I don't know if I'm going crazy but I've ordered 4 separate times and its always sub par.

Walked into the manager just yelling at the workers.

Thought if I made it obvious that a customer was witnessing his behavior he would stop.only to take my order and he went back to yelling.

I don't honestly know how he still has employees

I ordered from this location tonight and half of my order was missing. I tried calling the store directly, and it kept ringing and then result with a message indicating this number is not available. I tried calling 5 times. No answer.

Because I couldn't get through to the store, I tried calling customer service afterwards, and 20 minutes later I finally speak to someone who gives me a $5 credit. I was missing a lot more than $5 worth of food. Because I couldn't get in touch with anyone, the food went cold by the time I finished speaking with someone. Terrible experience overall.

Got the Thanksgiving feast. The cranberry sauce, the mash and gravy, the pies. So much food for such a good price! Love their holiday specials

My wife and I stopped at Swiss Chalet as our first meal in Canada (it was a long day, and this place was right down the street from our hotel). The prices were higher than expected, but we were there already, and pretty hungry.
I ordered the chicken, she ordered the fish. We also ordered a side of pierogies. The staff was very pleasant and helped us through the menu.

The chicken was as good any other chain restaurant (but better than fast food). The fish was also pretty decent. The pierogies were good, not great (but I'm not big on pierogies).
If I were here for a longer trip. I may stop in again. It's not quite worth a return visit within a week, but certainly worth trying.

Got their chilli with additional chicken it was hearty and kept me going until dinnertime. I asked for water but they forgot too get me a glass of water. Guess they are trying too sell bottled water. Great sales tactic didn't work on me though.

Smaller restaurant, there's about a dozen tables? Dine in traffic isn't high so don't think there would be problems getting a table. Quick and friendly service.

Do not dine in at this location. First of all, priority goes to call in clients, secondly it's like a meat locker in there (freezing), thirdly, it was a sub par meal.
I ordedered a festive turkey dinner and the poor girl working there asked if I wanted dark or white meat. I requested dark and a few seconds after that, the manager (who sounded more like a drill sergeant) told her that dark meat isn't available to the dine in customers (as were apparently are a lower priority). It took forever for the meal to come to us. The girls working in there seemed really anxious and to be walking on eggshells with the sergeant barking orders every 2 seconds. My meal came out without cranberry sauce, butter or stuffing, the bun was hard as a rock and the meal wasn't really hot. The garden salad side was like something you could have gotten from 7-11 (dry iceberg lettuce with flavourless vegetables) The only reason I would give 1 star was due to the girls working there, who were really nice and all doing their best. Honestly, this location shouldn't even be open for dine in customers.

It hit the spot nothing special and I couldnt get a glass of wine was my only disappointment. Place was clean.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I love how their customer service is always great and they keep the spot neat at all times. Rates are fair and they serve sizeable portions.

This is conveniently located on Eglinton just off the Allen. The have parking on side streets and for takeaway (15 min or less) behind the building. Limited seating inside but mostly for takeaway. The staff are warm and welcoming and will do their best to accommodate you.

Disappointed! I did takeout.they really need to rethink their packaging. 5 minutes in the car.the bags were a mess and fries were all over the place, soggy and cold. Chicken was nothing special. Costco BBQ chicken is better and a fraction of the price.

I've been to this Swiss Chalet several times. This place is a Swiss Chalet Express, meaning there are not always the same features. One thing is there are no Waiters/Waitresses. Also, I find the quality of the food is not as good as other Swiss Chalet's. This place is good for takeout, but if you are looking for an inexpensive restaurant, I suggest Jerusalem a few doors down or Bi Bim Bap across the street. If you still want to go to a Swiss Chalet, the Dufferin and lawrence location is far better.

Great service and food is provided here, in an okay sized location that fits for the community.

Didn't realize it was take out restaurant n not full dine in restaurant. But staff was fab and was fab. So beside slight diff in menu, rest was the same

A small but fine restaurant. The staff were excellent during our visit. The food also came quickly and was delicious. We do not eat at Swiss Chalet very often, but our time here reminded us that there is good food to be had. The sauce is particularly good. The Christmas decorations also added to our experience while visiting Toronto.
