Come here often and the environment is always homey and easy going. Had Diane as our server tonight and it was a wonderful experience, highly recommend this Swiss chalet on rexdale. Definitely coming back!

Jinan is a wonderful server. Very kind, patient and serves food with a smile. I have been going to this location for years - staff welcome you as soon as you enter the door. Food is delicious and very satisfying.

The service with Mary K. And Matthew have been very positive. They are very attentive. Professional and very hospitable. Very approachable and engaging and friendly.

We had a great experience, Mary k was very attentive and efficient. The best customer service we had.she was such a pleasure.

The men’s bathroom was disgusting, all the toilets has urine and feces and were blocked, both urinals were full of urine and blocked. The floor was filthy and the smell overwhelming.

Eulen is such a great waitress with a very welcoming personality! My family enjoys coming here:)

Jinan E.is usually our server and she is excellent. We never have to wait long before she comes over to take our order and bring our food. Our orders are always correct, she is super friendly and always makes us feel welcome. The food is always good, great portions and we've never had a bad meal there.

Our server Eulen was super nice and helpful, I had trouble posting a review and she stood by and helped me with it. She was very patient with us. Food was great, chicken could use some work though.

Great dining experience. Our server was Jinan and we have been going to her for years. Always friendly and makes sure we are taken care of. The food is always great too. Recommend to friends and family.

This is the worst Swiss chalet that I have ever been. First of all, the place is a completely mess. Tables, cutlery and floors are dirty. The service is so bad, and the food is very dry.
0/10 for this place.

Horrible delivery waiting time for delivery drivers. When I entered I was told my order would be ready in 5 min.

I got my order in my hand after 20 min.

No apology or basic courtesy from the staff. Very bad.

My family and I have been coming to the rexdale Swiss chalet for years last night after a long couple of years due to Covid
we took my elderly mom for a birthday dinner last night Saturday oct 15th
(4-6 pm timing).

The serving staff who know us were absolutely outstanding.
These ladies went above and beyond And made this special day into an incredible one for my mom who needed this so desperately

I think Eulen and jinan work extremely hard and are extremely respectful and kind to all. I have been served by them everyday. Find is nice and hot thank you all the kitchen people and management

We took our nieces and nephew out for dinner. The waitress was nice and friendly. She didn't forget to ask my 6 year old niece what she wanted for dessert, at other locations they forget. I had the fried chicken, I enjoyed it. Everyone else had the roasted chicken and they all enjoyed it as well. 3 of us had Pepsi and it was a bit flat, but ok.
Overall, we always have a good experience at the Rexdale location. Whether its a group of 5 or 10.

We went today for Thanksgiving and.the service was a bit slow which is expected. The food was great! The server was friendly and nice.
I find this location has good customer service and thats part of the reason why we keep coming back.

Took my parents out for dinner and they wanted Swiss Chalet. There is a reason the restaurant is empty these days.

Dine In: Extremely slow service. From order to receiving food it took 50min. Chicken leg was the size of the bun. Dipping sauce cold.

Take out order: Was not placed. Left without bringing food home for spouse. Was not going to wait another 50min.

Go to Nandos. Or anywhere else. Better value.

This location has been around for as long as I can remember. Friendly, courteous staff.always prompt service even during peek hours. Keep up the great work.

The service was impeccable.
I'd like to thank Mathew, one of the servers in this location for a very great dinning experience last night. He was very caring and truly did make my mother and I's dinning experience last night comfortable. He's a good server and really did his best, I rate him 10/10 and I would recommend. The food was good also, I liked the quarter chicken festive meal I had, the skin was nice and crisp and the dark meat was tender and flavorful.

I enjoyed it here, here's to Swiss Chalet for making last night great.

-5 out of 5 This is what you call false advertisement at its finest we came here to try out the hot Nashville chicken sandwich and it was a disaster just have a look at the photos and you decide We order two white meat sandwiches got one white and one dark the frier where soaked in oil the only thing edible was the coleslaw never ever coming back to this place

This location hasn’t let me down, well, most of the time. Today I tried the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken sandwich with a scoop of ice cream on top. Yes, you heard me right…ice cream on spicy chicken, in a bun!
It was.interesting, to say the least. You get that nice, spicy chicken flavour, a beautiful crunch to it I might add, and a blast of savoury with the ice cream. Surprisingly, the bun didn’t get soggy, although the sandwich does get a little messy to eat as the ice cream starts melting and dripping all over your hands. The ice cream itself was nothing to write home about. It’s the same stuff you get in any grocery store. That was a letdown.
All in all, if you’re an adventurous person when it comes to food, it was worth trying. Will I have it again? Probably not.
As for the service at this location, the staff has always been super friendly.
The dining area could use an update but that’s a different story altogether.

Our waitress was friendly but got the drink orders wrong for some of our party. She appeared distracted and even at one point she got into a verbal argument with another waitress because she was working the other girls table. The service we received could of been a lot better and more efficient. She even walked past me while I was seated and bumped me with zero acknowledgment nor apologized. This was our first time at this location and last.

We had a terrible experience recently. We were very disappointed and couldn't see ourselves returning.

However, we received communications from "Sharda" @ this location, who expressed sincere regret about their service failure.

Though we did not accept their offer of a refund, we may
return as customers at one point.

Had a lunch brought by our company. All in all it's ok.very consistent taste of their popular choice rotisserie chk and sauce.

Swiss chalet at its best. Location is one of the best places I have ever experienced. It's a very nicely managed store. Take out dine in or drive through always same fast and great service consistent food quality and taste. Whenever I am in the area I always make sure that. I grab a meal at this great place.

Go here if you want your order wrong 9/10 times.absolutely insane doesn't matter if you go in or through the drive-through, the manager could be the one taking your order and it will still be wrong.

The customer service here was great. The staff was really cheerful and made my friends and I felt welcome. I also enjoyed the food, especially the soft and tender chicken.

Staff very friendly but they are quite slow. I have ordered 3x and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes extra for my food.

Combination lunch has great variety with fresh ingredients and great service. Well priced. Highly recommended.

OMG. I just tried to eat one of your beef pot pies. These should be illegal to serve. It's literally flavorless brown mush. I tried baking it longer as it was very watery. The I looked on the ingredients out which for some reason is a half page long. First ingredient, WATER! I have eaten a lot of pot pies in my life, never until now, have a found one actually unedible.

My Wife placed the "family pack" order at 5: 25PM for 6: 20PM. At 6: 50PM we called to ask about our food, the courier wasn't even on his way yet but they apologized at least. Food finally arrived at 7: 10PM but our order was missing 4 bread rolls. Not only were they 50 minutes late but they still messed up the order. I tried calling back 5 times and they didn't answer my call. Finally about 30 minutes later, I called again and explained what happened. The lady spoke to her manager and offered a 5 dollar credit for the next time. I explained that I may not want to order here again, but they said they could not charge back $5 dollars. I doubt they would even honor the $5 credit. I regret even including a tip for this kind of service. I'm still giving a 2 star because the food wasn't bad.

We always go back to this location, we have others near by but Mary and the other amazing ladies at this location always treat us like family. When we get to sit with Mary she always calls us her friends and makes us feel like our mom taking care of us just like home. We were thankful to go in tonight for the first time in over a year and seeing the same amazing crew of ladies that we are use to seeing. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Had the worst food order experience.
I had my break at work for 15 mins at 10: 00pm i placed order at 9: 00pm
And order didn’t arrived even by 10: 30pm
You guys need to be a little bit responsible
And restaurant is just 3 km from my work.
It doesn’t takes 1 hour 30 mins to deliver just a burger

Definitely dont recommend! A continuous wait, something in the order is wrong. Most times food is cold, and some of the employees are not friendly

Missing orders on the 2 consecutive days I ordered. They gave me.the first one but instead of big bowl, they just gave me the small one and they forgot to give me the pop in my day 2 order.

Food gets a 4 star rating but service gets a -5. I ordered my food online on the Swiss Chalet website at 4: 45pm. Was told to the food would be ready for 5: 36 pm which is already a lengthy wait. I arrived at the restaurant at 5: 36 pm. The front entrance was completely stuffed with people because the Swiss Chalet portion of the restaurant had their service table blocking the entrance to their restaurant while Harveys had their entire restaurant wide open. So people had to wait in the tiny little entrance while people were also entering to access Harveys. ZERO possibility to keep socially distanced. I did not receive my order until 5: 55pm. I was not told why or what was happening with my order, just that "it was coming". Management needs to get their sh*t together.

Always great quality food here! And excellent service from the drive thru tonight I got a Mothers Day Special quarter chicken with thier new seasoned fries (yum!) with a chocolate brownie cheesecake and in the bag was an extra surprise! Flower seeds, a Lindt chocolate and a free appetizer coupon! Btw they have Red Bull Slushies, yes Red Bull Slushies in different flavors the peach is good

Food is always good. Staff friendly.
Drive thru is always been the slowest. Almost everytime I go there. I have to wait at the order speaker. Then after so many minutes. I have to call out to get someone to take my order.

We had the 1/4 chicken with french fries and they were cold and old.
Its been awhile dont think we will be going back anytime soon.

I ordered quarter chicken dinner. Too much fries needed to order more chicken it was good never had it in a long time.

Good food but DO NOT CALL THEM unless you have an hour to spare listening to an annoying computer recording telling you about seasonal offers and being ecstatic about BROCCOLI SOUP

Great place.took my mom here. For lunch with the family and it was great. What you expect from swiss Chalet.

Had the family meal full chicken with 4 sides good portions for the sides but the star of the dish the chicken was overcooked more like dried in the rotisserie. The 7.49$ full chicken at foodbasics is juicer and well seasonsed than the chicken at this location. Oh btw did takeout so cant comment of the servers i picked up my order from the harveys cashier and i would say he was friends. I used the swisschalet and would say its a great app.

Was quite friendly service, however, for takeout, the cashier taking the orders was not sure of prices, or of what they were able to serve or not serve from their menu. Very quick service:)

This location has improved a lot since new management took over.
The service was very fast and friendly from Jinan.
The food is always great at this location thanks to the cook that prepares my roast beef.
Antoinette the manager shows up with a big smile and makes sure every customer is satisfied with their visit.

I have been to this place many times before. It's not my favorite location but it's convenient for me so I go. It's just ok. The food always takes long to come to the table. Service is always slow and long wait times at dinner time. Food and service is just ok. I always say never again but I love Swiss Chalet so they get my business. Wish they had more enthusiastic, friendlier staff it might make a difference to the whole dining experience. I also wish it felt cleaner like other locations. I have seen many people leave because of wait time. I do hope that things improve soon before people like myself take the extra time and go elsewhere.

We were there yesterday evening. Our waitress Danielle was funny, attentive, professional and very engaging. You are very fortunate to have her. She is a great asset to your restaurant. She was so nice I felt compelled to leave her a $10 tip on a $25 bill

Very disappointed in the service. Had to complain to manager. We had 3 people serving us. The first brought our drinks. The second took our order and the third brought our meal. After that we had to get up and look for some one to bring more drinks. And then more napkins. We waited for the napkins But i couldnt drink because my hands were greasy. Finally another server brought us one napkin each. After we got our bill we waited almost ten min. My husband was so upset he went to the manger who was very polite but our experience was was spoiled.

Horrible experience. Waited over an hour for food. Fries was cold and hard. Soft drinks was flat. Overall bad experience for my daughter 13 years birthday. Worst Swiss Chalet, I have ever been to.

Love this location, it has both swiss and Harveys. The staff are very friendly and the management. They take care of your needs and the location is very clean. Always have a great time here. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service from Jinen an attractive efficient waitress (will ask for her next visit. Also like Harvey’s next door but am sorry they stopped serving my favourite heathy rice bowl.

Food was cold not tasty! Utensils were dirty and plates were not washed properly. You are able to see food stain on utensils and plates from pervious users. That is unacceptable and it is a real turn off. The server was okay and patient. But I would never go back.

Disappointed at the size of the takeout chicken soup compared to what one gets in the restaurant, both at the same price.

The wait staff is made up of mature women and every time I’ve gone in there, they have forgotten parts of the order, forgotten to bring condiments and forget to check on you.
DON’T go in mens washrooms!

Really have no idea what you guys did to your beef. I have had it before and whatever it is you jus delivered to me should not be legal. It's not even equivalent to cold cuts quality.

Food was good but waitress wasn't doing her job properly.got food asap but didn't have silverware to use so had to ask for it!

Staff here are very nice people. The Food is consistent with other Swiss Chalet locations in the city. If you go at lunch time or dinner expect a small delay, but nothing out of the ordinary.
